South hill location is better. This one tends to be more dirty and dustier and has less sales going on at any given time. And maybe I came in on a bad day but the employees all seemed really irritated.

This Petco was very unattended felt like I was bothering the employee by asking a question. Lots of empty shelves, lots of things with no price tag.

Helpfully, knowledgeable staff as well as, pets, food, litter and litter boxes, pet carriers, cages, toys, snacks, treats and training equipment. Dog grooming on site availability.
