Fantastic customer service. My cart got very dirty on the return from service due to surprise weather during transport. Golf Cars sent Elliott 70 miles away to clean it. He over performed outside in 35 degree weather! The cart looks new. Everyone i have ever dealt with at Golf Cars are knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and willing to go the extra mile to serve their customers.

You want to go to the best? This place sells the best products and has the best service to match. I have spent a lot money at this store over the years and every time I go there I get taken care no matter how small or large the sale was. My biggest pet peeve is when I reach out to a company, and leave a message they never respond to me. Bailey is first class - every time I call her or email her she responds back. That is how a business should be run. Whenever I have had an issue with my cart, Bailey takes care of it. Whenever I order a part, they actually order it and when it comes in they call me. These guys run their business the right way.

Bailey was amazing with service, from the original web inquiry, to the multiple follow-ups, to fitting our new cart with alternate options, to ultimately resolving a bit of an issue that was not their fault. I called to ask for some certain parts for my 1998 golf cart. The man who answered the phone said he would need to check his stock. He left me on hold for over seven minutes without returning to the phone so I hung up. I would not use this place because they do not seem organized enough to know their parts and whether or not, they have them in stock or not, but he should’ve been able to give me an approximate quote for those parts, such as oil filter, gas filter and air filter for a 1998 golf cart. Poor customer service probably

Golf Cars Etc. Has the friendliest and most likeable staff in the golf cart world. When you walk through the door, you're greeted with their Pug, who loves attention and generally gets it, then its on to business. Bill and Bailey are truly a joy to talk to and do business with. Its nice to feel so welcome at a business these days. I will definitely be a return customer. Thanks for such a great service.

Told a yearly service was $100 was really $140 with parts my cart had brand new air filter in it at drop off they removed and threw away brand new air filter rather then leaving new filter in and giving me the one that came with service kit … charged me 2 hours labor to install shift cable .. which should only take 10 mins to swap out … very disappointed with customer service … mechanic seems to not have common sense …will not be back
