I love this place. One of the best things about this cafe is all the vegetarian food. They have multiple drink options as well. It is a little small regarding seating but the food is great! I recommend ordering your food to go due to the limited seating.

Huckleberries stands out as our community's premier locally-owned natural food store, offering a fantastic selection of fresh, organic vegetables and fruits. It's my go-to spot for oranges and apples for smoothies. The store also boasts an impressive array of vegan cheeses and non-dairy items. If you're hungry, don't miss their Cafe and Bistro with daily soups, a salad bar, and over a dozen freshly made sandwiches and other entrees. The community board at the front keeps us informed about Spokane events. In addition to their excellent offerings, Huckleberries has been a dedicated supporter of local philanthropic endeavors, with Josh, the store manager, leading the way. It's been a pleasure working with them over the last decade.

Dear management- add a tip option on your bistro’s credit card reader! Your kitchen deserves it! The fried egg sandwich is one of the best in the area and for only $9+$4 for the “Coffee of the Day” I am more than willing to tip generously for such a deal. 🌟

This place is great for customer service, health foods, and natural foods. The store is well kept and clean it has a nice little restaurant on site I have not eaten at but it smells delicious. It must be pretty good because every time I've ever been in the store there's always people sitting down eating qnd getting food. The store workers are just extremely helpful when it comes to looking for a specific product or something that you're maybe looking for not sure where it's at. And they're going to offer any suggestions as well so if they are out of a product that they usually do a good alternative for as well. The prices are priced about what one would expect considering everything is extremely expensive anymore. The produce always looks good in the stores always well kept clean. I definitely recommend huckleberries if you've never tried it out I recommend going in there and see for yourself.

If you are lucky, this is a place where you can get frozen fresh huckleberries 🏼🤗❤️Love when local products are being supported + it's a great way to learn about the best business around. The bakery section manager suggested visiting the farm not far away, and it was great!

The food from their bistro is so good. We really enjoy their breakfasts. You can get out of there spending just about $20 for two people. I had the mushroom Swiss omelet with potatoes and we shared a pancake. It was delicious. Their hot bar is also amazing.

This is not too easy There aren't any good deals here, lunch is great, but do be prepared to pay for quality.From the basics to the exotic you can find something here. We just went to visit the specialty cheeses and walked out with a bag full of great food and goods.I have eaten lunch here and I can say that I enjoyed it and didn't walk away with the feeling of needing anything.

I have a bit of a love-hate relationship with this store.Let me start with calling out the employees for being hands down the best of all grocery stores. There are super knowledgeable and passionate people for each department and you will find nothing like this anywhere else.However the prices are too high for a large percentage of the products offered here.Anything you can buy anywhere else that’s also offered here is 30% more expensive. Up to 100% up charge for buying here however. Example: kerrygold butter is 9$ here and $4,50 at Trader Joe’s but you will see this trend across a large percentage of their stock.Today I wanted to buy avocado oil (chosen foods) and found the largest bottle 750ml is 22,29 while the 500ml bottle is 16,49 making the small bottle cheaper per milliliter. A scam tactic I did not expect to see here.Another huge issue here is have never seen before is their inventory age. I have never had an issue with buying expired product before coming here. Unfortunately it is a consistent enough issue that has caused me to check every single product I buy here.What has me coming back is consistently excellent quality produce - at acceptable prices, the proximity (closest store to my house with good organic selection), and of course the staff.I hope their management change will get things in order.For a boutique grocery store they need to do better

I went to Huckleberries 9th St. Bistro for the first time today. My family and I ordered 3 sandwiches and all of the lettuce had MULTIPLE LIVE BUGS on it. Not just one bug, and not just one of our sandwiches. NEVER AGAIN will I eat here and I will never recommend anyone else does either. Clearly this was a lot more “natural” food than I thought. .

For 25+ years Huckleberry’s Natural Market serves high-quality, mostly-organic food to Spokane’s southhill. Cleverly divided into juice bar, soup bar, hot-and-cold food bar serving breakfast, sandwiches, burgers, salads, vegan, and gluten free. Sushi take out and dessert bars are top notch, as well as meat and dairy cases. Several locally sourced coffees, wines, cheeses, fruits and vegetables. Manager, Josh, can be seen working the meat counter or loading groceries. This is a place to meet friends, listen to live music, and become part of a community that makes Spokane a great place to live and eat!

