The store was clean and well staffed.The deli items were quite tasty and it found all the cleaning products in needed in one stop.There wasn't a bunch of homeless people in the parking lot like some of the other bigger stores in the area which is inviting.

I love this store and most of all I live costumer service. Especially the lady who was working at meats dept who suggested to download an app for albertsons. I did this and clipping coupons and getting good amazing deals. Totally worth it. I have tried for many stores best one yet love this app. Highly recommended. Thank you to that lady at this store. 🙌

What to say? The overall takeaway is that if you want a gas station atmosphere at Trader Joe prices this is the place for you.It has taken me a few years to get to this point, but this morning was the last time I visit this store for anything more than late night convenience shopping. I live a couple blocks away so I have tended to shop here because of the easy location despite the higher prices and minor annoyances.It isn't like there has been some single bad experience, and for the most part the staff have been polite and pleasant, the deli is great and the pharmacy convenient, but shopping here just feels like there is an overall contempt for the customer (or possibly that it is being managed by a kid straight out of college). The pricing often feels like someone is intentionally seeing how high they can go on some items before people stop buying and/or go somewhere else, and there are regularly times when the pricing signage on featured endcap and island items is clearly intentionally misleading. A not uncommon example is when an app-only sale price is labelled with the dollar amount in very large text with the "app only" part in small print and no other regular price mentioned. It just feels like the mentality is that they will get enough people who don't notice or, if the customer does notice once at the register, that they won't bother to dispute it at that point.The final straw was when I went in this morning. There were minimal shoppers and no baskets. When I asked if they had taken all the baskets off the floor for some reason I was informed that they were tired of having them get stolen so they just weren't going to replace them anymore. I suppose I can respect that, but I am tired of having to pay more for less and will now be shopping at stores that can manage their affairs better and at least pretend to prioritize customer experience.I am actually grateful. Over the years I have slowly become more disgusted when shopping here, but it has been hard to break away from the convenience; however, this change is going to save me at least a couple hundred a month on my grocery bill.

I’m very disgusted with Albertsons/Safeway these days. Their digital coupons in addition to entering my phone number (loyalty card) to get the sales price is a joke. Often the price doesn’t ring up properly and I’m charged more than the advertised price. This is bait & switch or false advertising in my opinion. Meanwhile thieves can just load up a basket and walkout without paying, driving up prices. They need to get security guards and stop this illegal behavior!

If your needing alcohol, Do not come here for it… patiently waited 30 min before finally asking for help, lady told me she couldn’t leave to help, but that she would call someone to help, waited another 10 min before finally leaving with zero help. Been shopping here for years, seems like they just can’t figure it out.

I use the Savon pharmacy located inside the store. This is the only pharmacy in North Spokane that has not messed up on a prescription so when my insurance offered free prescriptions if I use their mail service, I hesitated because I love this pharmacy too much to change.However it's not even 60° and the ac is already running. That triggers a myriad of health issues for many individuals, myself included. I have to carry a jacket for in store use so it's too uncomfortable to be able to remain in the store long enough to do any shopping without having to sit in an isle while my nitro starts working.One would think that if it's too cold for the employees, it may be too cold for the customers too but I suppose one would need to care.To make matters worse, corporate does not even pay attention to their reviews.

My son and I went here and did the daddy son mess around thing lol no issues. My son was being silly with the worker and they played it right back and that's kinda what make favorite spots to go is the good interaction with others!

I am baffled at how overpriced Albertsons/Safeway is! You'd think with the amount of profit they make they would at least be able to staff their store. But no, they raise prices and expect you to wait in a long self-checkout line.I refuse to shop here anymore. Please drive 4 minutes up the street to Winco, where the same food is half the price.

Not a particularly large selection of things, and is way more expensive than Walmart. Only reason you would go here is that it’s closer than Walmart… it’s a convenience store. Sometime I visit just to take a chance that they have something I’m looking for, and tonight was probably the last time I’ll try.It’s difficult to explain why store brand at Albertsons is more expensive than name brand at Walmart.

The ham and gouda pinwheel don't have red onion on the list of ingredients, that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. The clerk I had today saw that I had a bag but charged me for a new one anyway. Now I remember why I don't shop here!

This place barely runs. Pharmacy window (which every pharmacy in Spokane has), is necessary for sick and infectious people and those who are vulnerable because obviously it’s a pharmacy, where sick and disabled people get their meds, is almost always closed. Either theyre understaffed, which is a corporate problem, they haven’t had the maintenance person come in to fix the window (a corporate problem), or the tech doesn’t feel like logging into a second screen. One of the main doors closest to the pharmacy, which previously gave disabled people a quick route inside, is now permanently closed in lieu of an emergency-only exit.Clearly Safeway is trying to destroy one of the last remaining Albertsons, and they’re doing a fantastic job. I will be switching pharmacies.Oh, and Safeway/Albertsons is notoriously marked-up. Shop at Winco, Grocery Outlet, or Walmart for competitive prices. This city is worse off thanks to the Safeway brand and their wanton acquisitions.

Albertsons on NevadaBAKERY, ordered cupcakes for my daughter said pick up time earlier then I planned on picking up so they would be done and they were forgot about. I sure do miss Angela and she don't even know use. We switched from Safeway because of an issue like this 8 years ago she was great and could do custom orders if shown her a pic, the new bakery people not so much. Now time to fine another bakery.

I am not employed by Albertsons, so unless, you plan on paying me in huge discounts or, a pay check, I shouldn't have to checkout my own groceries, while your employees stand around getting paid. This is just wrong, especially with how high your prices are. Very poor business practices.

