Amazing!! Daryl did just an incredible job. He was great at communicating every step of the way. Daryl did a phenomenal job restoring our 1929 floors to their former glory. No more orange oak! No more splinters when we Tom Cruise sock-slide! The job was virtually dustless; he was very neat throughout and left our home in great shape afterward. He is also a very friendly and informative person, with the willingness to explain his process and work around our schedule/needs. He gave us advice on how to keep the floors pristine for years to come. Should we need hardwood restoration in the future, Daryl will be the one I call.

Daryl and Dan at Hardwood Connection did an absolutely amazing job on my damaged wood floor. The stain color turned out better than I could hope- even with some bad water damage/pet staining they were able restore 90% back to brand new. My home was built in 1944 and the floors were probably last maintained in the 80s.Daryl was flexible and made time to see me when many other companies ghosted me. I felt reassured that there was hope to fix them and he even got me in a week before I was scheduled. I could not be happier with the way our hardwoods turned out. It's like someone just installed a brand new floor! Daryl and Doug simply did a terrific job. Absolutely marvelous! They provided a thorough, very competitive bid; they started and finished the project right on time; they kept me up to speed every step of the way; and they provided, afterward, directions about how to maintain and care for the refinished floor. And barely any dust, too! Seriously -- hardly any at all! I received multiple bids from several different outfits for this work, but Daryl and Doug were the only ones who didn't treat it as just another project. I was very pleased with the work performed by Hardwood Connections. They refinished my damaged wood floors and made them look brand new again. They installed new flooring in an adjacent area and seamlessly stitched the new into the old. You cannot tell the difference between the original floor and the new. Particularly happy with the precise cuts they made around the fireplace and how they transitioned floor heights to an adjacent LVP floor. Hardwood connection did an excellent job on refinishing the 100 year old floor in my small office. The price was a value, the work was high quality and matched my existing adjacent floor, and the job was completed within the time and estimated budget provided, even including a custom transition piece in front of my slider. Daryl really helped keep my cost down by letting me know preparatory steps to take that reduced the labor cost and streamlined the process. His employee Dan was courteous, efficient, and explained the steps and answered my questions. Hardwood Connection is booked out several months, but the wait was worth it! I highly recommend them for refinishing old floors, and will definitely be seeking their services when it’s time to do the next room in my house!! Be aware that if you have to use oil-based polyurethane, you may want to vacate your home for several days while the fumes clear!

I contacted Daryl to refinish the original hardwood flooring in my house that was built in 1923. The floors were in good shape before but, being 100 years old, had some stains, needed repairs and just general wear and tear. It took his employees 5 days to redo the entire main floor of my house, which is quite large (living, dining, two bedrooms and a hallway) and I was blown away by the difference in the floors. It completely changed the room! They look brand new, other than a couple of deeper stains. Well worth the money and time. Plus, Daryl was extremely professional and timely, and a very genuine person. I would recommend them time and time again. I still can't believe how good the floors look!**You can see in the first photo there was some significant wear and tear but they buffed it out as much as they could and repaired a section of flooring that was plywood. Because the flooring is so old and unique (old growth maple with almost 16' long boards), they couldn't find the exact type of flooring but they were able to make some that work perfectly. Me and my husband couldn't be more happy with the work from Daryl and Doug. These 2 made a miracle happen. The home we bought had a DIY stamped concrete floor stained to make it look like wood flooring. They have never seen a floor like ours. They took the project on knowing it wasn't going to be easy.
