Due to their high reviews, I have to assume my experience was likely a "one-off-bad-day" for both parties. As such, I adjusted my rating to reflect this. However, my experience was poor and we won't be repeat customers.I've been to other businesses run out of houses before, but they usually do a better job of letting you know where to go with signs. I went to the front door and rang and was ignored. There was a sticky note addressed to a washer repairman or parts person to ring the doorbell. So I guess they don't want their washer parts either?This was after I finally got out of my car because the biggest dog I've ever seen in my life was standing in the driveway without a collar. I'm sure a dog without a collar at a business is normal. But I was raised to be weary of dogs at their home. And he wasn't wagging his tail or anything to seem inviting. I only got out of my vehicle when he naturally grew bored and walked away to the back of the yard. This was furthered by the fact that later while waiting with my dogs the big dog came back out and one of the workers yelled at him to get back inside. So it felt like he probably wasn't supposed to be outside at all anyway.I went around to the side of the house where there's I went around to the side of the house and found a door with a sign that showed hours of business but also said staff only do not enter. Where was I supposed to take my dogs to get their nails trimmed?Just as I was about to give up and leave, a woman came to the door and managed to converse enough to get me to get the dogs and take one of my three dogs back to trim his nails. While the others stood awkwardly outside. Since they were at a strangers house where they had seen a very large dog and heard dogs barking, they were a bit confused and anxious. After an unusually long time of waiting (I began to wonder if she thought I wanted full service and began wondering if I was going to have to pay for a bunch of services I didn't want.) when she practically stormed out and with the nastiest attitude said"You need to tell us if they need to be muzzled!"Since no other groomer had required muzzles to work with my dogs, I was very confused and more than a little put off by her accusatory tone. I offered to pay for the one dog and leave, but she insisted they am finish the other two. I honestly wasn't sure I should let this person lead another one of my dogs into their home where I was unable to see how well kept their facilities are. Since it was raining and I didn't really enjoy the idea of finding another groomer at that moment. I let her take my second dog.Then came the next nightmare. Since I was parked in someone's driveway, people started parking behind me, blocking me in. I had to ask one of them to move their car at the end. And it involved them backing onto the semi-busy street the house is situaton, then me having to back onto that same street to leave.All in all it was not a good experience and I hope no one else has the same as I did.And the best thing I can say, and why the review really isnt just 1 or 2, is that none of them ended up injured by the nail trimming.

Needed to get my pups groomed! Searched and found grooming pretty pets! Was happy that they were available and very informative! My dogs came back happy and looking good! Loved the little touch of the bandana and hair bows for my Sasha girl! Thank you for taking great care of my puppy that has bad anxiety! Definitely will make this my go to grooming location! Also awesome prices very affordable!

This place takes such good care of my pup! Willow always comes back looking and smelling great. Treats my dog like a princess. Plus she added the most adorable bows in the entire world! Would definitely recommend this place to friends!

I have been taking my dogs here for a very long time, about 10+ years. The groomer is wonderful, loves the animals and is very helpful to the pet owners.The place is always clean, has music playing and the prices are great. Nobody can beat her prices and her magic clippers.I take my dogs there every 4 to 6 weeks. She is also very gentle with our aging arthritic dogs.

Have lived here for 3.5 yrs and am just now finding out about this gem! The owner was fast and friendly. Her son came out and got Roux, our 7y/o chihuahua, and was literally back in five min for a quick nail and paw trim. He was friendly also, and this was the first time Roux came back happy and w/a cute bandanna. But most importantly, he was not panting or spooked. The last place (Woofers) Roux always came back scared and grunting as though someone handled him rough. We like to support local businesses and we will be returning.

The only groomer I take my Zara to, Diane always works magic on my German Shepherd. She always smells so good and always comes out with a smile. 10/10 service and very fair pricing :)

This was my first time here and I was very impressed! They seemed very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. My little senior poodle, Daisy, looked so cute! The cut and the prices were so much better than the other place I had previously been taking her too. Great job!

I love this place. She has been amazing to Bindi. Bindi is a Bernese Mountain dog and has a TON of fur. She gets annoyed with brushing but they handle her with so much care. Bindi always comes home smelling wonderful and feeling so soft. I also love it that they go the extra step and accessorize our pups with bows or bandanas! It is just adorable! This place is affordable, does a GREAT job, and are very friendly.