Don’t have items locked up if you don’t have employees to unlock them for purchase. Waited 20 minutes and asked three different employees for help unlocking batteries, no one ever came over to help.

I gave 2 stars because the store manager did try to help but it was too late. I preordered some party trays, 3 days in advance, almost $200 worth. For my sons welcome home party. Went to go pick them up at the time they were supposed to be ready an hour before the party and after waiting for about 20 minutes, I was told they didn’t have them because they just got sent the email about it and the manager was already gone. I asked what are we supposed to do then and was told “I don’t know I’m just a midshifter and the manager isn’t here so there’s nothing I can do”. I did leave and call the store manager and he tried helping. He was able to get most of the order made except one of the main ones due to them needing time to set up. We had already ordered and received 20 Dominos pizzas to feed everyone. Not the greatest food choice but it was ordered and delivered in time for the party without any hassle.

Three ONLY bakery I will go to in this town and it's all because of the wonder customer service and work they do to their cakes. Today I worked with Emily and she was beyond Awesome. Thank you so much for making my friends daughters day with your work. I told her it was going to be a great bear theme and she went above and beyond to tell me what they had so we could figure out how she would decorate it. 😍 So Perfect

For 11 years, I've been going to their bakery & not once have they ever disappointed me. I've ordered my high school & college graduation cakes here. My baby shower cake & cupcakes. All 3 of my children's birthday cakes & other family members and friends cakes & cupcakes as well. Today they made me 60 jungle theme cupcakes for my nephews 1st birthday & everyone absolutely loves them, just as much as I do! Most importantly, the birthday boy cant get enough! And that made my whole day. Your department really deserve to be notice for your creativity, attention to detail & excellent customer service. These ladies here need more credit for always showing out. Lol, Thank You! Seriously, You're THE BEST! 🏾

Friendly staff, availability of using self checkout, use the safeway app to find additional savings, rack up rewards points to use them on gas or items through safeway app, easy to find what you need.Shoutout to the bakery and their amazing bakers. They are all very excellent and pay attention to detail. They work closely with their customers and really listen.Just recently we ordered a cake to look like a ham for my son's bday [he loves realistic looking cakes that look like other foods]. Emily, the one that designed our ham cake, did an excellent job! She paid attention to all the little details and really did an outstanding job! Thank you, Emily & Albertsons. Eek well normally aside from most of the employees being kinda rude this is a pretty average grocery store . EXCEPT today my daughter went and grabbed a vegetable tray . We start eating the carrots and then I look closely and s and some of the fruit is brown and rotting. So disgusted.

If you come to this store and they have something locked in the cabinet, the best advice anyone can give you is to turn around and walk out.You have to go up front stand in line to get a cashier to call for someone and then no one shows up.I think the best advice anybody can give somebody thinking about coming to Albertsons on Nevada in Spokane Washington is go someplace else.Don’t waste your time I don’t waste your money. This place isn’t worth it.

This used to be a convenient, clean location with a good selection but it entirely went downhill. Want a hand-basket? Too bad! Management here has decided that all the small handle-carried baskets originally designed for the ease of the customer's shopping, be entirely relegated to use by staff behind the service desk. I don't know if it's to sort online orders or returns or what it might be for, but it's completely inefficient and disrespectful to the customers who want to get a small amount of things but not shove around a cart. They've also been running fewer cashiers due to a focus on self-checkout and it regularly causes lines to back up so much they cut off the main walking area in the front of the store as well as go down the closest shopping aisle, blocking it off.From days old sub sandwiches to week old cookies. The butcher is innatentive, the milk section reeks of rotten milk due to uncleaned spillage, the bakery doesn't produce fresh cookies every day so the displays are always empty. I've frequently found them selling literally post-date dairy products like creamer, with manager markdown stickers and chicken at the butcher counter sitting in stagnant pools of "water".The bakery has a tendency to box up as many of their donuts as they can at the end of the day, but with no discounts applied. This is phenomenally wasteful, as nobody wants to pay full price for bulk, sweaty, wrinkly old donuts. There's no way this is more profitable than just leaving them in the display case to be picked through individually.Hope you don't need to break bills at checkout. Now they're even refusing to break change, want to break 2 dollars? That's a shame, it's against policy. They don't give you quarters here. Even if it's a small amount. New policy as of 2024 apparently...Dont even get me started on the pharmacy and their inability to answer a phone either. I've taken hours trying to get hold of them only to stand by their counter, call and watch up to 4 people ignore the phone.

The bakery and its staff here are phenomenal! Hands down the best cake and decoration available from a walk-in store. Been getting my kids cakes here years and this year my sons 3rd was awesome. He was speechless when he saw and we are all so happy with it. 💕

Usually this is my favorite place to go. Today im on my lunch break grabbing groceries and waited 10 minutes at the liquor cabinet so I decided to go up front to ask for help. The lady wasn't understanding kept asking if I pushed the button to which of course I did. She proceeded to grab the wrong item and instead of getting the correct one helps a different customer. It's things like this that make me not want to even go back. Now I have 5 minutes left of my lunch Hopefully when I go back later i can actually get a competent person.

Great location and always have what I need, even if that's quick pre-made stuff from the deli. The only issue isn't with the store but the parking lot....it seems to attract odd characters, drug deals and the like. No one has bothered me personally but there have been a couple times I've parked closer than I typically would to avoid crossing paths with certain people/cars full of people.
