Was a walk in today with our dog Jackson to get nails and glands done and they did so well with him. Other places haven't trimmed his nails properly and today his nails were actually trimmed not just the tips. Jackson did great there too. They were quick and amazing. I love they offer a nail trim punch card . Thank you

I would never take my dogs anywhere else! Screech & Chewy are so well taken care of by the entire staff, and especially Jamie! Take your pets there, you will never be disappointed! Prices are great & it's easy to get an Appointment when you need one!

My dog is so used to this place he just hops up to get his bath. They are so convenient. They help w his nails too! They have hypoallergenic shampoo. Little treats for him after. They are ALWAYS helpful.

I took my dog Wyatt there to get his nails clipped and the girl was so sweet and so fast! We were in and out in under 5 minutes! This place is great. I'll be bringing my other two dogs to get their nails trimmed as well. Everyone there was so kind!

They have been great the first few times but this last time not so good. Just quick and not as good as the other times.... I want to apologize to you guys do to my miss understanding you guys are great my puppies had quite a nots that we had to brush and cut out after their haircut's only do to them having so much thick hair. My other partner was complaining about it but I know that their coats are a bit much and you can only do so much. We'll always continue to come back they both get so excited for the field trip to get pretty.

I took my dog here because his original groomer was booked. He is a white Siberian husky. When I pick him up he had a tint of yellow to him and his legs were all wet. When I left I noticed his legs still had dirt on them. I took him back and they wash his legs and it still looked dirty and their excuse was “his fur is stained” . Never have I heard that before and I have taken him to other groomers and he has always came back looking crisp white. Another red flag was the fact that they took only an 1 1/2 hr to groom him. Which makes sense why he didn’t look completely cleaned. I called the next day asking to speak to a manager or supervisor for a refund because I was dissatisfied with how my dog looked and was gonna take him to get groomed somewhere else. I did not feel comfortable taking him back to get groomed with them. The person on the phone started raising her voice with me because I was simply expressing my concerns to her about why I was dissatisfied with their service. Someone else jumped on the phone which leads me to think I was on speaker and told me “sorry you can’t afford to take your dog somewhere else to get groomed” and hung up on me. Please do not take your dog here if you want quality grooming. The kids that work here are very unprofessional and emotional. And everything is the customers fault and they won’t take accountability for their botched work. I never done a review in my life but the fact that they were so UNPROFESSIONAL and yelling at me the customer when I kept a calm voice left me appalled. Grooming is not cheap and it’s also not fair to pay for something that have to do again because it wasn’t done right in the first place. Please save your money because they won’t refund you if your not satisfied.

My daughter took her husky to get groomed and they did a horrible job, they washed his legs again but there was still dirt underneath his legs, and they told her that his fur was stained which she has never been told this before from his original groomer. My daughter called them to request a refund and they were very rude, raising their voice and yelling at her and hanging up on her. They were very unprofessional, and I do not recommend this groomer at all. I work in a customer service field and this type of behavior would have gotten me fired!

I was nervous about finding the right groomer & so was my pup. As soon as I handed her over she peed on the staff. They were very kind, understanding & took their time for my pups first experience being handled by strangers. My girl left very happy & that makes me a customer for life. Most places are very strict about 1st grooming, charging more to do less trimming. Pawsitive image does NOT do that. Very responsible pricing & excellent service.

We have brought our old dog here so we decided to bring out new dog here. He is a Aussie/Board Collie mix and full of hair. I called and asked for an appt for a wash/blow out. The lady said they had an appt for that day in just a couple hours. Not thinking to ask anything else. I said ok I will take it and hung up. I had to hurry up knowing I barely had time to drop him off before my daughter's weekly ballet class. Anyways after I sign him up I hand him over and race out. As I'm watching him in the window I'm watching her struggle getting him in the back. She was chasing him all around the waiting room. I almost went back in but I knew that wouldn't help. After watching for about 10 mins, she finally got him back. I got a call about 1.5 later saying his was ready and he did great. I let her know my husband would be there to get him as I would be another 3 hours. My husband called me the moment he got him and asked what I had done. I told him just a wash and blow out why. He explained because it was $70. We understood everything went up but he didn't even get cut or anything. She didn't even explain to me the cost of things too! I understand everyone is in a hurry but they need to make sure customers know what they are paying for. Because for 1 blowouts are suppose to help with all the crazy access hair dogs have and it didn't even do anything with my dog. I will be bringing him back there I will just make sure I ask more questions and know what the cost of everything is.

