Sky River Coffee is one the BEST Coffee establishments I have ever been to, the owner is the most Amazing person. She greets and treats everyone the same with the most respect! This small town Coffee shop is the Best around and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for some great Coffee/Tea's and snacks along with the great conversations that take place especially if your looking for a good laugh!Parking: Plenty of parking available.Kid-friendliness: There is a kid play area in the back corner along with coloring available so they can display their works of art on the wall.

Sky River coffee is like Skykomish itself. Full of great vibes as epitomized by it's owner, lovely Mo. Great coffee, cappuccino, espresso and hot chai, yum! Actually, I'm sure all of those are good because during my three weeks stay there I went almost everyday. If you have kids there's a little corner just for them. Perhaps you could add to the art on the wall?Sit inside and chat or read or go out to their sunny porch and enjoy the amazing view of the mountains that surround this little piece of coffee heaven.

This is the cutest and quaintest coffee shop in town! If you're passing through, you've got to stop at Sky River Coffee in Skykomish for a fine cup of coffee or a latte or whatever strikes your fancy! There's a cozy fireplace in there! And Mo, the owner, strives to make everyone feel welcome and warm. She is friendly and down to earth, and her regulars love her!

Great coffee shop and Becky was a fantastic barista! An easy, quick diversion off Hwy 2 and you feel like you're off the beaten path and part of a little hidden secret. Great atmosphere and great coffee to boot.

Superb pistachio mocha, tasty cheese danish and the bagels looked and smelled divine. The barista/owner is incredibly knowledgeable about local history and is more than willing to share.This would be an excellent stop before hitting the slopes at Stevens since they open so early at 6:30 am: bagels, oatmeal, muffins and yogurt. Come for the coffee and stay for the vibes.

Decided to drive up into the mountains to see the fall colors. Not many leaves turning but stopped in little town of Skykomish. This coffee shop is a true gem. Very unassuming from outside but a real surprise inside. Very friendly, very welcoming. Even a children's corner to occupy your littlest. I'd recommend the chai tea latte, they do it very well.

I would give if there is 0 star for this cafe. Absolutely rude lady with large round stud earrings. She couldn’t differentiate between kids playing and yelling. And we asked for milk for the kid, she gave us cold milk and when asked her to warm it up she said you didn’t ask for steamed milk and will not heat up as she is busy with angry face. Never seen Such unfriendly cafe lady. Will never visit or recommend such cafe ever again 👎🏻

Have come in here a couple times now but Used the shop as an office for a morning before the slopes. Managed to get a lot done while enjoying the energy of locals. The owner knows how to make a good London fog (a lot of baristas in the US don’t know how) and even put a Large group on the opposite end of where I was working, which is not expected but appreciated. She has the gift of gab and is hilarious. Good stop to stretch legs en route to stevens or Leavenworth. They don’t have any allergy free listed items, but they do have a variety of baked goods. Looking forward to next visit already, whether working remote or stopping by with friends.

Very friendly, super clean and welcoming! The coffee is perfect with many choices also teas, Italian sodas, etc.. There are tasty pastrys if you need a snack. Beautiful local art on the walls and in the little shop area. Pretty earrings and beautiful hand made wooden boxes for keepsakes. There is an outdoor area with seats so v dog friendly. Our pups were spoiled with treats from the owner when we've visited. A wonderful spot to stop and enjoy this cute town and amazing mountain vistas. My love to go there for a treat!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, clean washrooms and an outdoor area. Chess set, reading materials, etc to keep kids busy.

Come for the coffee and convenience as you're traveling scenic highway 2. Stay and enjoy because Moe will make you feel like you are part of the family of Skykomish. She hustles and works hard, but makes pleasing you her number one priority! Such a warm and inviting restaurant in the middle of an adorable and friendly town. We were staying local for 3 weeks and went out of our way to stop and see her everyday for the atmosphere as much as the coffee. Can't say enough about how much we admire Moe and what she has done with this shop. Go girl 💪❤️!

I’ve been in here a few times now to work since I moved down the road to Index. I’m SO glad this little coffee shop is here, this area needed something like this! Everyone’s so nice and the coffee is great. The thing that really made me want to write this review was bc I wanted to do laundry today across the street and completely spaced out and forgot laundry detergent. The owner was in there chatting with some locals and actually went home and got some laundry detergent for me and it was the nicest thing ever. It saved me today and I’m so thankful for that!

Sky River was cute. The coffee was OK. I fully admit that I'm spoiled with all the local coffee shops near Seattle. My drink, 20oz iced Americano, half sweet white chocolate with oat milk, was made as specified. The coffee was a tad bitter but not undrinkable. Barista was super personable with the other patrons in the shop, so it's good to see that the barista does a good job in making connections with the customers.

We decided to stop in the town for a walk to break up the drive and decided a cup of coffee would do us good. Great decision. The espresso was perfect if not better than the benchmark of our favorite barista and the drip was excellent too. I tend to like a sweetened drip coffee to reduce the bitterness but this one didn't need it. The tasty muffin we split was just enough for a nice snack. The barista was a pro.
