Unload took a very long time. Many hours. Parking is insanely difficult because you can not leave your truck straight against the building. The tractor has to be at 45 degree. People are friendly. Usually people in Spokane are very friendly. The earlier you will arrive the better. No appointments. First come first served. Good luck.

If you are delivering with a 53’ this is the location you will want to go to. As soon as you enter the business park on b street it’s the first building on the right. Office is near the middle of the building. For overnight parking there is a dirt lot for the hotel I would not suggest parking there. The lot has some nice deep holes that might take your mudflap off when backing. As soon as you enter make a right and you can parallel park along side the back of the dirt lot. The security guard had no problem with me sitting there.
