I love Walmart for its 1 stop shopabillity! If this place had lumber, you would almost never have to go anywhere else. I only put em down 1 star because of the slightly empty shelves as of late.

The curbside service is the WORST. I had been waiting 20 min and called. The worker said, “I see you’ve ONLY been waiting 20 min.” I was ONE of TWO cars. And he told me there was three ahead of me. How does that make any sense. He then told me it would be another 20 min wait.

The store is clean and well stocked. The major problem I encountered was the checkout. They appear to be having staffing problems as not all the self check outs were open, and only a few of the tills were open. Overall the store is large and well stocked.

This is for the check out. Normally when I need to show my ID, it's a simple painless action. However, the employee that dresses and does her makeup like Harley Quinn is incredibly rude and on a power trip. She made a huge production of checking not only my ID, but my underage child, who hadn't laid a finger on any of the purchased items and was standing by the cart. It was super weird. I'm taking a break from Walmart, hopefully in a few months, this employee will no longer be there. In general I wish I could give better reviews of local businesses, there really needs to be more people skills training...

Pretty much everything you need. Not usually too crowded. The store is usually pretty clean and well organized (except for the clearance aisle). Say, "Hi!" to my favorite checker/customer service staff member, Leon. He is delightful!

The store is always well-lit, fully stocked, and has great options. The staff here is always friendly. And unlike Washington, they do not charge for bags. They have everything you need when you need it. From a quick trip to the store to a full weeks shopping trip. This store has what you need.

They're not too friendly just like every other Walmart. I guess good customer service is not Walmarts priority. They should teach their employees to be nice and professional they're always pissed off and don't know or care to find out where any product is

The amount of checkouts is beyond ridiculous. Go in for 1 thing and have to wait 20 minutes just to check out. The stockers at night like to block the lanes, which is very annoying, the way they throw things around is about as idiotic as it gets. Whoever is in charge needs to be ashamed, train and hire a better crew good grief.

The employees are great but they seem overworked and very underpaid; it's also weird the company chooses to eliminate pretty much all the cashier options so everything is self-checkout; now there has to be workers at every checkout aisle as it doesn't matter how you try & ring things up yourself it's almost inevitable that they have to intervene and help out anyway 🤦‍♂️ Considering how much money they were willing to throw at installing all those stupid self-checkout machines - with cameras you don't give permission to film you! And no mention of what they (can) do w/that footage! - you'd think instead they coulda just spent it actually paying their employees better, like full-time living wages with real benefits they could *afford* to use. But this evil corporation would rather lie and conflate numbers bemoaning all the "losses" they're experiencing from "shoplifting", when any of those actual losses are written off *and* covered by their insurance!! Not only that but wage theft is the true concern when you realize that like 40% of wallyworld workers end up *having to apply for FOOD STAMPS* even tho they're working since it's mostly inflated part-time hours so they don't earn enough to eat. Or receive benefits!! So please be nice to any/all employees when you encounter them, cus their job sucks, and always remember the company is to blame when you have a bad experience

It was awful. I phoned the store to confirm they carried shoe polish and they advised "yes, absolutely in our shoe depth, great. I go to the store (which is not close to me) and spend about 20 minutes going up and down each aisle as I thought I must have missed it...so there are ZERO associates anywhere to help and my frustration is growing. I call customer service (same female) and asked where the shoe polish was and was told in the shoe department...uh huh OKAAAY....where I asked? Can anyone show me where it is please? I heard an exacerbated sigh and then some slang I had to decipher before replying. And what the associate was telling me was that it has all been moved to online sales only now. I explained she had advised me and assured me that they did in fact have it and that I traveled quite a ways to purchase. Her response, "yeah well we usta did carry it but we ain't got it no morZ" Seriously? Wow!

EVERY time I go to this Walmart security finds a way to follow me. Once they followed me almost all the way to my car after watching me be rung up by an associate. I immediately went back in and returned my purchase. Yesterday, I went in to get some gardening supplies. I realized I didn't get soil so i went through the garden center and sat my 3-4 other items beside the greeter and told her I was going to look at soil and would be right back. She was more than helpful and said she'd watch my items until I got back. Outside soil was stacked up so I began comparing prices and sizes. I was the ONLY person outside by the soil when 2 security guards walked up. I thought maybe they were just doing rounds but they stood their until I chose my soil and loaded it into a cart. As soon as I walked it in, they left. For GODS sake, why stack it all up outside of you have to guard it whenever anyone walks up. But I watched two more white ladies go out and they never came back, didn't even look twice... They just continued on inside and back into the building. I walked in and complained to the manager who apologized but made no effort to find out who the security guards were. So I have to assume it is Walmart policy to follow black customers. I have never given anyone in Walmart reason to follow me yet everytime I go to this particular Walmart I get this special treatment. I'm done shopping at Walmart period... But I will NEVER set foot in this Walmart again. I won't spend my money at places where I'm treated like a criminal because of my skin color.

