Really cool store! They've got lots of different animals for sale from rodents, reptiles, fish, and even chicks! They have a huge selection of pet supplies and products. I can't really speak to their prices because I don't spend a lot of time in pretty stores.

This place is really cool! I don’t know how I’ve lived in Snohomish county and not knew about it here. They have a good variety of fish and reptiles. The place is clean. Nice atmosphere. They have a big room where all the reptiles are and next to that where all the fish are. They also have gifts not specific to animals but also specific to animals.

A wealth of products for all pets! The aquatics department and water garden area is so peaceful and relaxing. We love that Tortoise “Peach” roams to visit customers and it’s a great place to see animals like axolotls!

This store is amazing it has everything you could need from dogs and cats and birds to a beautiful fish aquarium section they also sell Cups and wind chimes and all kinds of nicknames lots of yummy candies gourmet cookies for dogs everything you could imagine it is all in one pet store it is much better than petsmart or Petco by a long shot their prices are very reasonable their fish are a little bit more expensive but they give a great guarantee the staff is friendly courteous and prompt I highly recommend the place.

The staff is always so helpful and nice and they have the biggest assortment of everything for every animal. They have an amazing assortment of fish from your most common fish to the unusual and hard to find fish. Must go if you haven't been before you won't be disappointed!

This place definitely is the best pets store if you don’t mind of driving. It has variety of selections of all kinds of beta fishes and other pets, gifts!

The place has a good variety of animals and accessories, but some of the fish are kept in absolutely disgusting conditions, and when I asked the high schooler staff about the situations, they said there’s nothing they could do about it. Inhumane/ prison like conditions for these fish. There are many tanks overstocked like this, with the fish inside not even for sale. It’s so hard and sad to look at. They kept other big fish in these same conditions as well, when there were many larger tanks around the store being preoccupied by small fish. So disturbing and sad.My thought is, if you’re going to sell animals and fish to people, they must have tanks adequate for them at the moment to show customers what good fish keeping looks like. This was an absolutely horrendous experience and I don’t think I can even go there again just because I feel awful for these prisoners trapped in tiny tanks. Beautiful fish too, and they’ve been there for months or years and won’t allow people to buy them.

This store is beautiful! Not only does it carry everything you could need for dogs and cats, it has a nice variety of gift items, art, reptile & fish supplies, birds, rodents, and more. The store is immaculate. So well thought out and put together. I couldn't be more impressed!

I always come here to shop for fish! I had a few instances where the fish I bought and brought home had ich, but other than that I made some great fishy friends here. When I first came here, the betta fish used to be cheaper but lately, they have really ramped up in prices so I don't buy bettas here anymore.

This place is PHENOMENAL!! From the outside, I could tell it's big. When I walked thru the doors, I was stunned at just how large Bridges is! They have one entire, large room with fish and reptiles. It is amazing! The store is clean, well organized, and stocked with just about anything needed for pets. My granddaughters are interested in guinea pigs and hamsters. Although there were only a few of each, I was assured more will be available soon. The staff people I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. Anyone looking for a pet store, forget those big chain stores and come to Bridges. You will be so glad you did!

Animals are kept in wildly inappropriate (too small/dirty) conditions.They have very kitschy gifts and their aquarium substrate/decor selection is pretty garish. This is not a place to go for people wanting a deep dive or technical focus on pets. It's a pet store aimed at children and grandmas.Their water gardens are algea-filled. My suggestion to go to an actual local fish store (Edmonds Aquarium Co-op is close and much cleaner, brighter, and the staff is more knowledgeable. Hewitt Reptile Emporium in Everett is a better source for reptile and amphibian needs.)Lot of wildly religious memorabilia. I've never met an animal that wants to convert to Christianity.The staff are nice, the prices are ok.

Great pet store, has pretty much everything you need. Need something for my cats? They have it. Needs supplies for my aquariums, they have it.However, they could do without the Jesus music. Feel like every time I go in there the goal of the owners is to proselytize with the music while shopping. Otherwise it’s a great store

Pretty upset with this place at the present time. Ended up getting a ferret there and was told there is a 3 day return policy. Bring him home and noticed that he was most definitely not adjusting well what so ever. Not a good fit with our other ferrets. Went ahead and gave Bridges a call and gave them a heads up that we would be bringing the ferret back just to be educated on ferrets. I have six other ferrets. I know how they work ok. Then they tell me the return has to be approved by the manager who isn’t back until the next day. Totally not impressed.

Massive selection of reasonably priced pet products. Full line of reptile goods, ranging from isopods to every kind of substrate you'll need. Solid quality animal care and hygiene, I felt like all the animals there were healthy and looked well maintained. Also a large selection of fish and unique critters. Will be going here now in conjunction with Denny's Pet World. Check this place out guys!!

