Review for PetSmart Dog Grooming on the South Hill:I am very pleased with the service and grooming that was done today on Cocoa, our 6 month old Chocolate Labradoodle puppy.The gals are so nice and my dog looks wonderful.They took their time and Cocoa was not traumatized at all.She is so soft and fluffy, and we can finally see her beautiful "doodle" face!I know she liked her groomer and all the other dogs there.Thanks very much, and I will be back about every 6 weeks!JDSouth Hill, Spokane

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not go here!!!! We have been going to the Spokane valley one for years. And they do a great job my dog always leaves there happy as can be. We couldn’t get a haircut there cause they were booked to far out and she needed it done. So we decided to go to the one one in Spokane. Note. We told the lady “Hannah” she bites when we got there to drop her off. We get a call saying we needed to come pick her up because she couldn’t finish because she was biting. I’m sorry but if you don’t think you can finish a hair cut tell me when I get there so you don’t completely butcher my animal and waste time out of my day. We have taken my dog to pet smart for years and they usually do great. This store was terrible. Do not take your animals to this pet smart. My dog was terrified when we picked her up and this is what she looked like. Is this acceptable to you? I don’t think so. I will never be taking my dog here ever again. I usually never write bad reviews but this needs to be seen. They also expected me to pay for this? Lol Your joking?

I came in yesterday and was helped by an awesome cashier guy. He was knowledgeable about the products and services they offer for training. This store is very clean and organized. Only thing I would recommend is getting a larger area for the cats. They had three kittens in a cage together that came In together which is awesome that they chose to keep them together but they had them in the smaller size cages they have which was not ok at all. They had absolutely no room to move at all. True definition of a caged animal. Other then that i give this place a 41/2 * rating....

I love this PetSmart location. It is easy to get in and out because they've always had what I needed available. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

*Very good handicapped parking! Two spots in front of the door**This is a very good pet store overall!! They have a very large selection of food, snacks, toys, medications and more for many different types of pets. I really like their selection of cooked cold meats for dogs.The only problem with this shop is their prices. Prices for dog food is normal, but the snacks they have in stock are very pricey!

I usaully go to petsmart since it is closest to where I live and I have been able to get crickets and mealworms for being 13 but occasionally they will say I need to show them what pet I'm feeding it to or they wont let me but it without an adult.

I used to be terrified to to here if I ever got a pet be sure I heard awful things. But my locations have always been great. Everyone is extremely professional, they all communicate if there's something one may not know, they just do a great job. And their product selection is diverse and really not that expensive. I love my South hill location most of all. It's kinda out of my way, but I'd rather go there.

Took our pomchi here to get groomed and they blew us away! Amanda was so kind to our little man. His hair cut looks great and he had zero anxiety when we picked him up. We’ve had some terrible grooming experiences and we’re happy we’ve finally found a place we can trust! Besides the grooming, they carry a variety of incredible toys, harnesses, food, treats, and little pet outfits! Both of our dogs enjoy coming here and we always feel welcome.

It's the only store near me that sells "Science Diet" cat food. My cat went missing for 3 solid days but he wandered back in my life. I bought a collar and tag from Pet Smart (very pricey) and they engraved it for free. Of course, Cheeks my cat lost it in two days. Good store and I've bought everything for Cheeks since I've got him back in March of '23.

They went above and beyond to make our pet adoption special and seamless. I truly wish that I'd gotten the name of the gentleman who helped us meet our kitty, they'd called her Thrift Store aka Thrifty. He was so kind and helpful. Kayla, I believe her name was, at the front was also incredibly helpful, knowledge and very sweet! 10/10 This is our second PetSmart cat adoption. Highly recommend!

They were great! I wanted a female calico (rare, hard to find). My wish was fulfilled when I met their one and only calico. Still haven't named her tho. Waiting for her to settle in and make this home.

I found petsmart not only clean but the personal very helpful and friendly to say the least. I've started training my new service dog at petsmart for basic skills at the valley location and with all of the stores they do a wonderful job...Thank you for the care you put into all you do!

Adopted a 3 month old kitten (Franklin) today and the experience was awesome! The PetSmart staff were really warm and welcoming. They help me get to the adoption area. The adoption was through a separate agency, spokanimal. It was easy and painless. Josh was the representative and he was very knowledgeable and awesome. I highly recommend! And remember the adoption process does take time. So be prepared.

Super fast! I made an online order for pickup (four different items) and it was ready within 11 minutes! That's just crazy to me considering how long many other businesses take to fill an online order.Accurate and Complete! Everything I ordered was received and accurate...very pleased!

This store has improved dramatically since I gave it 1 star on my last review. So I deleted the formerly review. They're great about having sale items marked now, which they weren't before. Much better stocked and displayed. Employees are much more helpful now then they were. Today Blaine who was on register went above and beyond what great customer service is. Blaine was excellent! He definitely deserves recognition and maybe a promotion. I used to be in retail management for 20+ years so I know. He's better at customer service than the store managers I've had interactions with at this store! He is a huge reason I gave 5 stars today!

As far as we are concerned the Pet Smart on the south hill (Regal)was better than expected. Our Skipper a (standard poodle) received compliments as never before. We have scheduled a follow up appointment for grooming. No reason to expect anything different then from the first grooming experience. Ed Gray

Has a dark feel about it. Aisles are too narrow. Took my new puppy but staff not interested in meeting. Cashier quite unfriendly. Will be going back to Petco. Gave 3 stars as had the bed I wanted.

The food was amazing! Very authentic! Waiter was amazing also, took me and my sister's order and memorized it all, and we ordered multiple items and extras! Best deal for margaritas in town,was skeptical of the small martini style glass but it also came with a full metal strainer glass that filled my glass approximately 6 or 7 times! Very affordable and excellent, I will definitely be back! If you like authentic Mexican food YOU NEED TO TRY!!!!

I ALWAYS love going here. I can bring my puppy, which is so great. She loves it. There is always some kind of deal or another to be had. We always get a few cheaper toys for the puppy and the cats and several types of treats. The employees are always so lovely and so helpful. Every employee I've encountered there must really love animals; it really shines through in their demeanor with my questions and the way they interact with my puppy. Will always go here.
