Theresa has been grooming our 12 year old chihuahua for as long as I can remember and now she’s helping me with our new doodle puppies. I can’t say enough great things about her. She loves my dogs like they are her own and they are always happy to see her. In addition she’s always so bright, kind, and honest despite their busy schedule. I really appreciate her hard work and dedication working with Debbie at Pampered Pets. She’s amazing and irreplaceable at this business! 5 Stars!

I’m not one to write reviews, but I LOVE THIS PLACE. I always use to get so nervous taking my dog to a groomer due to horror stories, but goodness, I am so glad we found pampered pets. I love it and the owner Debbie (I believe). Every time we take our dog Sammy here, he always looks (and smells) incredible. Very shocked with the bad reviews because I can’t even think of a negative thing to say. I did see a review about them charging a fee if you use your card, in my experience, they have let me know every single time that if I use a card, there is a fee. Selective hearing, I suppose. But yes, absolutely bring your animals here. They’ll get spoiled. They also give some type of festive bandanna every time your pet goes. So cute!

The best groomers in Spokane. My two Saint Bernards always come out looking magnificent. I know my dogs can be difficult to groom so I’m always surprised at how affordable pampered pets is considering the time and effort it takes to get them looking so polished. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a groomer.

We bring our two cats here about twice a year to get groomed and these ladies do a wonderful job! Wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone else, they truly care and do it right! Thank you ladies!

My family has been going here about about 17-18 years now. They are amazing, professional and care so much about my animals. I even send my cat (ragdoll) for a groom a couple times a year. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’m writing this review based on the ignorance, and unprofessional of this establishment. To begin, they didn’t inquire what type of breed my dog was and we told them he was a shih tzu. They tried to shave his wart off, and my dog now acts like he has been abused. We cannot pet him the way we used to, he hides under the bed, and has been having seizures ever since he went to this place. The owner has no business of owning a grooming salon. To top it off they charged over $110 and didn’t even wash him, they just shaved him to his skin. He looks like a siamese cat. They should he ashamed.

I’ve taken my 13 year told schnauzer to a different groomers for nearly 10 years prior to this experience, decided to try somewhere else due to moving farther away from them. I now have 2 schnauzers and made an appointment for both to be groomed and bathed. Over the phone upon asking for pricing, I was told the price for each was $48. I was very surprised to walk in to cages surrounding the entrance of the salon. I was told to automatically cage the two of them. Both were terrified from the start. My previous groomers loved my 13 year old, I was always told how good and sweet natured she was. I come to pick both of them up both, freaking out in a small wired kennel. They had a small orange and white cat on the front counter hissing at me while one of the gals was in the back grooming another dog. The cat was hissing at me my entire 10 minute wait at the front desk. I went to pay, only to be charged nearly $70 a pup and told my 13 year old was aggressive. Never again will I take my dog to this groomers. They were completely unprofessional and need to cage that cat, not the dogs.

The gal can be snappy when she gets overwhelmed! Tells you to take your dog to the vet after she has done your pet numerous times? Dogs can sense when a person is upset and will react to that, with behaviors! A groomer is supposed to be trained in all types of dogs and how to manage themselves in all types of situations!

Told the price, use my debit card and charged a $3 fee. Never told ahead of time there would be a fee. Service was just a nail trim. No sign up saying fee is charged.Also had a punch card (3 actually) and I was informed they no longer offer.Will go to Petco going forward. Always try to support the small business but higher prices, hidden fees and no loyalty program.Just lost a 3 Year customer!

My dog is old and very frightened of ANYTHING grooming related, especially getting his nails trimmed. They were gentle and sweet to him and gave him lots of lovin and treats and told him how good a boy he was once they were done with his nails. We have had some not so good experiences with different groomers before, so I was elated to find one that was willing and able to work with his anxieties and still treat him with kindness. The staff is awesome, and I will absolutely be bringing my baby back to them for all of his grooming needs.

I’ve never written a review before but I feel that I need to. I took my Aussie in to get a trim and to thin her coat out because it was so thick. I spoke to the manager of the salon prior to this visit and told me that she could do the thinning on the hair next appointment. I come to pick my Aussie up expecting to see her long coat still and it was COMPLETELY SHAVED DOWN. I was horrified that the owner did not bother to even call me and ask if I wanted her to be shaved down like this. My family has taken our dogs to the salon for almost 20 years and when I voiced my concerns telling her that I did not think the cut looked good and was angry she didn’t ask me before shaving her down she told me to “find another groomer” and hung up on me! I couldn’t believe that after 20 years of customer loyalty I was treated this way. I’ll be finding another grooming salon from now on and warn anyone who takes their dogs there.

