Thanks to Dave for locating and providing the 2 parts I needed. Even though the part numbers weren't exact his experience came through as both alternate parts worked correctly. I was trying to get my dryer to work and found a worn dryer motor pulley. He tracked one down and gave me a call back. The next day I called about a dryer door switch and he came through again both times not only in locating parts that would work but having them available at excellent prices. Thank you Dave for back to back days of providing my needed dryer parts. I will keep this shop in mind and recommend them if the opportunity arises. THANK YOU!!!

DONT BUY USED HERE. NOTHING BUT ISSUES UNTIL AFTER THE WARRANTY ENDED AND MULTIPLE TRIPS TO COME CHECK OUT THE FRIDGE WITH NO ACTUAL REPAIR UNTIL THE DUDE WHO STOLE MY SONS NINTENDO SWITCH ACTUALLY CAME UP WITH THE SOLUTION. OWNER HAS YET TO CALL MY MOM ABOUT THE ISSUE. SO NOW WERE REPLACING THE WHOLE FRIDGE. BRAND NEW FROM BEST BUY. DONT GO HERE. NOT WORTH IT IF YOUR LOOKING FOR USED.Super disappointing in the repair man's dishonesty.My son left his nintendo switch on the couch and left for school in the morning. It never left the couch. No one misplaced it. I tore my apartment UPPPP! These don't have legs and walk on their own either. Your more than welcome to come look too.Repairman LIED to his boss said he was never left alone but we have camera footage proving otherwise. He was left alone 3-4 different times. I was hoping he wouldn't lie to his boss. If you wanna sit with me and go thru that footage I absolutely will come down and show you he was left alone several times. Since he lied to you about that this only CONFIRMS my suspicion. It doesn't matter if he doesn't play video games, it could be sold, given to relatives as a gift etc. ITS PIERCE COUNTY. I didn't wanna go back and forth on the phone but again. I tore my apartment up thinking I was going crazy. This man was the only man in and out that was a stranger and WAS left alone several different times and there was opportunity.You guys have been nothing but amazing with coming out and helping but he really did take the switch. It's not here, anywhere and I can show you him left alone.

I would give this buisness 100 more stars if possible. I had an issue with my GE wash center and was recommended by my brother to them. Jason and his techs tried to help with advice on me doing repairs.I can pretty much fix anything with a wrench and hammer but this machine wore me down. I ended up buying another that they had on the floor and I could not be happier.Every one from Jason's techs to the sales people and the delivery techs were top notch. You dont see this very much any more. Im happy to have met a great bunch of people and I have been bragging about this buisness to eveyone I know. Thank you so much for a great expieience

I bought a used washer and dryer. They delivered and took my broken ones. When the washing machine started leaking they honored their 1 year warranty and fixed the washing machine. I recommend them, great woman tech.

I've had to have my dryer replaced 3-4 times with this place! And are currently having issues again. Hopefully they resolve otherwise I will be giving a 1 star rating!

Our dryer drum cracked, and when I called they recommended I pull it out and bring it in to see if they had one that might fit. When I went in, we into the back and there was one sitting right there. We measured it and it was the same size. Fit like a glove and now our dryer is back in business. Saved us at least $500.

I visited the shop today to get a part (Samsung Rollers) for my Samsung Dryer and I was very much surprised by how nice, respectful, and amazing the people working there were! I can't say amazing enough with 5 stars. This store really delivered. Hit the ball out of the park! They had very friendly, not pushy service! They have a 1 yr guarantee. We found just what we were looking for, a fabulous washer and dryer with dents or repaired parts for less than full price. Ours was much less than full price. We had it delivered, miniscule issues. We found a problem with the washer, they came right out! They figured out the problem and had the part replaced the next business day. I can't recommend them enough. Thoroughly impressed. Thank you!

My neighbor recommended this place and they were quick and very efficient and helpful! I am so glad, it's crazy how much I depend on my dryer and being down for a few days was hard. We brought the dryer in and they had us in and out within 30 mins. If it wasn't something that could've been repaired they would have taken my old dryer for parts and not have to worry about trying to take to the dump so that was a nice option. Jason fixed it super quick and we are back in business. Highly recommended!

The sticker covers the only spot she has on her that’s not perfect……… but the experience my family had from the EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL ,& CARING nothing but PERFECTION!!! Jason and his staff answered all my questions, helped me find what I wanted!!! Gave me one great affordable /reasonable price, …….and then when I went home, and what I told them I wanted ,..was too small…later in the same day…..When I came back with my old refrigerator (they said I could bring back for them to refurbish)…..WITHOUT me asking about anything replace it with something bigger ,….Jason , (who I’m sure could see my anxiety in my face) without skipping a beat ,found exactly what I needed ,…off the size of my old fridge…….I was only bringing them back to have them RECYCLE it for me for FREE!!…….. I came to this store only from a google search/ after waking up to a full fridge that was not cold anymore…..& by the end of the work day we are back in business!!!!!! And my life is saved! I would and will recommend this business to anyone who owns rents or just needs an extra anything!Keep it up …. I write a 0 review . They don't honor their warranty .i bought a washer that broke within 6 months after purchase. they did send a tech however didn't fix it .When I called to talk to the owner what he said was good I hope that you never buy from us again . I was taken back and state it was not ok to treat your clients that way he said well then you must be a client . I am not a client . I have clients on my caseload he said if I wrote a bad review he was going to sue me . not sure why the product brake in such a short time period also not sure why I was treated that way . I will never shop there again

Best place to get the CORRECT part for your washing machine. Had an issue with a Samsung door boot but these guys got me fixed up nicely. Great and friendly customer service. 100/10 would recommend.

