My doggo is very picky about who she allows near her and trusts with her nails. We've been coming here for about 6 years and they do such a great job with her. They know she has horrible anxiety and they work so well with her, getting her in and out quickly. I'm so grateful.

The very worst hair cutting experience I have ever had for any of my dogs :( I took my one year old Shitzu there because his hair grows very fast and gets matted quickly. Which I get he needed it to have it cut/ shaved down a lot. That was fine, but I don't know what they did to him. He was traumatized for almost a month afterwards. Especially the first couple days. I actually started seriously thinking they had traded my dog for someone else's dog that is how not like himself he was. He wouldn't eat. He just laid half hiding the corner. It was like he didn't recognize us or any of his toys. Which he actively plays with normally and runs around. Literally like he was someone else's pet. The only way we knew for sure he was ours was an identifying spot on his back and even there I matched it up with old pics to make sure. We actually ended up having to take him to the vent because he got very sick and started throwing up on top of it so we were sure if they are dopping up dogs to make them sit still? Or beat him to where he was so scared he was traumatized. I don't know but I will never ever go there again. This was about a year ago. Only reason I am writing this review now is because he had his hair cut again and he has lots of fun and came home his normal self. No trauma involved. Go figure

I was very happy to get our pups nails trimmed here. Usually my sister does our dog's nails but she always cuts too deep so we are going to Shear Heaven for now on. Very nice people work here

We took our 5 month big puppy in for his first haircut. He's a giant schnauzer, so he needed his eyebrows, beard and mustache trimmed. With as much as he wiggles, I was shocked that they made him look like a schnauzer. Great job!

Still love the quality of grooming this business has to offer and Jamie is by far the greatest owner! She is very attentive and provides great customer service. My only complaint is that my leash was given to another customer and I was given a tattered green one as a replacement. I appreciate the offer, but am a little unhappy since I think using another dogs leash is gross and I felt the staff were really dismissive because it’s just “a leash”.

I am so happy with the wonderful service Shear Heaven provides! We take our two Havanese pups in to get groomed every three months or so. All of of the employees are wonderful, kind, and extremely talented. What I love most is how well they listen to what is desired in a groom and they take notes each time to keep things consistent! My dogs are usually anxious and Shear Heaven accommodates them nicely. I highly recommend taking your furbabies here!

I was horrified by what they did to my 2 dogs. I have been here before and they groomed the dogs with the same hair amount and this time they shaved and nicked my dogs in a few spots. Matted...yes but never shaved and the dogs were in the same condition This time as when I brought them in last time. Plus I was charged $100.00 more for less grooming and work. Not going back. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.!!!!!

As far as grooming our dog, they did a decent job. But customer service is awful. 1st they gave our collar and dog tags to another dog. We called to try to get it back and they blow us off saying “yea yea yea, we’ll try.” No call back in regards to that. Next we notice our dog’s behind is super red, almost cut, because it looks like they may have shaved way to close for comfort. For an $85 service, we are out a dog collar, tags, and cost of medicine to make sure he doesn’t get an infection on his butt. Definitely not bringing him back. We should have taken a hint when he was terrified to go back in the salon for the 2nd time.

My family have been taking all of our pets here for grooming for many years. Exceptional service! I would recommend them to anyone who has pets. Price is reasonable compared to other groomers in the area.