My new spot to stop when in PNW stopped here right off the plane..I looked it up while in my house in CA...and why do they not have one in CDA!!!! OMG I love this place and my dad loves it abd he lives up there and has never went..the caked are a bit on the pricey side .but I get it it's a business ..U can get slices they were all yummy the ones we did get..and there is a Cafe inside and on the right side is the health side and in back of the health side on the right is where u can scoop your own stuff like flour...and pour your own ingredients in their containers..but at least you know it's fresh.

Surprisingly large selection of specialty foods and items, especially vegan and vegetarian options. Store was very tidy and organized, although I did not get a chance to try anything at the bistro, it all looked and smelled good! Will definitely be stopping by here again when I run errands.

A natural market that has been in business in Spokane Washington since 1996. They sell a wide variety of foods and services. Thry can be pricey. They have a deli, they have a sandwich bar. They made a basket for our in-laws with local products. They are a neat service-oriented grocery business that has the local community in mind. It is a friendly place, to meet your food needs.

Some of the bulk bins are Rancid. It seems that there bulk bins are so overpriced compared to anywhere else around here that no one buys them.So the bulk bin products just sit and sit there, forever getting stale and rancid. They don't change them. They just leave them in there so you will buy them even though they're no good and are nasty.On my recent visit I bought some $12 a pound bulk granola that was on sale. I can see why it was on sale. It was rancid and disgusting. The date on the bottom says it is 4 years old. No one sells granola that old, except this store. I've never seen granola for sale that is over 6 months old.I informed Nick the manager about this. But still, on my recent visit it, the rancid granola was still for sale. Even though they were informed it was rancid and disgusting.The same thing happened with the macadamia nuts. The price was twice as high as any other competitive store in the Spokane area. That's why no one buys them. That's why they smell so old and disgusting and have obviously just sat there for so long.So buyer beware; even though they know about their old rancid bulk bins, they continue to just let them sit there and rot, for people to unknowingly buy.Upon looking at their Reviews, I see they do have an excessive amount of bad reviews. Users state repeated problems with expired products and the price is often double the local cost.

Normally the deli for me is a go to for lunch but I can't see myself eating their food again. I ordered a sandwich that midway through eating I pulled out two long hairs and fibers from a kitchen rag with my teeth. Absolutely disgusting.

It is a very very pretentious place. Everything is marked way too high, because of course only with it or cool people shop there and they are more than willing to pay a higher price just for the status of buying it from huckleberries, what a joke. Once you've lived a few years and been a few places in life you realize that most of pricing is in status, location or brand, not quality of goods.

I love this place. It’s a great place to go for most things. You can do all your grocery shopping here, have a bite to eat or have a coffee. The cheese and wine selection are especially good. Some grocery prices are a bit high but it’s all great quality with lots of organic products. And as far as grocery store sushi goes, theirs is good and well priced! This place has a fun vibe that is very welcoming. If you’ve never been, it’s a must!

A high quality grocery store in Spokane. They have local artisan items, food and grocery products. Store is well organized and people work frantically to help customers. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry. You can find many speciality food, vegetarian and vegan included. It is pricey but grocery in spokane in general is pricier. The store has a floweriest and ready made grab and go food items.

2 microwave dinners, a pint of 'ice cream', butter and juice for $52. Kinda seems high.I only recognized one thing in the whole store, it all appeared to be gluten-free dairy-free sugar-free unprocessed... I came in for Häagen-Dazs pineapple coconut ice cream. I eat it every day, I'm obsessed! But the closest thing I could find is dairy free coconut ice cream... 🤨 But no pineapple ice cream or sherbet!?! so i got a $7 non GMO pineapple juice instead... Let's see what kind of dairy free pina colada concoction will come of this. I have pretty low expectations...)

Stopped here for a few quick things. They have a lot of vegan friendly options. Their wine selection was nice. It seems they have some premier liquor options. I didnt see any liquor you could buy at most stores. Cute, fun little store.

Huckleberrys Natural Market has a great selection of organic, no-GMO, all naturals goods. Prices are a little high on some things, but huckleberrys has a unique product inventory so it's worth it. Super fast friendly customer service offered here by the employees.
