We have always had great experiences boarding Sadie at Paradise. She comes home tired and still smelling great. Seems like they run a very clean operation. Having an outdoor area is really nice.Sadie Mae gives Paradise a paws up!

We had our two senior dogs stay for about 10 days when we were out of the country. I’ve used rover in the past, but the sitters have been inconsistent and would cancel last minute. I decided to find a local boarding facility that I’d feel comfortable leaving our babies. I found paradise pet online and called to set up a visit. Everyone I’ve spoken to and interacted with on staff has been so amazing. I can tell they truly love dogs and take great care of them here. Upon picking up our dogs after their stay, they were so happy and even gave kisses to the staff before leaving. We will definitely use paradise pet in the future!!

My dog Izzy loves going to Paradise Pet Resort for doggy daycare. They have 1/2 day and full day doggy daycare packages which make it super easy. The facility is nice, the staff is wonderful and once a week my pup has playtime.Just this past week I went out of town and boarded my pup and she had so much fun, she came home exhausted but happy to see us.Thank you for having a safe and enjoyable place for my pup to go have fun.

I was horrified by what I saw when I picked up my dog. I could never recommend a person bring a dog they love here. While my dog is small, I believe every dog deserves the best. They have a massive amount of big dogs and from a view above I saw way to many for the small area they had. I want to estimate 25 or 30+. There was not enough staff keeping an eye on them. If a scuffle broke out they could never stop it in time which is very bad considering they have you sign a waiver releasing them from all liability. If they had more staff than sure, but I only saw 2 in my short time their in the back. Even 4 would not have been enough. The answers they gave me about how the my dog was doing were very generic. It's hard to believe they get the attention dogs need considering the ratio. I did not see stuff for dogs to do except barks at each other. My dog went straight to the water dish when I got home. I only saw from the floor above but I am deeply saddened by their practices. The biggest issue I have is little to no supervision. There is zero way I could see them saving all the dogs in the event of a true emergency. The only nice stuff I have to say is the area was clean and staff was friendly and they separate small dogs from big dogs. However, I could never bring my dog to this place that requires me to sign a liability waiver and provides little supervision. As a person who wants only the best for dogs, nobody should bring a dog here. I hope I am missing information because I am horrified by what I saw and what I could forsee happening to a dog left in their care. To the business, my review is speaking from what I saw and is open the to modifications pending an adequate response.

First time boarding any of our dogs and everyone from the owners to the staff made us feel so comfortable and reassured that our fur babies would be well taken care of and that they’d be okay. The daily daycare photos on FB made our day and we are beyond happy with our experience at Paradise Pet Resort; we will definitely board with them again!!! Highly recommend!!!

I am editing my review from one star to four, as it just takes a little remorse and understanding to make someone feel heard. The owner called me and made sure I felt heard and understood about my dogs experience. She agreed that customer service is free and that communication goes a long way. I hope in the future when Blu gets older and neutered he will be able to go back into daycare and thrive. Thank you Kim for showing kindness and compassion when it comes to my Blu boy 😊

Picks a chooses which dogs they like best, from there it’s basically dog discrimination. Not all pets are sent home with “Pet Reports” letting owners know the “Good and Bad” ways their dogs day has gone. If you bring in a pet who has already had a past experience with another dog attacking them, they do not have any patience for that dog and the lack of trust or activity they have with other dogs, like it a “problem” that dog would rather be around the humans in that space. Try’s to bully you into getting your pet neutered before you yourself are ready for your pet to be neutered. Would not ever recommend this place to anyone I know.

We love this place and drive from upper north Spokane to bring our pup (Freddie) here. It's worth the drive having the piece of mind knowing he's in the best hands. The staff are all so knowledgeable and loving! I love the extra touch of the pictures posted daily. It's fun to check in and eases our worries when he's being boarded for longer periods of time.

I boarded my dogs for the first time ever and I was so nervous about leaving them! All of the staff that I encountered were kind, organized, they all knew my dogs by name and they were genuinely sad to see them go home! It was a great experience for both me and my dogs! I would highly recommend!

If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. They took care of my dog Bear like he was their own. They were even able to keep him for 2 extra days on very short notice after my flight home got cancelled. I love the pictures they post daily (here's one below - this is his excited face). They couldn't stop raving about what a good boy he was and were so sad to see him leave. We will definitely be back!!

Exceptional staff; I called to check on my pup. The staff were able to give me a detailed report regarding Sam and how he was doing. The lady I spoke with the first couple days could tell I was a bit anxious since this was the first time Sam had been away from home. She sent me pictures so I could see his room with his bed from home; a couple pictures included a staff member sitting with him; he was obviously comfortable. I can't say enough good things about Paradise Pet Resort, especially their amazing staff.

Our little Honeybear was so loved and cared for while we were out of town. We were able to see pictures each day of her mingling with "the pack" and she had a routine of meals and playtime. It was so refreshing to know she was being cared for while we were gone. We could even check in during business hours to get a summary of how she was doing any day. We will absolutely be using Paradise Pet Resort again for our next vacation in October and thank all the staff for showing so much care to our furry family member. It was obvious she was very loved while we were gone. Thank you!!!8/24/23- So I'm adding to our posting, because now Honeybear is seasoned in being without Mom and Dad for a week and we saw her come out of her shell in the photos the staff posted. We were also happy to see that the staff kept the puppers inside on the really bad air quality days caused by all the fires happening in the surrounding areas. Thank you for taking such good care of her while we are out of town. It's such a piece of mind to know that she's happy and getting attention while staying at PPR. Thank you for all you do!!! We recommend Paradise Pet Resort to all our friends and family!!

