I love this place. The selection of Christmas trees and decorations was way over the top. I was like a child in a candy store. I was hoping to see a bit more living room furniture options, but the holiday selection made up for it. Most of the staff was helpful, so that was nice, too. I'm excited to go back for the next season's decor.

They have a great variety of home decor type items. However, it's kind of overwhelming. For the warehouse type shopping, I feel they are a bit high priced. As you can go to comparison stores and get customer service. I had to load my big Ole Chairs by myself. Absolutely no offer of help. But if your looking for a big Ole chair they have a great variety.

Staff were friendly, helpful. Most products at this home decorations center are below $50 with a huge variety of any one item. Most products are less expensive. They have many aisles posted "Under $25", "Under $20", "Under $15", etc.

I want to like this store but the employees are some of the worst I've ever seen. 1st interaction was an older woman named Wanda who was so rude and off putting to ruin the experience, 2 cashiers standing around gossiping instead of greeting a customer and finally 2 employees rubbing on each other and flirting! If that flies in your store then shame on management just wow avoid this place until better practices are implemented

Strange thing to me about this store is they raise prices to put things on clearance. For example items are $14.99 they mark it up to $16.99 then mark it 50% off the marked off price rather than the original price like most stores. This happens for ALL items. This kind of seems like a scam to me. Hobby Lobby and Michael’s are across the street and they don’t do that and always have things on sale while At Home hardly has sales. I am going to stick with the other stores that are not running a scam. I am not sure if all At Homes stores do this or only this one.

Prices arent anything to rave about, however we walked around the store for 20 minutes and no one said hi.We did however grab chairs off the shelf with at least 5 employees standing and watching while talking about their weekend so that was good....Bad service = no coming back

This is a huge store with a massive selection of just about anything you could need for a home. At times, it’s even a little overwhelming because there are so many choices.

I didn't even know this company was here, and was very surprised to see how many products they had and the prices were very competitive. My only issue was the furniture, it's made for small people. I'm 6'6 and I came across one chair that would fit. Their holiday items and everyday items do not seem cheaply made like other stores in town. I would suggest starting at this store and comparing it to Walmart, big lots, ect, before you buy.

New to the North side, At Home is a favorite. They carry wonderful items usually found in specialty type stores. It's a joy to shop At Home.

Absolutely love this store! Clean, organized and well stocked. Staff are friendly and helpful. Even the carts are incredible here and well made. Most have maps and are double seaters for kids. We went to Burlington before here and they literally have 3 half carts for the entire store. At Home is an epic store! Would rate higher if I could!!!

This was my second time visiting the store. I had no idea what to expect on my first visit, and was surprised at the variety of items offered. This visit was to find a few desk items for my office, as well as a small desk lamp. The only negative is there are so very many good things to choose from. ( budget, budget, go spend, save repeat ,) :)

It's in the old Costco . It's completely full of stuff. It's like a.bednbath and a pier one put together. Nice place with a large inventory.

MaTT, the manager, proceded to degrade me in front of customes for asking about a discounted price that they had labeled incorrectly. The cashier, Mayalayalya, rolled her eyes at me for asking for a price check on discounts that were clearly advertised. MaTT said, after he interrupted my frustrations multiple times, that he would relay this msg on. To whom MaTT? The manager? I thought you were one! Horrible customer service given a lot of items are on line and we, the customers, just want to shop locally. Not anymore.

You can draw a lot of inspiration from just walking around this store. With its impressive selection of goods, there is something for everyone. I’ve purchased most of my garden decor here, but my daughters bedding has come from here, too. So much under one roof.

This place has such cute items for home decorating! The only down side is that it is pretty overpriced compared to other stores that sell the exact same stuff like Ross/Burlington/Home Goods for a fraction of the price! The managers here are also quite rude. Lots of their decor is broken/scraped/chipping paint or missing certain items and they still want 3/4 of the original price or what’s even worse is that sometimes they still want the original price for it!!! They won’t even bump it down to 50%.

What a BEAUTIFUL store. Huge building full of so much gorgeous items of ALL kinds. This place beats a lot of those others stores due to the size of store and there products. One stops shop for sure. BEST STORE TO SHOP FOR THE HOLIDAYS..Went to 6 stores and found exactly what I needed but better AND for a better price... Wanda and David WERE HANDS DOWN HELPFUL AND Super friendly. We need more like them exactly Wanda... I will be back of course, WHY shop anywhere els when I find what I need every time here!!!

Purchased 4 boxes of Christmas lights in December to decorate my front porch. I tried to return 2 of them because I did not need them. They are in perfect condition and I have the receipt. They would only give me a quarter of the price I paid for the 2 sets of lights.Apparently they have seasonal policy that if you don’t return Christmas items before 12/25 you get the clearance price. I did see that now on 12/30 Christmas is marked at 50% off. I don’t know what I’m only getting 25% of my money back. I do realize my loss is minimal as I paid 7.99 x 4= $34.84(including tax). Returning half that so now they are only offering me $4 and change. It is the policy I am frustrated with the lack of customer care. I would have been even more frustrated if I had purchased more from this company and lost more money.I already thought the quality of the product sold were low and the price is too high for the quality. Now I can see they really don’t care about their customers. They just want their money. I will not be shopping here any longer. They have low quality products and a bad return policy.I will say the employees have always been kind and helpful. The problem with this store is at the corporate level.
