My dogs have been going to Jeanne’s since summer 2019 and are still so excited to go every day! All the owners and caretakers (past AND present) are very friendly, clearly love the puppies they watch over every day, and keep the facility nice and clean. My wife and I have relied on them many times for boarding, and it’s great to go on vacation and not have to worry about whether our babies are being taken care of or are happy and comfy. Highly recommend to anyone searching for a place to let your dog hang out and make friends!

Over the years four of our dogs have gone to Jeannies Doggie Daycare and we have also used their boarding services. The dogs are always excited when we pull into the parking lot because they knew it would be a great day. Never a problem and always go out of the way to assist. Love the report cards when I pick them up from boarding. Love them.

My dog Fawnzie has been going to jeanne's for about 9 months. He loves going so much and gets so excited everytime we pull in. The staff are amazing with him and he loves all of his friends. Fawnzie has so much energy and the daycare is a great place to let him socialize and get his energy out.

We've been at Jeanne's Doggie Daycare and Pet Hotel for over five years now. Copper, our dog, is very comfortable here. He has a lot of friends and the staff is very friendly.Our parents also trusts Jeanne's with their dog Stella.Boarding and daycare are options that we use frequently.They are also strict on vaccinations which helps us to feel safe about his friends keeping up with their vaccinations.The location is convenient. There parking is plentiful.

At pick up and drop off I heard the staff yelling at the dogs. At pick up I looked into the area where the dogs played and I realized the dogs had no place to go potty, they were all just pottying inside of the building all day long, not even turf to mimick grass. This is probably so bad for potty training. My dogs smelled like urine when they were given back to me, my boy was even wet like he had laid in pee. My girls paw was bloody, it looked like her foot got stepped on hard enough to crack her toenail so deep that I can’t safely cut it off. I don’t think another dog could have stepped on her hard enough to do that. I will never bring my dogs back there and I don’t recommend that anyone brings their dogs or cats there.

I absolutely love this place and my baby boy loves it here too, he is always so excited whenever I bring him in! The lobby is always so clean, and I love being able to see all the dogs through the window. The staff are friendly and kind, and they all are so eager to help, even when they're busy. If you need a place to trust with your fur babies, this should be it!

My German Shepherd Jenna absolutely LOVES going here. Before I go to work I say "Doggie Day Care" to her and she gets SOOO excited. Her tail wags, cries with excitement and jumps in the car as soon as the door is open. I have boarded her here several times and I never worry she'll be unhappy. I leave knowing she's in good hands. I'm so glad I found Jeanne's Doggie Day Care.

Max has been coming here for about 2 years and he loves it. He gets excited in the morning to see not only his puppy friends but his human friends too!!The staff is amazing and always accommodating. I’ve had to call and ask for what felt like last second overnight accommodations, and they have always been available to help.If you are looking for a safe and happy place for your pup, you will find it here.

My 1-year old golden doodle puppy has been going to daycare 1-2 days per week and boarding 2-3 nights per month since she was 16 weeks old. Staff is helpful and professional. She seems to be better for spending the days with friends and well-cared for when boarded. I appreciate the boarding reports.

I would never bring my dog there ever again. When we picked him up and he smell like he has been pissed on. Also he has a laceration in his ear which they did tell us about. The dog handler was cussing like a dunk sailor to all the dogs. Avoid this place at all cost.

We had a boxer named Dozer, he loved going to Jeanne’s Doggie Daycare. Always so happy to get there and tuckered out when we got him home. He was always safe and well cared for there. We also boarded him there and never worried about him. ❤️

My dog Wednesday loves it there. I left her there for a few days at there doggie hotel. When I came to pick her up I got a progress report of how she did. She made new puppy friends and was a good girl. The staff is very nice and always answers any questions I might have. Strongly recommend.

My little fur baby is my 4th baby to go to Jeanne’s Doggy Daycare in the valley.Every one of them learned the drive there and were always so excited to get there!You know they love being there when their pulling on the leash and forgetting all about you.I believe if they had ever been abused or neglected, they would show anxiety or fear to be there. Never has that happened.I recommend Jeanne’s to anyone who loves their babies and only want them to be safe and happy.

I have been bringing my 4-legged child to the downtown location for almost 10 years. She absolutely loves the owners and staff, and has always received lots of love and great care.Over the past year my sweet girl has had numerous medical issues and surgeries that have required special care. The staff at Jeanne's have always been very accommodating to her needs and move her to a suite to rest when she gets tired.We use Jeanne's 5-6 days a week for daycare and board her here anytime we need to. We have always had a wonderful experience and continue to do so amongst all the negativity. For my sweet girl, Jeanne's is her home away from home and she loves it there.We love you guys!