Love them! But more importantly, so does my dog. I travel a lot for work and I have a GSD who doesn't always trust people right away but she loves going to Paradise Pet Resort and I know they go above and beyond to make her feel happy and safe!

Great friendly staff. I am very careful/cautious of who takes care of our four-legged baby Hatchiko. Paradise Pet Resort was highly recommended, and I was so happy to see how well he is taken care of every time he visits Paradise Pet Resort. Hatchiko is greeted by staff by calling his name every time and is very happy when we pick him up. He loves to spend time at Paradise Pet Resort. I highly recommend them. In addition to having great staff, they are caring, and you can tell they want the very best for you four-legged baby.

BE VERY CAREFUL! At dropoff, I was very specific with this place to NOT cut my dogs hair when a bath was requested before pickup. He usually comes back home incredibly dirty and filthy. Speaks to the quality of cleanliness back there. But you are not allowed to see where they take your pet when you drop off. Strange. I picked up my dog and, when returning home, noticed uneven hair in his forehead, along with the rear. I called it in and was told a refund would be issued and that the owner would call me. When she called, she was rude on the phone and defended her groomer, even though she said they dont have a groomer there, and even after admitting she performed a sanitary grooming I did not request or approve, told me she just had to point out that I was upset and that her receptionist was hard broken after hearing the "tone voice" over the phone. That I had to be told that I was rude. How dare I be upset after you cut my Purebred dogs hair without permission? This is unbelievable. Skip this place if you want your dog unharmed.

If you love your pet don’t take them here. They won’t let you see what goes on in the back for a reason. Awful place, awful owner. When they did harm to my pet they did nothing to make it right. This place is the worst. HORRIBLEAnd to your reply, you told my partner when he called you personally that you had to “call him out” for being upset about something he explicitly said NOT TO DO at your business trying to say he was out of line for what? an elevated tone. I heard the whole call. He was calm for what you guys did to our dog. Seriously not ok. You have my number - we’re all ears if you want to make it right. Don’t argue with a customer after you harm their dog.

We love this place and our fur-baby loves this place! Whenever we pick him up from daycare or boarding, he is always so happy and it’s obvious that he’s been playing hard!All of the staff are very friendly and the prices are reasonable. I’m so glad this is the place I found after moving into the area about year ago.

My Cooper loves paradise pet! He is so excited to play all day and so tired when he comes home. He runs to the car every time he hears the word “daycare”. They care so much about each and every dog, I know he is in good hands when I bring him in. My favorite part is seeing the pictures they post of the dogs playing every day. We love Paradise Pet Resort! We have taken our two dogs there for daycare here and there over the past 2 years and always had a positive experience. We recently boarded our dogs overnight for the first time, which we were nervous about because they have never been away from us or family overnight. The employees at Paradise Pet Resort were very understanding and reassuring! After dropping our dogs off and talking with staff we felt much more at ease. When we picked up our dogs they were very happy! Paradise Pet Resort took great care of our pups. I would highly recommend them!

Seems like a buttoned up place. It was my dog's first time boarding there, and I appreciated the easy check in/check out system. The charges were straightforward (more than can be said for most other kennels around here), and they allow your dog to interact with other dogs during their stay (what a concept!) Will definitely be taking Bowie back there in the future.

Way too many dogs to employee ratio. Unclean facilities. Our dog got kennel cough there and they also kennel has had issues with dog lice. They allow un-neutered dogs which lead to dogs fighting.

My dog and I both love Paradise Pet Resort! We love Kim and Jason and all of their employees. I'm so happy that I was introduced to their business. My goldendoodle loves going to daycare here, being boarded, even getting groomed! We've also done obedience classes through them and had a really good experience! My dog has a lot of energy and they are really patient with him. He always seems to have a great time and comes home pooped from playing hard!

Highly recommend. They offer a free 4 hour trial to see how it goes. They watched my fur baby for 5 days and took great care of her. Posted photos of her playing and sent videos.She had so much fun.The staff is amazing. Also a family owned and operated business that makes you proud to support local.

When I moved from out of state, it was stressful trying to find a place I really trusted to care for my dog when I was out of town. He has some quirks and sometimes exhibits traits of anxiety, so I was worried and nervous the first time I took him, but the staff at Paradise Pet truly took away all of my stress. They know how to properly care for many different types and personalities of dogs, they know me when I walk in the door, and it is evident that they love and care for the dogs like their own, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism. My pup has gone for daycare and boarding several times now and each time has been a positive experience. All of the staff have always been extremely friendly and they are always willing to work with my dog through any behavioral needs. I am so relieved to have found a place where I can trust my beloved boy is in wonderful hands and feel at peace when he is not with me. Thank you, Paradise Pet Resort!!!

Love this place!I started taking my puppy there when he was about 12 weeks old. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt comfortable and confident with leaving him in the care. Everyone is so loving and kind to him. They watch over him closely and make sure he is getting the snuggles he wants. I highly recommend Paradise Pet Resort for doggie daycare and boarding.