Love this place. I have taken my fosters here for years for nail trims. You call when you get there for a walk in nail trim. They come out and take your pup in the garage, are super quick, and have them back out to you in no time. The gentleman that gets them is so sweet and gentle with my little babies, no matter what state they are in, and with 14 different pups, there has been quite a few different states of being, carsick and puking, terrified and pooping/peeing, nipping, crying, licking and everything in between and he's always handled them with a smile, great compassion and understanding and i could not appreciate it/him more.Not to mention the price, for the nail trim, at least is the best you'll find. I don't even ask about a non profit discount because it is so well priced.I've never had a full grooming done but I'm sure they would be great. I highly recommend for nail trims!!

Not sure if she likes dogs..Always attitude and dogs in cages for hours.Pretty sure she let my dog fall!Seemed doped up and groggy, reall tired.And this time she told me my dog needs to lose weight.. she's going to have problems.So then my dog woke up in middle of the night and couldn't walk and was in agony..And Poo'd all over herself..$8,000 surgery later, shes better! 🤗I will never trust this place again.🤬

I'm so glad my husband and I brought our new doggie to this place! The price was great, our Luna came home looking like a whole show dog with the most beautiful bandana! I really appreciate them working with her, as she does get testy when people touch around her face. We can only guess she hasn't been taken to groomers much with previous owners. We'll definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for your guys' communication and working with our challenging Luna!

My family and I are new to the area and took my dog here for the first time. They took great care of him, he came back happy, clean and smelling great! You can tell that the team loves pets and treats them well when in their care. Highly recommend and will be re-booking in about 4-6 weeks for his next bath and brush.

I had a good experience there she comes out and gets your dog it was only 5 bucks to get nails cut I asked some questions about how she grooms she was very informative that's where we are going from now on don't have to have a appointment either

I love this place. it's so quick and affordable. I take my foster pups here for nail trims as they usually all come to me with gnarly long nails, poor things. Anyway, I just pull up in the driveway without an appointment, give them a call letting them know I am there, they come grab the pups and return them within 5 minutes. And it's only $5. That's reason enough in itself to go there when other places charge $12+! The staff is always kind and understanding when one of my fosters doesn't do so great, there's still a smile on their faces. I appreciate it so so much. So glad I found this place. I'll go there as long as I live within a reasonable distance!

Happy Holidays and Lulu is a happy Santa's helper! Had to down grade this after noticing the cut Lulu had under her eye on her nose. She ended up opening the cut up because it was irritating.

So glad I gave Grooming Pretty Pets a try! My goldendoodle came home looking handsome and well taken care of! Prices are amazing compared to other places and you aren’t sacrificing anything for the cost. All-inclusive bath/ groom/ nail and even anal gland and ears. We will definitely be back!

Got my doggies nails clipped here today. It was really affordable. Also super quick, I barely waited at all. My dog is anxious and not the nicest with strangers, but they got the job done well and were very friendly. Would 100% recommend.

Made a last second same-day appointment for a full-service grooming for my corgi. Diahann had my dog ready for pickup within 3 hours. He had a great experience and came out looking 3 years younger!Shop is very clean and well lit. Highly recommended!

They were so amazing to my cat Silver he is a purebred doll face seal point Himalayan and needs to be shaven because his fur gets way too thick anyways they treated him so well the cost was $50 and he came back looking amazing the other place I go to charges $70 and don't do near the amount of service they do not have as much compassion for the animals. Will definitely be staying a customer here. Highly suggest anyone to get their cat or dog groomed here. I promise you will not be disappointed and your pet will be in good hands! 💕 I uploaded two pictures the one of him fluffy and another one of him after his trim! 😍

I have a 4 yr old shutzu and have never had her professionally groomed. I know it sounds wacky but I have 2 friends whose dogs were burnt from the dryer's. I told her my concerns and she had me test the heat coming from the dryer's and assured me she would be safe. I returned 4 hrs later and was happy to see my girl looked calm and happy. Her haircut could not have been cuter! I will be bringing her back in 8 weeks for a bath and trim.
