Nice, friendly staff. The restaurant was clean and cozy. The food was really good. We got there at the same time as most of the dining room so we had a bit of a wait for our food. We were very happy that the food did not disappoint. One person in our party had ground stake, one had the Maloney chicken sandwich, one had French dip, and two had the special of ribs. The desserts were pies in a jar and they were so tasty. I only got a picture of them consumed because we devoured them so fast.

The service is good for a small establishment. The food is very good, especially the golden seasoned French fries. Be prepared to pay via a QR code that takes you to a website. My only complaint is the cold temperature inside. I'm a rather thin guy, even with athletic leggings, jeans, thick shirt, fleece, and coat I still felt cold. Maybe it was just me, or the cold day sitting next to the window.Parking: It's right by the RR Tracks. Great place to eat and gaze at trains.

Service is outrageously poor. They had a middle aged lady waitress when we went there. She was very rude and dismissive of my 4 year old girl.My daughter is not even a loud or bratty kid. She for some reason wanted to swap out the ketchup bottle on our table with a ketchup bottle on another empty table where there was no one. The waitress just sneered at her and shooed her away with “no. No. Just go” as if she would shoot a dog. Felt very racist.Outrageously rude and poor service. I still forced myself to atleast leave a 15$ tip on 98$ bill. because I am not an a$$hole and I know tips are for all waiters. I feel so bad I left the 15$ tip though. Food wasn’t bad. Just avoid this place and eat somewhere else. Don’t encourage their business and vote with your feet that bad service is not ok.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Very rude waitress to kids.

Amazing cozy cafe just off Highway 2, worth the 60 second detour every time. Delicious fries and shakes, I enjoy the Maloney (Chicken breast, avocado, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion). Our favorite tables are along the long set of windows, as you can watch the dozen or more hummingbirds feed under the overhang. This is also a great place for your dog to relax out of the weather where you can keep an eye on puppy.

Could swear I've reviewed this before. A few years ago. However, I haven't changed my opinion of this place. The food is always excellent, the service is outstanding and the atmosphere is wonderful. The Trainwreck is a great way to start your day. I've had many of their breakfasts, chicken tenders, blts, grilled cheese. I miss their buffet, but they do need help. Even so, nothing slips here like some restaurants. You won't regret coming here

Great service and a nice spot to stop in the pass. Also the food here is amazing for the price. 10$ for a good meal. One of the best burgers and fries I’ve had in a long time. They have very good specials! Also a very scenic view. Would highly recommend stopping by.

A lovely breakfast on a great setting. On Sunday it's a breakfast buffet, just be sure you keep your knife and fork and you can go back as often as you want. The blueberry pancakes were especially good.

I really enjoyed their special of the day which was a very juicy thick bacon Bleu burger & fries! It was perfect. It's a quaint Cafe with a tiny bar in another room.

Bad service, didn’t feel welcomed: We waited to get seated, but the person working didn’t pay any attention to us despite us standing at the table next to them for a while. We seated ourselves thinking it’s self-seating. After seeing them clear off other tables and getting to others, they came to us and I asked if us using the table is okay. They complained that they didn’t have a chance to clear the table. They made their rounds again to everyone else before taking our order. We got food (which was decent) and at some point noticed that there was another large group coming in and offered to move to a smaller table that had become vacant since we sat down. They just said “if you want to” with a disapproving look which made me feel like they were still hung up on the table situation. Overall felt like shouldn’t be in the restaurant.

This was a great stop for lunch on our way from Leavenworth to Seattle. It was easy to find and parking was great. It's a first floor entrance once you park. The service was amazing and our food was good. The menu is split between breakfast and lunch. We got lunch around 11:00 am and they started shutting down breakfast when everyone was ordering lunch. We all ordered sandwiches and they were all good. The sides options are fries or potato salad with the sandwiches. The fries were pretty good and I am kind of picky on fries.

We stopped in on a Tuesday and so grateful that they were open. A lot of other places seem to be closed M&T, possibly pandemic related. We had a melt and blue cheese burger, both very tasty and perfectly done! The potato salad was probably the best we've had while eating out. Not too creamy yet with all the great flavors, including dill. The place was clean, well priced & kindly served by the owner. We definitely recommend them and look forward to another visit here.

My boyfriend and I have eaten here a couple times in the last 6 months. We are from Sultan so it is a treat to be able to eat here.. Where to start? The environment is quant and cozy, the staff which are just the owners (a husband and wife team) is friendly and down to earth. You can feel the history and there is something peaceful and serene about it. The food is FANTASTIC and reasonably priced. I highly recommend

I had a French dip and fries with a chocolate milk shake and I cleaned my plate! Server was friendly and the place was pretty busy. Everyone else seemed quite happy with their food as well. A nice stop if you're headed over the pass. Restrooms were also very clean, which is a bonus!

Best waitress, quick service and delicious food. Easy parking in the cutest town. Must stop on your way up the pass! Had the breakfast plate and coffee.