I've been looking for a new refrigerator . I pass by the shop and saw a Kenmore refrigerator that was the one I was looking for. It was in very nice condition comes with a full year warranty and then they take care of it after that they have a service shop. Parts on hand. I'm sure when they're servicing their own stuff they're going to take care of you by everything I've read. Their ratings are terrific on Yelp. Anyway walked in walked out with the refrigerator. Of course it will be delivered on far too lazy and old to do that. Very impressed with the personnel I see most people say how courteous nice they are and it's an owner operated business I was glad to give them my business as we are being driven to buy only from big corporations. They also have new products and you can order them in.

We have purchased appliance from them before and all was fine with purchased a washing machine from them it was so loud we told them and was told to bring it in and they would fix it for a price he is 78 and I am 77 We Had them deliver because we can't lift it not very pleased with them

These guys are awesome, between thier stores in Lakewood and Spanaway they performed a Christmas miracle. My broiler element burned in half December 23rd. During a ice rain storm when everyone else was closed they found me a used part that fit close enough. And no charge merry Christmas. When I returned home and installed it I discovered the bottom bake element was bad as well. Lakewood employees were willing to stay late while I made the trip from spanaway but I didn't want to do that to them. They sent me to the spanaway location found a part that will work for now $12.00 awesome!. Mind you my stove is 40 + years old so understandably parts are not readily available. But here I am with a working stove Christmas weekend. Thanks guys I owe you big time for saving my Christmas dinner and sweets.

I bought a washer about 5-6 weeks ago. Inside the store they were very professional. They had a lot of knowledge, and was able to find me a washer within my price range that fit my families needs. He even worked with me on the delivery. I had some issues with my washer, I called them and within days they had someone out to look at it. It needed to be replaced, they had the new one to me the very next day. I am so happy with my experience with them!! Anything else I need for my home I will be going to them.

They were great! They came to the house and determined what repair was most likely needed. Because of the mess involved with that kind of repair, they made a trip back to pick up the washing machine to take the shop to complete the repair and returned the machine in a reasonable time. My machine works great again! I highly recommend calling them for all your appliance needs!

My husband and I bought a washer and dryer set here for a great price, the staff was very friendly and they were out to install it the next day. Buying used appliances can be stressful because you never know if people will uphold their warranty. Well about a month later our washer encountered a problem and we gave them a call and they had someone out the next day who was very knowledgeable and super speedy at getting the washer fixed. I definitely recommend this company. They make the process easy, affordable and provide a 1 year warranty that they honor! Thanks Appliance NW!

Fantastic prices on used appliances. that are almost new with all the bells and whistles. may have a little Dent or scratch on the side which gets covered up. usually with another Appliance or a cabinet so it really doesn't matter. No pressure on the sale. But very helpful with selecting the right one for what you need. I got a one year warranty with it. would highly recommend them to all of my friends. had a small problem after hooking it up wasn't sure if I did something. I let them know they came out the first chance they had. brought another set just in case fix everything. The Repair guys we're friendly knowledgeable and very professional. took out the old put in the new 🤗⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were told by Jason the more appliances we bought the better the discount bundle would be. We bought a dishwasher, a dryer, and a "new" microwave. The installation happened over a week later. Poor customer service. I had to call them to make sure they were coming, which they didn't come the day they were supposed to. They reschedule with me. When they came they installed the microwave and it was broken. They had to take it down and said they'd figure something out. When the dishwasher was installed I ran it and it leaked water EVERYWHERE ruining my bottom cabinets. They couldn't get anyone out to help me for a week. Meanwhile I was stuck with water seeping out from under my cabinets for a week. They brought me another dishwasher and installed it. They didn't install all the bolts so they had to come out again. They installed the dryer by simply setting it on top of my washer with nothing to hold it in place so now I have to continually adjust the dryer to keep it from falling off. The guy who installed the dryer also ripped a shelf by my dryer half way out of my wall instead of using tools to take it down. I suppose you get what you pay for. My cabinets have soaked up so much water that they have buckled and the baseboards popped off. Very unhappy. Jason said he would "make it right" but never asked to come see the damage. To be honest, I rather never see anyone from this store again. Be careful when shopping here. Also, if you look at the other ratings at the bottom of all the reviews the stars are for a gym that used to be at this location. I have flagged them several times but Google hasn't removed them.

It's been awhile since I have seen such a positive and helpful young man, keep those smiles Jeremy!!!The delivery was scheduled from 1 to 2 today, I got home about 1:15 to find the young man fixing bikes for two of the neighborhood kids😃, and he was all smiles and got right to the task of removing the old and hooking up the new (used) washer!!!I would recommend Appliance NW to all and everybody!!!
