pretty sure that inbred looking one with the elf ear costumes is racist lol, complete 180 when helping me compared to the white customer in front of me lol, couldnt even ask if i wanted a bag and just went "bag?" annoyingly instead when she literally was all chatty and gave a free one to the person before. did not give any ounce of kindess even when i asked how she was lol, its 2023, get a grip. you know who you are.

Definitely great product at the store and I love the store and me and my boyfriend shop here all the time we live close by it's really convenient but one of the employees there keep calling me a man when I'm a woman she told me she guesses by my voice while I think that employees that are cash register workers at the cash register should not guess what you are they should not hold up the line debating if I'm a woman or a man they should do their job and be respectful to the customer is called camaraderie better service would be awesome

I love the the dollar and .25 cents store. I really wish they would get more cashiers. They need them. I've seen them go from no line to 10 people in 2 mins. But with one cashier. The cashier this time told me to bag my own stuff. Not that I mind I saw that ahe was slammed. Instead of asking "Can you bag you stuff?" She said "You better start bagging this before I run out of room." What? I'm assuming she was overwhelmed. I've never had a bad time at the 💲.25cents store till now. It's not like I won't go back. I just really didn't like that. 😐😀

This Dollar Tree store is dirty and crowded. The selection is terrible and the lines are always very long and they never open up another one. I asked for $10.00 fr my.debit purchase.and never gave me thatAnd when I asked for that she did not make the correction and told me to come back! The manager has no personality or friendliness. 🙁

The owner or operator of this building needs to get their act together and run the AC inside of the store. It is despicable that your employees have to endure no air flow or air it's also contributes to the spread of covid with no air flow on no fans no air conditioning nothing. It is stale as a cracker inside

This is the closest dollar tree to me but I will now be driving across town to go to a different dollar tree. I was just there and was checking out. I tried to tell the clerk at $20 to stop because I only had $21.30. instead of stopping, she scanned faster. Then when I asked her if I could take off 4 items she proceeded to tell me she can't, because it will look like she's stealing. (I'm confused ...there's cameras in the store ...) Anyways, she then tells me her manager is on lunch and she can't do anything. Not only is she treating me very harshly, she is also scoffing and huffing and puffing and outwardly showing her irritation and frustration with me. I kept apologizing and was trying to figure out what would've been easiest for her to do and then we could do that. But, she decided that she can all of a sudden take 4 items off. So she grabs them and slams them in the box on the next counter.I didn't get the workers name cuz honestly, I was too embarrassed and ashamed to say anything but sorry. She's the heavier set Caucasian woman that always wears a bun. To think I was gunna apply to work there. (Nooooo thank you) My family and I have been struggling. Does the cashier know that? Does she know that I was so excited to finally get some money so I could actually buy my kids some fun snacks? No. But she also knows how to treat a human being with respect and kindness. She SHOULD know how to do that at least. I'm very disappointed and will NEVER recommend this location to anyone. Do better.

This Dollar Tree on 29th of southhill is so cool, they never cause me trouble! Even with the 25% price hike the Dollar Tree is still super cheap. Whoops I meant super inexpensive. LolI get my laundry soap, dryer sheets, bleach and aroma booster there for a fraction of grocery store prices. It's also a great place to stock up on TP. Six rolls for a $1.25!!!Are you kidding me?Socks, socks and more socks. Did you know that's the NUMBER ONE requested item by homeless shelters? For less than $11 you can pick up 8 pairs for those in need.And don't even get me started on the Christmas candy at a 50% discount. It's like a BOGO on Cherry Cordials. The cashier for yesterday 12/18/22, she was the ONLY cashier for at least an hr. So the line ran from front to the back of the store with 30 of us all just standing. And I eventually made my way, rang up and left, the line was just as full . So in my opinion she should get some recognition haha. What else needs recognition is the edges and unders of the shelving. I had plenty of time to look at how actually dirty the building itself was while I was standing. The Dollar Tree on 29th is a lot better than the one on Lower Division I know if it's managed differently but they seem to have a second Checker at the ready most of the time.

This is cleanest dollar store I have found in a 15 mile radius of where we live. Cashiers are upbeat, polite, helpful, kind to everyone in the store. They are at times short handed no fault of them but due to folks in Spokane find it easier to live off the state verses employment.

The is a smaller store. Nice employees. Keep in mind they all now post signs for exact change when paying cash. We first thought it was a joke-dollar store-exact cash, right? I thought it was due to COVID-19 but sign says "National coin storage".

I've had great experience with customer service. The goods could be better, but I guess, you can’t expect much for a $1 anyway :)Most of my money, as a child, were probably spent here as I lived nearby. Always has an interesting and even useful assortion of items.

Dollar Tree was once a good store despite the fact the manager has no personality! Today at around 1: 50 p. M. I spent 10 minutes online why? Because there there where customers with over 100 items in the shopping cart. So what does the other person do? They close their register to organize balloons. I do not know what happened to the customer service at the store. But it does not exist anymore

The manager charged me twice and refused to give me the items I paid for. Even when I showed proof that my card had been charged.If I could give negative stars I would. I have never been so disrespected by a person who is supposed to have customer service.

This dollar was amazing. It looks small but don't let that fool ya'. It was well stocked, clean and organized. I'm a talker so the customer service is impeccable. It very well might be my new Dollar Tree😊

This is the best place to go buy cards. Most of the cards are on sale for two for $1, which you can get up to 10 cards for 1 card at a grocery store. The minus one star is for only having two cashiers with a line full of people going to the cards aisle.

The employees are usually really nice here. Other customers seem nice, too. They usually have what I'm looking for, but they do run out of things from time to time. The store feels a bit small inside.
