I've been a customer of Koi Gardens for several years. They are always helpful and their fish and plants have always done well for me. I wish they were a little closer in-town, but I like their display gardens and that it is a home-run business.Edit: We had them provide a bid on some fairly minor modifications for our pond. There was a fee for the bid and then they gave us a quote for over 10,000... a fairly obvious 'we're not interested in this job' price. We have pretty much stopped stopped using Koi Gardens after this experience.

Lovely location. Easy parking. Have a little of everything for all your Koi needs. Pricing wasn't terrible. They even had Interpet products from England!! (I used to work for them there). 😁

Koi gardens has been our go to place for many years for "all things koi". We purchase our koii food, water/air pumps,an replacement parts as needed. ( Don't get me wrong the product quality is superb but after 8 years or so a part is bound to need a replacement) Do plan a little bit of extra time " just to walk around the koi ponds, beautiful and calming for sure

Great place for purchasing Koi and supplies for your pond.3 stars because they promise their customers that even though their shop is closed through the winter season they will return calls when customers leave voice messages. I had an urgent matter and wanted to them to answer a few questions about winterizing my pond. I called and left a few voice messages and they did not bother calling me back even once.

Very educated on ponds/fish, lots of supplies, but if you want to purchase a koi, go to k&c ranch WAY BETTER PRICES ON FISH

Great family run business. I went there not having a clue after I bought a house with a koi pond. After just one look I could tell the system that was in place with my pond was all wrong. They were very helpful and guided me to an effective reservoir, plumbing, and filtration system that fit my budget.

Weve owned a pond for several years but had gotten lax on maintenance. The owners recommended and sold us a couple types of bacteria and within days our pond was crystal clear. We also bought some pond plants from their stock of big healthy plants. Our pond has never looked better.
