This dollar tree is good. I have gone to this one a few times when other dollar trees haven’t had the items I was looking for. There are a couple gems particularly with holiday decorations that are higher quality that get bought out at other locations. This one has them though and I was a happy customer. I don’t mind the price changes. It makes sense that everything is getting more expensive. The items have increased in quality as well with the price increase so I can’t really complain.

Dollar tree's have the ultimate competition of brief items between a dollar value and now some at a 1.25 - 1.50$. Variety of many products; including door rugs, decorative, health and beauty, arts, children's stories and common equipment. Anyway, shadle dollar tree has many customer friendly environment qualities providing many choices. Great staff throughout the years!

I had some returns in which ive returned at a dollar tree with no questions asked. Cash register guy had to ask a store manager to login to do the returns. HERE COMES TINA. She tells me they only do in store exchanges, but tells me she'll do it this one time. Then she sees that it's pass 30 days, but tells me again she'll do it this time. Then after the returns, she asked me if i wanted my receipt back. As I tell her yes, she says "of course, because you obviously want to return more stuff". I called another dollar tree and the manager was telling me that everything she said was wrong. You can return for refund, except for food, and the 30 day doesn't apply. Plus there has been multiple complaints with Tina. Like seriously, if you HATE your job. Get a new job.

The Best price on my favourite item! Crossword books. 43 puzzles for &1.00. Also found sparkly ribbon for some of the face masks I made. Getting ready for the holidays. Efficient staff, smiles all around. And always free parking!

Me and my daughter are a regular at the store good store great stuff variety of products to choose from $1.25 now no longer a dollar I'm still a good place to go take my kids there for rewards when she's good all week at school

We shopped here and bought 5 things and each item was a dollar or less!!! Even a 20oz pepsi was only a dollar. I can say I was thoroughly astonished surprised and shocked. I will definitely shop here again.

Parking is easy, handicapped access and parking available. If you are looking for greeting cards at a great price start here. If you are looking for inexpensive items $1.25 start here. Lots of coloring books, craft items etc. Seasonal bargains, of course one needs to know general price points. ( a hidden gem is their online ordering minimum quantities for most items, however can come in hsndy)

This is a good Dollar Tree for being smaller and no freezer or fridgeration sections. The store is well stocked and employees are friendly and helpful. It dose get really busy and sometimes need extra cashier but what store don't have that need at least on occasion. The price has gone up tp $1.25 on all products but still lots of things priced cheeper then any where else.

It was an enjoyable, all the store shelves half empty, apparently due to all the females coming in and robbing the place with their big purses, at least that's what the cashier said, she seemed pretty upset, I don't know why, she is just an employee and it's not her stuff. I get the whole pride at work thing, but if they could pay her a dollar a hour, and get a way with it, they probably would. I'll def be back as it was amusing and next time I'm bringing a big purse 😂

I had an unfortunate experience at this location of the Dollar Tree. Today I was planning a scavenger hunt for my daughter's birthday and The Dollar Tree was their first stop to get party supplies (glow sticks, party hats, noise makers, etc.). When I got to the checkout, I politely asked the man, Matt, that was ringing me up if I could leave the supplies there at the store along with a clue to the next destination for the participants of the hunt. He begrudgingly called his manager to see if that was allowed; during the conversation, he asked me if it would be okay to put the bags of stuff in a cart next to the managers door. I said that would be great, thanked him and the manager and explained the gist of the party - that there would be 3 groups of young adults coming I to the store in search of the bags of supplies. The employees all kind of rolled their eyes and mumbled under their breath. I thanked them again for their help and assistance and left the store. I really feel that after spending $40 at their store, and promoting their store, that they might be a little nicer and a little more accommodating. Every other place that I went was so much different...when the employees at Dutch Bros heard my plan, they all got super excited and were happy to participate. When the kids got home, every single one of them said the same thing. Everyone was so nice and fun.... except the employees at The Dollar Tree. They were rude and acted annoyed that we asked them to do this fun thing that no one else had a problem with. I work in the service industry, I know what it's like; you don't treat customers that way. It's unfortunate, like I said, because I really liked that store.

The manager of this location locks and stands by the door only opening it to let customers out ,not permitting any new customers to enter the store 15 minutes before closing time. Telling customers at the door that her lines are too long (6 people) to let more customers into the store. All the while she has her one trainee cashier working the register, trying to get rid of the line by herself. This has now happened to me twice. The store is dirty, with boxes and stocking carts of merchandise in the middle of half the isles so you can't even get through. And all the workers look sad and miserable. Seems like new management could do this location some good.

I love this Dollar Tree! I generally go there once a week.The store always carries and great selection of products and is very clean. My only criticism is that the food in the store (except for the candy) does not seem very fresh (the aisles smell a bit when you walk past), and the store does lack a refrigerated section (the South Hill location has one). But other than that it's wonderful! The employees are always friendly and greet customers when they come in!