Been going here for years, quality of cuts has continued to go down! Prices have continued to go up! I’m done, they ask if you want a bandana and scent, I say no EVERYTIME and the last 4 times my dog had that terrible sent and a bandanna put on! Nothing like having to wash your dog AFTER they go to the groomers. SMH

Hands down the best place to take your pet for grooming. My dog is actually excited to go here where as in the past at other grooming places had to be dragged in. My dog leaves happy and smelling and feeling great. I like that they give him a bandana to wear - it's cute. The staff is so friendly - I'm so happy I found this place.

I dont usually leave reviews, but my dog came home with three bloody nails. I heard her yelp while they were doing her nails and asked if she was okay and they said their "best nail" person was taking care of her. I get nails trimmed every 3 weeks and this has never happened before. She is so shaken up and I'm very disappointed.

We have been taking our dogs here for years, and they have always provided the best experience. Years ago, one of our dogs was sprayed by a skunk, the owner came to my home and transported our dog back to the shop so that we didn't get the smell in our car. At that point we had only been taking our dog there for a couple months, but after this level of care, we will always take our animals here.

Not pleased with how my dog was treated and how we as owners we treated when we tried to voice our concerns. We were charged double without any forewarning and they made accusations towards my dog that he was aggressive. Will not be going here in the future. My parents use mobile dog grooming and I will as well because they have been nothing but good to my parents dogs. That's the type of treatment that gains loyal customers, not how this place treated my animals.

Debbie and Theresa are so friendly! They genuinely care for your animal while they are in their care. Had my dog deshed and a bath and nails clipped. Love the bananas for the boy dogs and the scents! Will definitely be going again. Thank you

Horrible service, over-priced, and they did only half the job! For an all-over cat shave, it starts at $60. I was charged $92 and I know Smokey never changed since I’ve been with them in previous years. We asked that our little long-haired dog be groomed, and was clearly not. Also, there was a bunch of loose hair flying around when he shook. Never coming back!

I don't normally write reiviews but i felt they did not listen to my instructions due to scheduling all of there morning drop offs at the same time while doing nail trims. I was hoping to have the extra fluff around my dogs paws trimed, instead he no longer has any of his gorgeous feathers on his back legs and his whole underside was shaved including his chest, Hopefully it gows back in time for the cold weather. There was not a single dog there that did not look stressed while stacked in wire creates. If you have a fearful dog, this is not the place for you.

Affordable, good service for our sweet golden retriever. They do a great job on shampoo and brush out. Only issue we had is asking for a little cut and them doing a summer cut (shave).

I just had the worst the experience! I had an appointment to take my dog in at 1pm...was told to call 15 minutes prior to see how their schedule was looking. I called and the lady was so extremely rude to me. Suggested I book another appointment, even though I had booked a week prior. I explained that I still wanted to bring my pet in but just wanted to know if 1pm was still the scheduled time. Explained that my dog is on anxiety medicine just for this grooming appt. She suggested I find a new groomer and hung up on me!!! Hung up on me! What kind of business does that? I tried to call back to maybe speak with the owner or perhaps another person working there and they continue to hang up on my call. By far, the worst experience. The sad part is, I’ve taken my dog there the past two years and then I’m treated this way. Such a shame. Please do not take your pet there and be sure to read all the other reviews. I wish I had.

No real impressed. I don't like my cat being automatically muzzled. He's a gentle giant, and he's never bitten anyone. He cried the entire time, so much so that I ended the session early. To my dismay, I was charged $60 for pulling him early. The entire experience just seemed wildly inappropriate. Next time, I'll just go to Paw Prints & Fish Tails in Kellogg Idaho. I don't care if I have to drive all damn day. I'll never go back to Pampered Pets.

WONDERFUL! Our 2 y/o Shih Tsu has been refused by 3 previous groomers as "too mouthy and needs drugs." Arlo hates the Vet and hates anything around his face. He's a challenge...loving & sweet...but a challenge. The groomers at Pampered Pets were unable to complete his groom on the first visit and asked for a quick return to try again. SUCCESS! They were patient, understanding, and assured me I did NOT have the worst dog in the world. Suggested we come often to get him used to the facility and staff. Maybe I just had the wrong groomers before? Cannot say enough great things about Pampered Pets!!!

My boy, Dash Border Collie prefers to get dirty, so he can be difficult to groom, but Pampered Pets always do a great job and its the only place where hes gotten groomed. Hes 11 now and still hates getting groomed! Even as a little puppy, he liked rolling around in the mud! Thx to the whole crew at Pampered Pets!
