Wonderful professionals over at Garland Animal Clinic. They take great care of our puppy and it shows because he is never scared to go back. They handled his neutering and vaccinations without issues. Thanks again everyone and I highly recommend this location.

I have a lot of creatures and I take them all to the Garland Animal Clinic. They have always been friendly and very helpful. My most recent visit was to get my 6 month old puppy fixed. With the staff and doctors there I know that my pup and all of my babies are in good hands. So I don't worry about them. They explain everything to me so I can understand. I won't go anywhere else. They treat all kinds of animals.

TLDR; Usually their great, and the veterinarians are always awesome, but the current vet techs SUCK !!!!!!! I'm giving them 3 stars because overall, we've received great care, and the Dr's are AMAZING!!!!! They have done tumor removal, They helped when she was sick another time. And I truly appreciate it! BUT, my last experience wasn't so hot....... It's actually taking me a few days to write this review because I need to process and I don't want to let my grief and my anger cloud it. Idk what happened, but if you don't have to leave your animal unattended, DON'T! I took my 10+ year old Amstaff in for X-rays on Monday. We've been here before without issue. We took her in on a gurney (at their suggestion)as she couldn't/wouldn't put weight on her front leg. When I picked her up, I SPECIFICALLY asked for them to bring her out on a stretcher (like they brought her in, 75+ lbs) When they brought my dog out of the side door, she was NOT on a stretcher, she was being PULLED, with her back legs held off the ground and ALL of her weight on her front legs, by two vet techs! My husband ran over and picked her up, both of us too furious to speak, and they giggled and said something like "well she was walking" She got progressively and exponentially worse that night and had to be put down the next day. I did address this with the Dr. over the phone the next morning, but after hearing that she had no arthritis and seeing them pulling her with complete disregard for her injury/reason for the visit, I ABSOLUTELY believe that those techs actions towards my dog hastened her demise.Otherwise, I've always received great care from them. The veterinarians are communicative, they explain things so you can understand them, she gave clear instructions, and she also gave us all of our options, the possibilities, and the ballpark cost of each and I also appreciated that she was also concerned with my dogs advanced age and quality of life. Everyone is always polite and friendly. It's a pleasant atmosphere (for that kind of place) My girl was already old and sick, we knew it was probably about that time, but I truly believe that them forcing her to put weight on her leg made it worse. Maybe by a month, maybe only a day, but they made it worse. Maybe it was a mistake with terrible consequences (for me and my family at least) , I highly doubt that they did it out of malice, but that doesn't bring my dog back.

They've Taken FABULOUS care of my Ruca Rue🐾♥︎ since day one & she's 11! There was recently a lil hiccup due to my stubbornness & ended up getting a 2nd opinion & tried things there way for few months & all they did was take me for every penny they possibly could👋💸✌️💰 & put my baby on more meds then she needed. I let it go on for a few months but she'd turned into a completely diff dog & was in a MAX AMOUNT OF PAIN! When I brought it to their attention & said I want her back on her original meds that she'd been on a good % of her life. They simply looked me in the eye & said sry that's not going to happen! So basically🖕U! I immediately came back to Garland, explained & apologized & immediately they got her back on her stuff. While at the other place she was given a medication & while getting use to her original meds again I asked if they could prescribe her some to help & they did it worked perfectly, that's when I looked at the bottle from the other vet & saw that they'd had her on 3hun mg & Garland gave her 100mg it worked amazing! Sadly, it just proved everything that I thought they were doing was 100% correct! Within a few weeks, my Ruca Rue was back to her normal self! I'll never make a mistake like I did before & I regret ever changing! GARLANDS BY FAR #1 they've proven that to me for 11yrs! Sry for the novel ((PS HUNTERS was the other vet & they're very good @ making u think that they care)) not trying to put bad publicity out everyone has their own experiences but GARLAND ALL THE WAY BABY!

Today my chihuahua Maddie took a turn for the worse due to heart failure, and I brought her in on an emergency on a Saturday. They got me right in, which was amazing. When it was decided my sweet girl needed to be put down, they handled the situation with kindness and empathy. This was the hardest day of my life by far, and I wasn’t rushed or pushed in any direction when making it. Thank you to the staff and our wonderful dr, Dr Cobb I believe, for how we were treated today. This vet clinic handles end of life issues with so much grace.

I am so thankful for ALL of the staff at Garland Animal Clinic! They took and still are taking amazing care of my kitten. Helping me get my kitty the surgery he desperately needed. If you want your pet who is like family to you to be in good hands when it comes to their health I would highly recommend Garland Animal Clinic! Mr. Maximus is healing up great for the surgery and is wanting to get back to his playful self again thanks to the amazing staff here!

They did a great job fixing up my doodle who ate 1 too many socks. I took him to 2 other places first. Neither would even look at him without either expensive testing or a history with them. Garland Animal Clinic was quickly able to decipher the problem and did the surgery to get the socks out and get him stitched up. No extra tests and expenses. Thank you!

The staff and doctors were all super helpful and nice. They got us in same day and my cat was seen for urgent care right away. We will definitely be going back for regular visits for all our animals. Highly recommend.

I was extremely impressed with how quickly they got my furry friend in to get checked for an ear infection…. They were kind, took time to make himFeel comfortable, and got him taken care. They also did his needed vaccines and did some blood work for any other problems he may have had. Gladly he is tip top, and they did not charge an arm and a leg for all off this! This will be his forever place to go for all his medical needs. Thank you Garland crew! You ROCK!

Very kind staff here. We brought my Aunts dog in back in December and they squeezed her in and took great care of her. We unfortunately had to put Lola down this month and they were so very kind to my Aunt and very understanding and they were so gentle with my Aunt and with Lola that I just cannot thank them enough. They even had a side entrance to exit through so you didn't have to make blurry eyed eye contact with anyone. So I would definitely recommend this Vet Clinic to anyone and everyone. Thank you again for your help.

