They are so fantastic with our standard poodle Piper and our elderly toy poodle Belle. Piper has issues with strangers but has really warmed up to Liz and her staff. Piper is a nut! She always looks beautiful after her appointment and they really listen to what the client wants. They go above and beyond and have even noticed medical issues that we ended dealing with early on. Piper wasn’t acting sick but turned out having a very serious uterus infection. Liz recommended taking her to the vet after what she noticed and it likely saved Pipers life. ❤️

Our pup, Willow, needed a trim and bath. The ladies at Lil Bit Of Grooming are happy, kind, and made our puppy (ok, almost not a puppy anymore) feel at home, because she can be skittish around other dogs and people.Full service took a little less than 2 hours and is very affordable. Worth every penny to see our baby happy, looking fresh and clean, and very proud of being a good girl, wearing her adorable new neckerchief when we pick her up.Thanks to everyone at Lil Bit Of Grooming. We'll see you next month!

Brought my Shih Tzu to Lil Bit and was WOWED by the service and end result. Their shop is centrally located and easy to access and Amelia spent time gathering information, updating me as she groomed, and afterwards setting up a plan to keep Royce looking good, including scheduling us for follow ups. Really appreciate the time and care they showed!! 👍🏻

They always do a great job are thorough and quick. Never have to wait for an appointment either. (Revision) I returned to them and they took many hours to complete the work then called and said they are closing early today I need to come immediately to get the pet! I rushed in as soon as possible, 30 minutes before posted hour of closing, and they charged me double for making them wait. There's plenty of grooming facilities in spokane I'll be going elsewhere from now on i suggest that if your reading this, save your money and do likewise!

They did amazing. My dogs never been away from me but he was so excited to be there. The girls are very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend you use their service. My dog got a bath and the works and came out looking and feeling like a million bucks. Couldn't be happier. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Took my little highly anxious old mini schnauzer here and the groomers did an absolutely wonderful job here. My dog left super happy and excited which we never have seen from the other groomers we have taken him to! They handled him with such care that he absolutely loved it!

I had too have my two chihuahuas nails trimmed and my regular groomer was closed for the holiday. I called LBOG and they were able to get them clipped wright away. Excellent staff and service, very clean and friendly

They were kind enough to make us an appointment just 2 weeks after our initial phone call. They gave our pup a decent cut and added a cute bandana. The price was a bit higher than I was expecting, but not too excessive. I would probably use them again and would recommend them for full service grooming for your pup.

My little dogs worst experience. Emailed the owner about my grievances, not wanting any money back but simply for somebody to fix my dogs hack job that they gave her, not a single response. This hair cut was awful. Do not recommend sombody that can't take the time to care about their clients and their animals.

Walked in for a nail trim and although they were all busy I didn't have to wait long. My dog usually hates when we trim his nails. The groomer was able to get him and done in 3 minuets. I'll be coming back for sure.

This shop was recommended by Curtis at Les Schwann on Francis. Great pick. I felt safe leaving my Great Pyrenees puppy, who needed a lot of care, to them. She is a companion dog and in training. She was timid at first but they made her feel so comfortable. They did a great job! I would highly recommend them. They were very supportive of me too and we appreciate the input and giving us an account of her.
