Absolutely awesome experience with this dog groomer! They spent a good amount of time getting my dad’s dog washed, trimmed, teeth cleaned, etc. He was pretty grimy and they made sure he came home super clean and happy. You can tell they really love animals! I would highly recommend them to anyone. I was pleasantly surprised how inexpensive it was.

My 🐕 and I have been there twice for nail trims and their groomer is great with her . Lily is a 45 # bull terrier and has trust issues with her feet but they are gentle and quick. Thanks again Dogtown !

Love this locally owned and family-run shop. The owner is actually present often and is always laid-back, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me with CBD treats for my 8mo old Pit Puppy with separation anxiety. And he even told me where to go for something he didn’t have in at the time (which is admirable). I really appreciate this place after having some bad experiences elsewhere. Solid 10/10 for customer service. Even got one of their shirts, because they deserve the support. I’ll be going back here for whatever my pup needs. Can’t wait to get him one of their really nice collars (that I haven’t seen anywhere else) when the baby is big enough. By far my favorite pet supply. Thanks Dogtown Company!

I took my GSD mix to get his first professional groom and he looks incredible! Upon picking him up, I could tell that he was so happy and felt great—thank you, Niki! Nikki the groomer was amazing with our friendly dog who hates getting his nails trimmed. It’s the only time he is aggressive no other groomer has been able to handle him not even the vet but Nikki did an amazing job we are super impressed and would recommend her to anyone we will for sure be coming back as long as she’s there. I was so happy to find where Nikki has moved to in the valley because I will not take my dogs to anyone else. She is great

They did absolutely amazing grooming my very furry and shedding Akita. They are respectful of the animals and have no problem with you peeking in on them when they're in the grooming room. They definitely take their time in making sure all of the loose hair is off even it takes them 3-4 hours in brushing. They are amazing!

The groomer here is extremely nice and good with our puppy. They are the only place that the dog can go to and not freak out because she is left alone. The selling floor is spacious for a smaller building and doesn't feel cramped even when it is busier. They have a super friendly cat that is sometimes on the selling floor, and it loves attention and is good with other animals if they are calm.

I had been allowing this place to groom my cat once a year for the past 3 years with the same owner and same staff. I paid no more than $65 total which included a tip for the groomer and today it was $70. When I asked why the price increased the response I got was, “its just five dollars.” The owner told me this was the cheapest place in town because she was matted but I’ve been taking her to get groomed because she was matted - should not be an extra charge, especially when it took 4 hours for them to shave my cat in a ridiculous pattern. Then I look on Petco to find they only charge $55 for the entire grooming package. I will never be recommending this place to anyone. Steer clear.

The owner of this place is awesome!! Super nice guy, funny, helpful, and the quality of food and gear for your animals is hands down the best around. They do custom work, and his pups are so fun to hang out with. The store cat is so friendly I can hold it like a baby while it purrs. Animals know good people and his animals are crazy happy so ya know hes good people!!!

I was extremely impressed and happy with the service I got from the staff and Nikki. My Cheyenne is not a very trusting girl of people. Nikki worked with her until she got all four paws trimmed. We will definitely be back every 6-8 weeks. I will also be bringing Cheyenne buddy in for a nail trim as well thank you so much

First time here with our two dogs and definitely won’t be our last! Morgan took care of our dogs better than any other groomer I’ve ever met.Our little dog Rocco is very nervous with groomers usually and has had bad experiences before but I could tell he was very relaxed with her. It made it a lot easier to leave him with her.Morgan also did amazing with our bigger dog, Zoey, who we have had a hard time getting a good field cut done on from other groomers.Both dogs came back to us relaxed, smelling amazing, super soft, and happy.Thank you!

Came here when our huskies were covered in mud and tree sap. They made time for them right away and did an excellent job. Our dogs are very vocal and difficult to wash but they never mention it and are always kind and ready to take them in. Great local business to support!

I went in to talk to them about the cost of Grooming my Border Collie. Very nice place I've been there quite a few times they carry high-end quality leads muzzles harnesses for dogs. High-end dog food that's very healthy, of course it comes with the high-end price.

