Do NOT recommend ordering from them. I placed an order 6 weeks ago. For 19 days now, the status has been "awaiting carrier pickup." So maybe they don't know how to contact FedEx, or maybe this is their first experience with shipping anything?? Whatever it is, I won't be ordering from them again.

Great customer service. Multiple employees assisted me in finding what I wanted and all of them were friendly. Love their long boxer brief armachillos and their lowest price construction pants are awesome.

Great quality clothes, and well priced when compared to same quality work clothes. They're Jean's are strong and they have a huge selection. They're outdoor clothes are nice but could be cheaper for the quality.

My husband has been shopping Duluth for a few years now. We pass the Spokane Valley every time we go to visit family in MT. He decided to stop and check it out this time. I have never in 45 years of knowing him, seen him actually shop for clothes for himself in a store. It was amazing how much he found that we wanted and needed for everyday and gardening wear.

Fun place to shop for clothes (not normally a fun thing to do!). Good quality clothes, though they tend to be pricey if not on sale. Hint: sign up on the email list and shop the sales! Friendly staff. Always leave here with a smile.Update 1/25/24: Still my favorite place to shop! But, you definitely want to shop the sales. These are not cheap clothes, but they are higher quality and you can expect them to last.

Great place to try on clothes that are in the catalog. Premium price but unmatched quality. Still using a jacket I bought 20 years ago. So the cost is balanced by longevity.

Nice store, the Alaska guide line of clothing is amazing.. wish they had more stores around the northwest as some of the sizing is not consistent with their shirts.

The store is clean and bright, the dressing rooms are superb, and everyone working here is friendly and helpful. And, of course, their clothes and other products are top shelf, both in quality and price - but you really do get what you pay for, here.

I had no clue there were physical stores. I don't know if they have any in San Diego County. There were plenty of options. And all I bought was underwear, lol. It is a bit expensive but seems good so far. It's right next door to the Hampton Inn. I just walked over.

We brought a client to this store, he was on the wheelchair. The store had only 2 staff working, and when we did ask for help, but the representative went somewhere else and we got no help. Poor customer service. We ended up leaving and going to a different store to purchase shirts and pants. The client left frustrated, especially that he was in a wheelchair and it was hard enough just to come here due to his illness. We would not recommend the store. Better staff needs to be placed in this store.

First time in there to grab a certain style work hat. Anthony was incredibly helpful, and the staff is very nice to work with. Really creates a nice shopping environment. Briefly looked at a few other items, their stuff seems like quality and made for durability, like several other high end work brands you might be familiar with. Was only in there 10 minutes, but won't hesitate to be back. Thanks for the hats guys!

Found some nice hats to fit my big head. Looked like they had a great selection of clothing as well! I would definitely return for winter clothes shopping. Only negative I could find was the price of men’s briefs, $20 for one pain! Yikes. Besides that everything seemed decently priced for good quality.

The place is clean and the people are nice this is more a testament to the quality of clothing. I had a $250 jacket fall apart at one year and one month. Their “no bull” warranty was bull. Will use the other large company for our company clothing from now on and recommend other do so as well.