Boarded my dog here over the holidays. He gets his own little hotel room where we were able to bring his bed and own toys, which stays in his room as some dogs are possessive. During the day it becomes a daycare, very busy and with lots of dogs to play with. At the end he got a report card of his behavior and his best friends, super cute. Loved the staff who let me call and check on my dog to see how he was doing. They keep an eye on his much food and water they have been drinking to make sure they aren't feeling too stressed. Absolutely love this place

I’ve never once had a bad experience in the year and half having my shepherd be in daycare here! It’s got lots of space in the lobby and play room, my dog is cared for here and the workers know what they’re doing handling those all pups. Boarded here once and I’ll definitely do it again. Compared to other places the packages on everything I get like daycare, can’t beat for what my dog needs. I am very thankful they’re here!

I went to get my dog back from a short stay that she had. We had paid to get her a bath, but she smelled like pee. We were told previously that she had peed in the bed that she was sleeping in and we didn't think anything of it. After this trip she had a clear change in personality and was very afraid. We do not hit our dogand she was acting like we were going to. We did research and what we found is that the employees are told to hit the dogs to get them to listen. Our puppy is three months old, so she doesn't follow every command and I'm assuming that a frustrated employee hit her the first time and she peed in her bed. The second time it is clear that she was hit many times and was constantly in trouble. We will not be using Jeanne's again and would suggest others do the same. We were told by everyone that was bringing their dog in that they loved it. But they must not know of the abuse that constantly happens.

I wanted to like this place. Our dog stayed for 5 days. Unfortunately, when we had picked him up and brought him home he reeked of piss! We ended up bathing him that evening it was so horrible. On top of that he acted really weird for about a week. He is normally upbeat and has lots of energy. However, for a solid week upon returning home he would lay in his bed and when we would call his name it would take a few times before he would come to us. He seemed really down. It was very odd! In two years never witnessed such a dramatic change. By the way I used to be a dog groomer for 3 years and our dogs sit in a kennel for hours without having a pee break outside. We always made sure to take good care of them and clean up after them so they wouldn’t pee on themselves or sit in it. It was evident that he wasn’t taken care of.

Wow! I'm surprised to see all of these negative reviews, although I see some of them are a little older. I would like to give my two cents as someone who has just begun taking my chihuahua to Jeanne's.My chihuahua, Pablo, used to spend his days sleeping in my apartment while I was at work, but now I take him at 7AM and pick him up at 6PM, and he is tuckered out! He cuddles all night. When I take him to Jeanne's, he now recognizes where we are immediately and begins to make excited noises. I have watched him through the viewing window playing with the other small dogs and he seems to have a lot of fun! He never seems to want to leave.My experience with Jeanne's has been incredibly positive, and it was recommended to me by coworkers who have the same opinion of the facility. I never saw the old facility, but find that the Sprague facility is very clean and well kept, especially when they have so many animals coming to daycare each day! I love how they separate the big dogs from the small dogs so they can play with someone more their size =) I've always been welcomed cheerfully and treated wonderfully by each employee I've encountered. They all knew Pablo's name by the third or fourth day! I really feel like they take good care of him.They also do wonderful nail clipping! They use a different technique that is much less likely to cut into the quick of their nails, so there's less chance of your dog feeling pain. And they offer it for a great price!To form your own opinion, I'm sure they would be happy to give a tour of the facility, and you could always try it out just for one day to see what you and your special K9 family member think =)

I have been taking my dog to Jeanne's for 4 months. The owners and their team have been so wonderful and helpful. There is a warm family atmosphere and Lonnie, the owner is fast to offer recommendations with problems you may be having with your pup. I would recommend this daycare and boarding facility.

This place is absolutely astounding. If you've ever had trouble leaving your dog at home, finding someone to take care of them for a period of time like vacation, this is the place for you! They will watch your dogs and take care of them all day, they have a bathing program and they even trim your dogs nails. Not only is this place amazing for the day, you can board your dogs here as if it were a luxury hotel. You will my most definitely be satisfied by the work that is done here.

I bring my two dogs there five days a week. My pups seem tired and happy each evening and are eager to get there in the morning, and their happiness is what's important. The employees are always very nice and personable as well as willing to work with you on payments and I find their prices to be pretty good in comparison to other daycare so we've been to. I give them four stars because I'd prefer my dogs to be outside and playing on hills and rolling in the grass and the only play area they provide is a concrete room with toys and overall the place is a bit run down. But nevertheless it's better than my pups staying home all day! Also wasn't a huge fan of the owner, found him a bit pigheaded but I don't think he's there much. Overall I'd recommend this daycare to anyone who's main focus is their dogs' happiness!

Great people and owners that take care of your dog like it is their own. We use them to get some energy put of our Bernese. He has even stayed overnight a couple times and seems to really enjoy his time there as well!

We have a pretty good sized dog, and she doesn't get to be out with other dogs often, and really enjoys it when she can. We've taken her to Jeanne's twice now, the first time for a Saturday play day and then the second time to play and spend the night. When I picked her up, she was happy and having a great time. She is usually nervous and not happy about being away from us, but at Jeanne's I don't think she even misses us. It's great to have a place like this so close to home, where they take such good care of her and she likes to go. Brandy is a happy puppy! We plan on making her visits there a regular thing.