I took my 6 month Greman Shepard husky terrier mix for her first groom here. When I first arrived the were many clients arriving and it felt extremely chaotic and a little overwhelming. After I filed out a little note sheet with mine and my dogs information I was quoted approximately a two hour duration for the groom. I received a phone call just a little over an hour later to come pick u pmy dog as she was ready. When I arrived to pick her up the went and got her from the back I could see she was still damp and it appeared as if she had not been brushed. I was informed that they stopped blow drying her because she she was not acclimated to the dryer. I do appreciate the concern for my dogs stress levels but being the mix she is and it being spring her under coat was not blown out and that was majority of the reason I wanted her groomed. After paying 45$ for what I felt was incomplete groom I spent the ride home with all my windows down because her undercoat was filling the entirety of the cab. The last thing that I want to note that upset me was when my dog was brought to me, she was allowed outside them grooming area with out her collar, harness and leash and after she greated me she headed straight towards the door, she didn't get out, but the hazard could have been avoided by at least putting her collar and leash on first.The groomers were really nice but I don't feel that I experienced the same level of professionalism that I've received with other companies in the past with my other dogs. I unfortunately will not be utilizing their services again.Well now that you have chosen to respond in such unprofessional manner, I thought you might like to know I was recommended that specific groomer by another one of their clients. I have never met them before and I think it is unacceptable to to inform a dissatisfied customer that the person they were recommended had been fired over a Google review.

Of all the dog groomers I’ve taken my 5yo Golden Retriever to, both in Spokane and Spokane Valley over the years, they are kind to both Goldie and me and do an excellent job of grooming her at a reasonable cost. Goldie does not show the fear she did during grooming with other groomers.They do exactly the grooming I ask them to do. She is my Service Dog, so I’m rather particular and they are okay with my requests. Plus I bring her in every 2-3 weeks for a $10 nail trim, best price in Spokane. Maeve and Goldie.

Nothing but great experience.We’ve been going here for almost 6+ months for nail trims and just had a wonderful full grooming session.My 5 year old golden retriever doesn’t like getting his nail trimmed at home anymore so we go here every 4 weeks and they are always so gentle and polite with him and me.We just had him groomed for the first time in his life. We’ve always heard horror stories about guldens getting trimmed way too much or even shaved but pawsitive did a wonderful job! They listened and actually followed all the instructions I left for them on how to groom him and not necessarily get rid of his fluff. They accommodated me for a same day appointment and the price seemed fair. So happy about this place!

I've been going to Pawsitive Imagefor about 20 years. They always do an awesome job. Last time I took my dogs, they were done in an hour in a half. They are very good with the animals and my dogs don't get nervous or anxious when they'rethere. Very pawsitive experiences.2/10/2023****Their prices went up too high, so I will be looking for another groomer. It's unfortunate, but the increase is way out of my budget! $130 for two small dogs is outrageous then after the tip, They had a rate increase last year and then this year. Friendly or not, I have to go elsewhere from now on.

Went in to wash my dogs, I've been there before but it's been several years. I asked the girl how much knowing it depended on size and told her I had three dogs to wash. She tells me go get them, and sets up 1 out of 5 tubs. 1 tub was in use. Once I get all three of my dogs in a huge great Pyrenees jumps the counter and starts running around, my youngest dog a 2 yr old dane gets over excited thinking play time. That's when she decides to tell me there was only one tub available. So I guess she expected me to leave two of my dogs in the hot car while I washed one at a time... Thanks for nothing.

This place is amazing!! They only charged me $5 to clip my dogs nails. For a 2lb dog he does not make this task easy. They we're very professional and quick. I will take my dog here from now on and travel 4.5 hours because these people are that awesome!! Dog wash and grooming available too! I will recommend this place to all if my friends with pets.

Been taking our goldendoodle here for the last few months and LOVE them! We recently had to get her shaved down pretty short after not brushing her while on a 3 week road trip. They were SO understanding and made her look adorable!Our Penny is always so excited when she realizes where we are going which is saying a lot from a dog who is scared of everything!

Our dog is a pill, but she does fine here. Somehow they can actually cut her nails... We sure can't. Seems expensive to me, but I guess it's actually very competitive in pricing compared with other places.

My 8 year old, 90 lb dog struggles to get into our claw foot tub and always slips when he's getting washed at home so we thought we'd try a dog wash. He was able to get up into the tub using the ramp easily, and didn't slip at all while he was in there.I didn't think I could be this impressed with a self-serve dog wash experience but wow this place was great! Good price, super friendly staff, everything you need is provided (shampoo, conditioner, face wash, treats, brushes, towels, aprons, a dog drier, ear cleaner and even vanilla extract spray to help rid some of the everlasting skunk smell on our dog) and they even have a loyalty program. We will definitely be bringing both our dogs here from now on.

This is a high quality dog salon with expert groomers and good facilities. I have been using Pawsitive Image Dog Salon ever since moving to Spokane four plus years ago. My dogs love going there and they are well taken care of by the staff. The hair cuts given to both of my dogs are very well done even though both dogs are only 1 1/2 years old and never hold still for me. I have taken the dogs in for a bath several times after they have had a wonderful time at the dog park and have accumulated about 5 pounds of mud all over them. When I pick them up - surprise! I have two white dogs again. The staff is friendly and skilled and I am glad to recommend Pawsitive Image Dog Salon. Norene L.
