There were aisles just full of stock that hadn't been put out and customer service was kinda rude. You can get your cheap craft supplies somewhere else.

Great variety of yarn. Best color selection for soft cotton yarn around without having to go online. I got a beautiful hank of hand-dyed merino at a reasonable price there. Can't leave the store without buying at least one skein of yarn. Well, then I've gotta get enough for a project or two.

I wasn't aware Hobby Lobby sold fabric. The employee said they have had fabric for 13 years. This was my first time in the store.

Please consider disability scooters. We have money to spend on crafts since that is an activity we are capable of. We just can’t walk the store . If you don’t want to do that, how about benches throughout the store, so we can have a rest .love your stores and would enjoy leisurely shopping .I think the scooters would pay for themselves by folks being able to see more merchandise and not bring in constant pain.

Love the selection they have for decor and crafting needs, the prices are good too and there are often sales on what I'm looking for. The employees are always very nice and helpful.

I am typically able to find prices easily, however with how much product there is on the floor I can understand overlooking some stickers, so I happen to grab one without a sticker.The staff was absolutely fantastic when I had an issue where there was no tag available at the check out counter.Would definitely suggest the friendly staff at hobby lobby in the valley

My favorite store.., but now very disappointed. ☹️ I shopped $250 worth of stuff at Indiana ave store in Spokane today.. drove almost 2 hours home in Hope Idaho and realized they forgot to put two small (light weight) $2.99 items I bought, in the bag.. they refused to just send them to me, and expect me spend 2 hours to drive there, $20 gas and 2 hours back to fix Their mistake. Really bummed.., I’m just going to have to do without..

OMG! They need to hire more cashiers! Standing in line for more than 20 minutes is excessive. Customer service is awful and they don't care if you tell them so. The only reason I go here, is because they have the best selection of art supplies, if it were not for that, I would never shop there again.

It was okay of course they were restocking the model aisle when I visited and was really unable to look at the stuff that I came for ( probably would be a better idea to do full aisle restocks at night to prevent disruption of people's shopping experience ) I was unable to get the paint add airbrush supplies that I needed because people were in the way and did not make a purchase and decided to go elsewhere.

This store has a little bit of EVERYTHING for anybody looking for something to kill the time in an entertaining way. I love their sketch books and also selection for rockets. Fairly large model selection as well including the metal earth. I get lost in here sometimes...

Crafts and all items to make anything you want are available here.. You can pretty much find and plan out ahead of time, come and gather and then go home and create.. From fabric, to flowers, pictures, art, beads, decorations for all holidays and much more.. anyone could spend hours in here.. Prices can be high, but they usually have coupons on the app or computer. You can watch for the sales and plan ahead.

The staff lied and made up a price because an item did not have a price tag!I was utterly disappointed with the dishonesty of the staff when I tried to purchase an item that didn't have a price tag. The cashier Trish asked the large arse manager who was too lazy to go back to the shelf but just shouted into his phone to get the website to pull up the product. After 10 mins and no success, he just muttered under his breath to the cashier , hoping I couldnt hear him, to ring up the item as $7.99 even though I know for a fact it was $10.99 and 50% off . The cashier didn't bother to check if that was OK with me or what I expected., but went ahead and totalled the transaction. When I refused to accept that item with the bogus price, she got the guy to cancel the whole thing and we had to start over with all the other 8 items I had already bagged up. She never once apologized either.Hobby lobby claims to be Christian in all its operations and policies hut this is how their staff operate?? By lying and being dishonest?? especially during Christmas season??!!So disappointing and this used to be my favorite store . Not anymore !!

I needed to return a bottle of ink that wasn't quite what I needed. I had the receipt, so the return went well. I rarely return items, but I always appreciate how graciously Hobby Lobby employees facilitate a return.

Normally really enjoy shopping here. Did have a poor experience recently however when attempting to purchase a piece of furniture. They only had one of the item I wanted, it was damaged and in poor condition. The manager I tried to work with told me she would not discount it, as it was received that way. Told me they might get more in, but wouldn’t put them out until that one sold. Very frustrating and disappointing since I really want one, but in good condition. 😔

I really enjoyed my 21/2 hours of shopping and finding so many cool crafts and this store has so much to offer. I didn't want to leave. Alots of this stuff is on sale, 50%,30%,some more and some less

I'd give negative stars if possible. The male managers are hideous, ones inappropriate, the other is dumb. The store is a mess lately and the employees are rude. It's also over priced for cheaply made items.

The entire time I was shopping I was being followed around by their "loss prevention". I even caught him trying to be sneaky, peering around the corner of the isle I was in but I guess he didn't realize he was in the mirrors isle cuz even I was coming towards him around the corner I totally saw him run half way down the isle once he noticed me coming his way. He then pretended to just be looking at an item in the isle like he wasnt just spying on me and when I told him he should pick a better isle to spy from he just said "I don't know what you're talking about." Then I turned around and said "oh by the way..." and pulled out my cash from my pocket and showed it to him so he'd know I pay for my items and he responded by saying "Really? " and I just walked away. They really need to quit stereo typing people. It makes an unpleasant shopping experience for customers when we are secretly followed our entire visit.

This store always has what I need...and even has what I didn't realize I needed. Bought a Cricut and the front end person took the time (like 15+ minutes) to share her tricks and hacks, gave me information about do's and don'ts, and guided me to an amazing Youtuber. This advice has heloed me in my crafting so much!

More of a craft store. A hobby store to me supplies items for electrical builds like rc cars battery charging equipment and assorted small tools and hardware . This place is where to go if you want to paint something or do something like scrap booking . The size of store seems wasted to me

Melanie in the frame department was outstanding! She helped us frame our elderly mother's last puzzle - before she earned her wings.Melanie was all-around exceptional. We started with a phone call which lead to a store visit. She saved us money with an in-stock frame and mat vs custom frame. She was friendly in a genuine way, she listened (a lost art) and delivered a lovely product that honors our mom❤ THANK YOU Melanie! And thank you Hobby Lobby for hiring exceptional people.