Dew in the pharmacy is a nice guy! He told me my eye drop will be cheaper with Good Rx discount than my insurance! I paid 25$ less in that way! I paid more for previous refills!

This Walmart has wonderful staff, offering to help, not hovering or following you like your a thief. If you happen to run into an employee they politely ask if your finding every thing ok. Returns are quick and easy with our without a receipt. Walmart on Wellesley returns are a nightmare even with a receipt, you need references, social security, tax statements, photo id, your first born and proof that it's your receipt, your debit card, will have you followed if you returned something just in case it's not really your return.

Good prices and variety. Zero customer service. You must bring your own bags or pay a ridiculous amount for their reusable bags and be prepared to use the self checkout or wait in line for the one or two lanes that have a checker.

The store is fine but the parking lot is not safe. Middle of the afternoon young guy with filed, metal teeth tried to get into my car. When that failed he confronted, followed young mom until she gave him folded bills out of her purse. He then went to work the adjacent Eddy Bauer parking lot before retuning to Walmart. Walmart had 2 security trucks but must be looking for shoplifters not watching the parking lot. I won't be back.

This manager is the most rudest person I’ve ever met. She cares only about herself, not her customers ! Not to mention I’ve heard her talk to her employees is a rude demeaning way. I was trying to return an item and she was not willing to work w me whatsoever. She needs to be replaced! Not even worth a one star. I also think she needs to have some classes on management if she intends to stay there.

Reviewing the curbside pick up department of this store: AWFUL!Always takes 20+ minutes to get your groceries on any given day/time. We waited for 43 minutes to pick up our most recent order with 2 kids in tow. This is supposed to be a convenience and a time-saver for customers but it's definitely become more of an inconvenience and ends up taking more time than just going into the store.

I went to pick up my call in order today and was unable to get ahold of someone at their check-in number. I saw Isaiah loading for another customer and ran up to him worried because I was a little late picking up myself. He took the time to check me in and was very professional smiled with a great attitude!! Being a business owner myself I was highly impressed! Way to go Isaiah!! And Thank You!!!

I want to give the Broadway Walmart in Spokane valley a zero rating. I am a delivery driver for spark, and make my money by receiving orders from Walmart and delivering to customers. It’s come to my attention that, the people that give us drivers the customer’s orders can and at this specific Walmart WILL, cancel orders that have already been accepted. The supervisor Hannah at the Broadway location canceled 3 of my orders as I was waiting for them. Costing me money from each potential delivery. As I said, these orders were already accepted, and I was waiting for the curbside workers to deliver the customers items, when Hannah went out of her way to cancel those 3 orders back to back. There is biased preferential treatment made by Hannah. This to me seems very unprofessional and should be a means to fire someone abusing their position of authority. Let it be known she is friends with other drivers at this location and they also harass me on personal matters. This behavior seems to be encouraging harassment and bias treatment at this location.

I normally never ever do grocery pick up however every time I have gone the last two times my yogurt has been expired by at least a month if not more. Like really Walmart you shouldn’t be trying to give people food poisoning!!! I think I will be going back to getting my own groceries

The people who deal with straight talk phones have no idea what they are doing. The only thing that they accomplished is to make me upset and after they couldn't fix the problem told me to buy a more expensive plan for the phone and that would solve the problem. That's not what happened and they are idiots

My wife was there today in the self checkout and couldn't get something to scan. She asked someone for help and after helping her they didn't walk away and stood uncomfortably close to her and my child. The worker also was trying to flirt with my wife and get her phone number. Unfortunately she didn't remember his name due to how uncomfortable she was, the only thing she could remember was that he is bald. Very unprofessional on the workers part and we more than likely won't be back again

Had my car towed there for the night. Customer service was nice enough to allow me 24 hous and luckily the police didn't decide to bother me. Very fortune for he opportunity, to park in an emergency situation 🙏. The clerk in auto repair was very awesome to explain to me, what I needed to do.

The entire Night Shift crew must be on drugs that make you mentally ill. While trying to get a tool unlocked, I was completely ignored by an associate, (meaning I followed him and said hello, sir, over and over he did not acknowledge me) when the person with the keys was finally found he told me it might be 15 minutes if not more before he can get to the caseI then went to talk to the manager and she sent me back to the person that had the key. what a frustrating series of events but I will sleep well knowing that $15 pliers are being protected behind an inept wall of retards