I have taken my very old dog to this groomer on several different occasions and not one time was I ever dissatisfied in the job done. They are kind and friendly and even when my dog snipped at her she was loving and gentle. I can't imagine judging a company by the "looks" of it's employees, but it's your loss if you don't use there services. This company gets a five star rating from me :)

I took my dogs to Dogtown for the first time and could not be happier. I have a husky and a GSD/Chow Chow mix, so very fluffy, lots of shedding, and lots of trimming. They did a wonderful job, probably the best I've experienced with my hairy boys, not to mention very affordable for the size and work required.My GSD mix is very shy as well and we've had issues with some groomers not being able to trim his nails or just struggling with him in general. Not only were they able to do everything at Dogtown, but he wasn't as scared when I picked him up as he usually is.We will definitely use Dogtown as our new go-to for grooming our dogs! Thank you!

Came in with an odd request to find a harness for a pig. I have to say the gentleman that helped me knew exactly what I was looking for and ordered it! It was exactly as we hoped and fits perfect and will have lots of room to grow in it! It also came when he said it would! Thank you for helping us with our pig harness! our son buys his dog food here, dog lovers gold, loves it so we continue to buy our dog food here as well, we love it too we! we also buy our dogs accessories, great collars, shampoo! soon to try out the grooming he's going in shortly as hes getting bigger and harder to get bathed. So in continuation we have used the grooming services and are so happy with the spa package we still bathe at home but i like Appa to head in at least once a month for nails and that special trip to the pet store! He will need a new Dog collar soon! We have our eye on one there already.

Awesome place, very knowledgeable regarding actual content of food and what’s really good for your dog. My Shih-Tzu’s both came back to life with amazing zest and playful energy (10 & 13 yr old females) after switching them from a high dollar, well advertised, name-brand dog food (it is also a color) to Dog Lover’s Gold.It was amazing and happened quickly. I couldn’t believe it. He definitely knows what he’s doing and I will forego using Chewy or Petsmart etc, just to make a trip and buy products from Dogtown because I want to support them as a local company but also to say thank you for bringing my best friends back from a lethargic life!!!! You guys rock!!!!

My dog Bear is a Havanese pure bread. Its VERY hard to find a good groomer for him. Hes anxious, and his skin is like paper the smallest nick can turn into a large wound.I had a last minute grooming request, they got him in the next day and managed to even out his coat. (He ran through brambles and I had to cut large chunks out of his fur.)They were gentle around his eyes (he has really bad tear stains that make him sensitive) and I had no issues with him since.Plus they charged me HALF as much as normal grooming salons do!Thank you guys!

EXCELLENT service! The groomer gave the cutest lion cut when we took Teddy in and he was matted mess with weeds stuck to his skin and fur that we weren't able to see. They took his picture for FREE sporting a nice fall themed bandana! Plenty of parking and they treated our dog with love and he actually wanted to hang out afterwards.

In regards to the two most recent 1 star reviews. Those 2 individuals have no clue what is going on and how to run a business and should have consulted with the business before slandering them on google. First of all that price mentioned is a distributor price from Oregon, so an entire pallet price with no tax! So that price is actually cheaper than the owner of Dog Town pays for his inventory. Second of all in any business you mark up your inventory to pay other expenses and maybe make some profit, because that is why you have a business after all. Also in anything you buy, the more you buy, the more you save! Basic economics! The owner knows this lady personally and wanted to help her and instead of having her purchase a 10lb bag or 30lb bag because of her "fixed income" he would break apart one of his large bags and sell her about 3lbs at a time, that he scoops personally, because her dog is small and she only needs a small amount each month. Because of that he charges her $10 including tax, often times if no one else does this the rest of 7lbs is thrown out or given away for samples so essentially wasted. The best part is the elderly woman is concerned that her families reviews could hurt the business and asked if there was a way to remove them. I know the owner personally and am also a customer and am appalled that someone would attempt to ruin Dog Towns reputation with minimal to no evidence or facts or without trying to reprimand the situation with he owner himself. The knowledge and expertise that the staff of Dog Town possess is at or above par compared to any place you can purchase supplies and food for your pets. And the above example shows how caring and helpful they are to their community. If you want to support a local business that strives to give the best products there are and care about you and your pet, then give Dog Town a try. I promise you will not be disappointed.