I've been taking my fur babies to Dr. Grace at Garland Animal Clinic for 20 years. Even after I moved 20 miles away, I still travel for her services. Dr. Grace is knowledgeable, caring and always explains her thinking process. Garland Animal Clinic is expensive, as is all vet care, but I have never felt they ordered tests or recommended a specific food or meds just for the sake of making a profit. I feel that Dr. Grace puts the needs of my 4-leggeds (and me) ahead of personal gain, which is not true every where. After moving to their new larger facility several years ago I have also used their Urgent Care when needed where my loved ones get good care. As a physician myself, I trust the care of my loved ones to Dr. Grace and Garland Animal Clinic 100%. Thank you Dr. Grace and Garland Animal Clinic!

Great animal clinic. The staff is friendly and they know what they are doing. When another clinic couldn't help my cat out, Garland clinic fixed my cat's problem right away.The cost for my cat's surgery seemed reasonable, and there were no surprise fees at the end. My cat and I are very happy to have a great team looking out for her health.

I made an appointment by text on Wednesday. I rec'd an answer back scheduling an appointment the next day and the appointment was set up for the following Monday. This is a busy clinic, but they are always able to get my pets in within a few days. My dogs are always treated like they are special patients. The staff is great; friendly and competent. The appointment went quickly and a diagnosis was reached to give an injection for allergies. The vet is always concerned with value to the clients and makes sure that treatment costs are understood. I feel that the pricing is appropriate for the area and competition.

I want to leave an amazing review because i use to love them so much but since after covid i feel like they have kinda went down hill a bit. Always to busy, always over booked, cant talk to a human most the time, pricing is a bit dramatic now. I know the the economy doesn't help right now. Going in they charge you for a room your in for maybe 5 minutes with you pet. To get medication refills takes more then 45 minutes of waiting in lobby to get them. Its just not worth it to me lately to go here anymore with my animals. For now ive found a different place sadly.

Staff's very kind and considerate. My dog doesn't do well around others so they let me take her in the room from the side door. Very poor signal inside the building, but have free wifi. Only disservice was only knowing the price after everything was already done, as well as getting no paperwork from the doctor detailing her condition and what i should look out for.

Five stars is not enough !!! This clinic is hands down the most caring and loving clinic I have ever taken my kids to !!! Their system of keeping different breeds and animals separated is flawless. It is obvious everyone there loves their job and truly cares about you and your pet from the people behind the counter to the doctor. The doctor actually talks and explains everything to you.

I’ve loved them for years, after having to vet-hop with many moves and some unsavory experiences. Best vet I’ve had in a city, as small town vets are not fair to compare to, in my experience.I hated to do it but my car got two flats a few hours before a double appointment and they let me cancel without a charge seeing as it was an unexpected accident. They even trim my cats’ nails for free historically and one of my cats is so aggressive with me when I try, that anyone to take her on is brave, and they said she was fairly easy to work with.I truly couldn’t recommend a vet for your cats more than Garland Animal Clinic in Spokane. Even if your pets hate the drive from somewhere else in the county, it’s worth it for the care and attention they provide everyone. I’m sure they’re wonderful with dogs but can’t attest myself as I don’t have any. We’ll always be loyal to them when we live in Eastern WA.Thank you all for your care!

They were amazing. I waited an extra 20 minutes, but it was worth it. Despite being behind, they made sure to ask questions and listened to me intently.Typically, they would bring your pet in the back of the room, do what was needed, and bring them back out. (Personally, I don't like that kind of system because I like to be present when they handle my pet. It helps me know if they are a good match for my pets or be an eye witness to issues that came up.) They passed with flying colors! I would trust them to take Squeakers in the back.They have a cat entrance and a dog entrance. As a new client, I accidentally went through the cat door.They have a urgent care appointment system which is amazing. They offer a variety of services, so you can get it all done at one facility.I look forward to coming back.

Words cannot convey our gratitude for their exemplary care and service. My daughters cat needed perineal urethrostomy surgery and Dr. Bo came in on his day off to perform this surgery for us. Throughout the process we had so many questions and concerns and they always were available to provide us reassurance, checks on his progress, and did everything they could to ease our anxiety and fears. Dr. Sorensen and Garland Animal Clinic are amazing. About nine months ago Dr. Sorensen performed a TPLO surgery on my dog, Pepper. Sorensen did a wonderful job explaining my options, letting me know what to expect for recovery, and showed so much care for Pepper throughout the process.At this point it’s like the surgery never happened. Pepper is back to running around and enjoying her walks and hikes. Thank you Dr. Sorensen for taking care of Pepper over the last seven years. I can’t recommend her and Garland Animal Clinic enough.

I was grateful to obtain a same-day urgent care appointment at Garland, something I could not do at my regular veterinarian. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted, my information was confirmed, and I waited for a few minutes for a technician to meet with me in the seating area. She took additional information, let me know there were four urgent care pets in front of me, and I could expect a wait of approximately an hour. After my pet was seen, Dr. Sorensen gave me a thorough explanation of my pet's condition and treatment suggestions/options. Though urgent appointments aren't cheap, the care my pet and I received was exceptional and worth the cost. Garland Animal Clinic is open Saturdays, while my current vet is not. Given better accessibility, the ability to get a same-day urgent care appointment, and the quality of care, I'm seriously considering making Garland our provider for our pets' care.

Brought my cat in to be euthanized because my vet didnt have an opening. They made the process very calm and easy for us in a difficult time. We truly appreciated the comfort they provided for our beloved Rascal and they offer clay paw prints for a small price wich meant so much to us after the fact.