Huge store, huge selection. I've never seen a pet store like this before. Unexpectedly impressive! It's almost a small zoo. You can spend a lot of time here looking at products and animals. I was amazed to see poison dart frogs and chameleons. I don't know much about fish/reptiles, but this is probably a great place to get supplies and even animals.

Love this place! Excellent products, fair prices and great customer service.This store has everything! It is a pet store, gift shop, zoo and aquarium all in one stop. Our grandchildren love coming here to see the animals, birds, fish and reptiles.Sometimes the have special pet adoption days.It is an amazing store.They have tons of aquariums, indoor and outdoor fountains, cards, collectibles, bird houses, stuffed animals, animal figurines....you name it, they probably have it!

Buyer beware!!!!!They have beautiful bettas that they are charging a premium prices for, but they are all sick.I bought 2 bettas from them about 1.5 months ago, and another for my grandmother 3 weeks ago. They all looked and seemed healthy. My grandmothers died with in 24hrs and I was able to return it (2 day return policy, my usual lfs offers 2 weeks). The other two were set up in pre-established tanks and both died in 2-3 weeks with out showing signs of any sickness. I am an experienced fish keeper and have several tanks, so I know they all had clean and healthy environments.I went back on Saturday, after making sure to have clean and healthy tanks for some new bettas. I brought home 3 more, but this time I decided to make sure to treat them with meds, before they just up and died. So far one has pop-eye, another has fin rot, and the last one is lethargic and is swimming with clamped fins. They are finally starting to show signs of improvement, but I don’t think Bridges will be where I purchase fish or any live animals from now on. It’s very disappointing considering how expensive the bettas are there.

Took my mom here for a look around and it did not disappoint. So much to look at and enjoy walking through, but also an amazing selection of bacs and beyond. My mom has Alzheimer's and this was a perfect spot for her to adventure around. We'll do this again, I'm sure!

A great place for your pet needs. They have a great selection. I found the perfect cat tree and the hardest part was picking which one was most perfect. The did have some rather phallic looking scratching posts. I'll include a photo. I shall call it "Bonehenge"

More than your average pet store for sure!! Every kind of pet food you can imagine and the fish are displayed in a room like going to an aquarium! They also have gifts that you don't see very often if you're looking for something special for your animal lover friend. The staff is friendly and helpful and since it's OK to take your dog inside with you it's a fun time for them too!!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They are all over and never hard to find if you need something. Prices do seem to be a little higher than other places, but the quality and variety of foods and pet needs is incredible.

You would think that for a pet store of this caliber, especially considering how incredible their aquatic department is, that they'd be the ones to educate people on proper care for bettas. This had to be one of the saddest betta displays I've ever seen. Dozens upon dozens are stacked on each other, you can't even see a lot of them without moving 20+ containers so who actually knows what kind of state they're in. And all around the tiny display are horrendous aquarium suggestions. Literally tanks less than one gallon that you can't even fit a filter on. Why would you even carry those size aquariums, let alone advertise them as if it's a suitable home for a living animal? There was one that's an enclosed wall mount that's barely suitable to propagate plants in, let alone a fish. It was just really disappointing when you're used to seeing bettas treated so poorly but hoping a store like this would be better but they aren't.

This place is hands down the best pet shop I have ever been to. They have a huge variety for so many different pets, and even on top of that the quality, care, and cleanliness is so far beyond any store I've walked into pets or otherwise. The staff is kind and caring and genuinely interested in learning about different pets, and all that same care of store operations doesn't stop there. We saw one of the pets waiting for adoption exhibiting some early signs of a genetic condition and when we just off-handedly mentioned it to one of the people at the register they immediately went into "parent with a sick child" mode and asked about it and what we knew about it and immediately left to check on the little one.It's so refreshing and relieving to know there is a place we can go to for not only food and toys, but prebiotic and basic medicine for a rabbits that's taken care of by a capable, dedicated, and loving staff. My wife and I will never forget the experiences we've had here and will always have this as our first option for anything we need, bar none.

A very unique and pleasantly unexpected store! The areas dedicated to fish and reptiles are so fun to walk through. From the giant coi in the ponds to the glofish, it's an experience and not your ordinary store. It's a fantastic place for pet lovers, but even someone without pets. There is a selection of honey, jams, and other delicious treats. And much, much more!

This is one of the best pet stores I’ve been in, it’s half a gift shop half a pet shop. I fell in love with this store and left broke they have really cool things. Rocks, adult puzzles, candles and some really cool mint dart frogs and yellow ones & white,blue. They have a huge tortoise, walking around the store. I even saw a llama in there with his mama. Fish, ferrets, birds, bunnies, iguanas, chameleon, skink, tarantula, lots of spiders, snakes, rats, little baby mice, hamster’s & Crab they even have axolotls also known as Mexican walking fish or water dogs.

Always have the hard to find, very polite. Need a hand? Just ask! They'll be right there to help. Don't forget to add your pet's food to their frequent flyer club. When you get to 12, you get one free to use that day on a second bag or save it for the next trip!
