We signed up for the training program and I would have to say it was a very great first day of training! The trainer we have is spectacular, especially for our stubborn puppy! So far would definitely recommend bringing your babies here for training. Week 1 of 18 weeks or training down!

Customer service terrible, I had to repeatedly go ask for assistance just to receive blank stares from the dismissive left handed cashier who could have cared less.I'm right handed and unable to use my right hand due to a very obvious dog bite. I attempted to get her assistance in helping with their tag machine that didn't work with the initial code she had given, was rude when I asked if she could reprint the receipt to verify the code she had pointed out. (did not acknowledge giving me the incorrect code originally)To top it off the dog tag machine had also gotten stuck and wouldn't open.37 mins standing next to the doorway just trying to replace my dogs tags after being attacked by a dog while strange dogs walk by. For her to be standing 10ft away at the front register with no customers in line watching me struggleHorrible experience

The workers are friendly and the product selection is pretty good. The dog food I buy is generally the same price as the other stores I find it at, but some of the treats and toys I can get for less than half the price elsewhere for the exact same thing. My small pup loves his dog bed we got there (it has a built in blanket he can burrow under) so much we had to buy 2!

It's always great going to PetSmart, the prices could be better on certain things However it's a great place just to be. I get to see the kittens in the back I also get to meet some wonderful dogs. I also get to see the birds and the lizards I can't afford to have anyone of them but it's nice to see them there. The kittens are adorable!

I do enjoy Petsmart vs any other pet store. Only because it is bigger and the prices seem to be better on some things. My daughter adopted a kitten, and got so much stuff here, it was the best! Would recommend if you have cats or dogs.

Had what I needed in stock. Employees were ad friendly as expected. Got a spare 55g tank kit plus everything we needed. Kit was on-sale so, bonus since this isn't our main display tank.

I have alot of different animals and they have a variety of products for them however the prices are outrageous, and it's hard to find an employee to help you. The crickets are disappointing most were dead. However one employee from grooming was really cool, just expect to be wandering alone at the fish department, and if you have/want frogs do not buy from there. Snails have survived, grab a plant too!

My first time using curbside pickup! It was fun! It was especially nice because it was during a huge wind storm with splatters of occasional rain... I didn't have to get out of the car!! And,,, there was a rainbow!!

They had my cats food in stock! The majority of the employees on the floor were standing in the aisle near the fish, and the central aisle, gossiping though. Had to go around their blockage more than once.

As always PetSmart is great and my little Grand dog "dookie" really enjoyed his visit! I went there to buy him more vitamins and the staff was extremely helpful in the fact of helping me not accidentally buying the wrong ones! I purchased a multi- vitamin that helps with his skin and overall health.

Very helpful and informative staff. Came here today to get an enclosure for two new baby rats. One of the gals spent a good twenty minutes with me going over all my options and helped me pick out the best one in my budget. I got home and one of the shelves's clips were broken. I called the store manager and she told me to bring in the shelf and she would replace it. Very happy with their customer service

I brought my puppy into this store to grab a new kennel, and everyone was either smiling, waving, or very informative when I had a question! The store was very clean and more organized than I have seen some other petsmarts. I will be coming back to this store again, whether I have my pup with me or not 😎

I take my dog Snoop there for his grooming, food, and treats! I absolutely love it! Amanda in the grooming department does SO good with my dog. I always know he is in good hands when I leave! The food is a bit pricy but I think that’s just dog food overall. They have healthy treats for dogs and a great variety!! Snoopy says thank you for all the great services!