The "Buck & Quarter" store as it should be called now.Isles so small I have suck in stomach and say excuse me as I slide by.The guy working the register seemed a little irritated when the Grandma in front of me couldn't find her debit card.No Mask wearing by staff and almost all the customers, but me.It was packed for a Thursday I thought to myself ,going out nowadays takes alot more effort than previous times.Perhaps it's just me, or that time of the year but shopping stinks.

They greeted me when I got there, they were very helpful and understanding of other shoppers while I was in the store. I found everything I wanted and needed. The store is kept clean and stocked. Thank you employees of Dollar Tree. My experience was fantastic and I will be going there again real soon.

It's not the cleanest dollar tree I've ever been to, but they usually have a decent selection of beauty products and cleaning supplies. But the biggest issue I have with this dollar tree is that the cashiers are slower than frozen molasses.

I did find a c charger and the bamboo lotus room spray I wanted, however they do not carry wall charger ports they only carry car chargers here. But that's ok. They also have super glue too.

You get what you pay for, of course in product but customer service as well. The checker tonight did not care. He was slamming my pretzels into the bag. A supervisor came to reprimand him about his uniform while he was still ringing me up. She was talking shop with him which is fine but I had to grab my own receipt off the printer. I said thank you, have a good night and received zero acknowledgment in return from either the checker or the supervisor. Swell. Cheers to you too.

I love this dollar store. The people who work there make this store my main go to place for everyday things. They are super friendly and helpful.The WOW OF THE WEEK keeps me checking in at least once a week. (Wow huh? Hahaha)The lines can be long during Christmas season. That's expected tho. Shelves are usually stocked with what I need. That's what is important to me. And they are open until ppm.

Went into this store to purchase a box of garbage bags. I literally walked around the whole store in frustration as I could not locate where they were on the shelf. The store had these tiny green post card size information signs above the shelfs in each aisle, but because they are so small it is hard to read them from areas in the store. When I got to the checkout, I politely asked the cashier if she could please pass on to the store manager about putting in bigger signage from the ceilings to help locate stuff. The female cashier with the long brown hair replies back to me in a sarcastic manner and pointing to their tiny signs and saying "Look, Look, they are everywhere in the store. See, See, you can't miss them." with her voice raised. I explained to her that them signs are so small it's hard to read them to locate stuff. She also said " You can always ask us employees where stuff is you know" in a irritated manner. I can relate to the other previous reviews that mention rudeness from employees here. To this cashier I want to say that you need to realize that you have a job because of "us customers", and If you can't conduct yourself in a professional, cordial manner with the customers, then maybe you need to find another job in another occupation that doesn't involve working with people!

Usually has what I'm after in stock. Keeps the costs down on lunches. Greeting cards selection is good, wrapping paper and party supplies selection is okay, and seasonal items are plentiful. Staff is friendly and courteous.

I have been to a lot of dollar stores around the countries and this store is easily among the worst. Much of the store is disorganized for some reason. Things that should be down a certain isle is found in a different part of the store or on an endcap away from similar items.This has to be one of the only stores I have EVER been to that does not have even a small frozen section.I avoid this store whenever possible.

They are always understaffed with super long check out lines. I have actually seen workers look over at the line of customers and shrug and walk away. Or talking about their favorite tv shows is more important than taking care of their store. Such a shame. Such beautiful stuff they get in..

I like shopping at dollar tree for a number of reasons. One of them is it’s as close to the old variety store or general store that every town used to have. Also they have a number of offbrand items that are perfectly good and at a much lower price. And they have my reader glasses for a dollar repair which means I can get lots of different colors and the different strengths and I need for reading and computer work. But I’m reluctant to give you five stars to any dollar tree because sometimes they’re understaffed sometimes they have a lot of inventory just kind of waiting around to be shelved it’s not the most aesthetically appealing store today and having said that I still like dollar tree. And I have to say that I have shopped in just about every dollar tree store in the Spokane area so this is a generic review.

Its the best place for making a buck go along ways. They carry most necessities. OMG gift wrap, toys and learning books. Those very same learning books are expensive everywhere else. My grandkids favorite toys are from there. I just bought sling shot chickens. My grandson laughed so hard. I bought enough that all my kids and theirs are in for some fun. I buy glasses there. I love the dollar store. I always buy more than what I came for.

I can always count on this store to carry random color wrapping paper. I change my non- traditional Christmas deco every year. They have oranges, purples, metallics, etc. Of course there is always a huge selection of every kind of holiday deco. And the 2 for a dollar cards, makes it hard to wanna go anywhere else. My trips to this store always makes my indicisiveness more affordable. Well stocked, orderly and friendly staff...
