We were out of towners and stopped by on a whim. Absolutely impeccable service on a Friday morning for burritos and beers. Homemade hot sauce, friendly conversation, and smiles all around. The woman there running the place was an angel. Prices were excellent.

We had dinner at their Soap Lake restaurant on a Wednesday night in late August 2022. Their first restaurant is in Ephrata.We tried their Pollo Enchiladas Rancheros and Pollo Quesadilla Loco. We ordered the Guacamole for our chips, and it was mostly avocado which is how we like it. Their food style is from the Jalisco region, and we enjoyed that style as it is not "heavy" or greasy at all.We finished with Fried Ice Cream with caramel syrup (other option is chocolate syrup), one of their two desert choices. (no flan desert here)Their cheerful decor was full of color. Friendly staff. The bathrooms, bar area, and restaurant were very clean. The air conditioning kept it cool inside.  Some guests ate at their outside table area.Parking: Gravel parking lot, plenty of street parking available as well.Wheelchair accessibility: All one level, no stairs.

I have to say. Idon't complain about resturants.but the waiteress was kinda rude.margartas. The worst I ever had tasted ransed rotton. rotten. My food had a bayleaf stick in my tosada,they charged me half the price was 2,50 like really. Would not recommend. Worst mexican resturant ever. And I'm foodie we travel alot. Eat at mexican resturants. This shouldn't even be in service.

If you haven't been, it is THE go to Mexican restaurant in the area. We have many to choose from but I always steer anyone I know towards Mi Cocinita. You will not find anything store bought that they can make themselves. The tortillas, sauces, chips, everything all hand made and prepared to order. The food is always piping hot and DELICIOUS!!! They have almost any meat you could want. The bar is my favorite place to sit for a meal, they have regular family seating in the dining room that's comfortable and accommodating. Not to mention clean bathrooms. Head down for a drink and some tacos, tell em I sent you!

Nice place with tasty food. The guacamole was chunky and limey and their margaritas with house made mix were very good and not too sweet. The fish tacos are also great with a nice mango salsa. Dumped their green salsa on everything. So good!!

Horrible service, first the waitress tried to cheat me by giving me the leftovers of someone else's drink and I realized when I was serving it the second thing is that they were charging me extra and when I asked the waitress she told me that she didn't know what That was the total that the machine threw at him and that on all the tickets it came out like this and I told him ok but it's because it doesn't indicate what it is and he snatched the ticket from my hands and went to the kitchen, when he returned he just said that it was because of the use of the card, I told her to cancel my transaction and that I was going to pay in cash, she, very annoyed, called the manager, who was just as despot as the waitress, they came and only threw my ticket to pay in cash. the place is good but the service is lousy. I will never go back to this place.

My girlfriend and I were seated and served promptly. The menu looked great and we both decided to have the Colorado Burrito with ground beef. We chose that burrito because we both like guacamole and that was promised inside. The serving size was great but to be completely honest, I was hoping for a bit more than a couple spoonfuls of guacamole. However,the burrito was good and served hot and prompt. I also extremely enjoyed the atmosphere, especially the bar and the carved antique wooden chairs in the main seating area.

This place is absolutely a Home Run...I grew up in Ft Worth ,Texas (who doesn't eat Mexican food there) lived in Moses Lake for 7 yrs (everyone eats Mexican in Moses...so many great restaurants in the Columbia Basin) and yrs later...TODAY... I discovered the absolute...most wonderful restaurant right here in little bitty SOAP LAKE, WA. To start with the atmosphere...wonderful, clean, very welcoming.The staff...very pleasant, very welcoming, excellent service...restrooms...WOW, not afraid to wash my hands and use the facility...The Best Part...peeking into the kitchen area and meeting with the Chef/owner...clean kitchen, she cares what is served...The Food...the most wonderful Homemade Salsa...thick Tortilla Chips that don't fall apart (load'm up, they will not break). I enjoyed their Pork Chili Verde (pork ribs simmerd in the verde). My lovely lady is a huge fan of the Steak Nachos...she did not offer to share... Guacamole...fantastic..Homemade salsa...xtra fantastic...rice and beans are typical. This restaurant strives on wonderful flavor in their food...if you want spicy, they will do it. Right here in little bitty Soap Lake, WA. Make the trip.Parking: Plenty of parking

This is literally the best Mexican I've ever had, and we have traveled all over the world and the U.S. and are major foodies. All the food is homemade and fresh. Handmade tortillas are to die for. They should be famous. People should literally be traveling here on purpose just to try her tortillas. We had Fajitas, street tacos, and our son had chicken strips and french fries (also home made fresh). The restaurant is one of the cleanest I've ever visited as well. Very friendly owners and staff. Highly recommend.

The hotel overcharges for its food, with prices that are not reflected on the menu. The quality of the food is also poor, with dishes that are underwhelming and even inedible. For example, the quesadilla was extremely hard, and the burritos had more rice than meat. Additionally, they do not properly prepare the food, as they leave bay leaves in the dishes, which can be found in your mouth while eating.

My family and I stopped in for lunch and had a great experience! Extremely clean,and a comfortable atmosphere. The waitress was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Colorado Burrito with beef which was really good. The silverware was unique and was unexpected. I’ll upload a photo of my meal. The restroom was extremely clean as well. Overall a much needed restaurant in Soap Lake! I would recommend stopping in for lunch.

Best Mexican food ever! Guacamole was very fresh. They made the lemonade with fresh mint leaves. Mint tree is planted outside of restaurant’ front side. My kids loved their quesadilla. Restaurant was very clean and maintained nicely. Owner and cook both were wearing mask. If you love Mexican food, don’t miss this place.

Looks like regular Mexican food but it's so much better than anything around. Fresh hand made tortillas, home made salsa and sauces, and actually seared before stewed meat! Where most places cut corners and serve food fast and bland, these guys are making it like you're family. Might take a while but that's cause they are doing something special. Also, get the mole!

I ordered a burrito. No shredded beef so I got chicken. It was a tortilla stuffed with rice. Also 4 small chunks of chicken. That was it. It wasDry and just not good.Ive been to a lot of Mexican restaurants. The guests I brought were just here from Arizona. They were not impressed either. I wish I had asked for my money back. They just wanted to leave. I am not going back.
