Worst experience of any transaction ever.I ordered flowers and chocolate for Valentine's Day (from the Seattle location) this year and a laughably bad experience.1) The arrangement looked absolutely terrible. Virtually no actual flowers, and the almost-sun dried, broken and ancient greenery was essentially falling out of the vase on arrival. A complete joke of an arrangement. Unbelievable.2) Somehow even worse than delivering a garbage primary product, the box of chocolates and the bag they came in were ripped open by what was obviously a mouse/rat. Imagine picking up a torn open box of chocolates with rat nibbles and shipping that to a paying customer. Truly amazing product and service quality in absolutely the worst way.3) After telling customer service in detail of this absurdity, I received absolutely no engagement from the store or manager. It is remarkable that a business with an almost intentional disregard for customer service could even remain in business.

I was very disappointed with the Valentine's Day bouquet that was delivered. It was not really a bouquet, but more like a bunch of flowers in a vase..I am still very upset. To add insult to injury, I did make my dissatisfactionKnown, but nothing has been done to correct the problem.I have provided images of what I ordered compared to what was delivered..

Excellent customer service and beautiful work. I will most definitely be using them again. I reached out to Williams Flower & Gift the day before Valentine's to request an arrangement for a colleague. They were quick, helpful, communicative, and very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again if I need flowers in the area!

My sister was admitted to the hospital in Gig Harbor, WA. As I live in Mpls MN I wanted her to know that I was thinking about her. This florist actually delivered flowers to her the same day. I was so impressed by their service and caring enough to get it done the same day. The flowers were beautiful and my sister felt loved!! Great experience with them, I would highly recommend them!!

I placed my order online and it was confirmed via a personal phone call. They also called and sent a text to let us know that the flower arrangement was delivered and included a photo of the final piece. Everyone was very nice and helpful whenever we spoke with them. Very professional service

I have used this florist on several occasions. Each time the arrangements were BEAUTIFUL & most importantly, the flowers/greenery they used were ALWAYS fresh!!! Which allowed the arrangements to be enjoyed by the recipients for a longer period of time. This is a florist who takes pride in their work & it shows. Definitely will be using them whenever an occasion arises.

The flowers on the left were from Walmart for 6.67 and the one on the right were from Williams for $100. We had flowers from Hollies in Port Townsend were a million times better and for for much less! So sad they went out of business! Will not shop Willams because the quality is so lacking’

Selected this business from prior reviews. Gift was for a true plant enthusiast. The sender is/was 3000+ miles away. Best part of this exchange(text) was the photograph sent the night before delivery showing what was to be sent. When I texted back that I wasn’t 100% happy and listed the changes I wanted, they were quick to respond and correct what I wasn’t pleased with. This should tell anyone the level of dedication these proprietors have.

I went looking for a florist local to the Port Orchard area to send a pick me up bouquet to a good friend there. I came across Williams Flower & Gift via a google search and found their website and selection looked wonderful. Placing an order was easy and they telephoned me to confirm what they would be able to send. The bouquet was reported to be gorgeous. Williams Flower gave great service and quality for a nice local price.

The bouquet for out of state was beautiful as well. The flowers were great, but on this one specific day they had deliveries for two people with the same name so my wife got a nice arrangement, but it had the wrong name on it so the impact of having flowers delivered for a special occasion lost its impact. This is the 2nd time my boyfriend (Jeff Bowers) has ordered from Williams. After the first time he said he would never do again because after seeing the bouquet and what he paid for it was hugely disappointing. However, when he called Holly's in PT, they had been bought out by Williams, so he tried them again for my birthday. I received the flowers on Wednesday. I changed water and clipped stems yesterday. Today (Wednesday) the bouquet is dismal (photo attached)--lilies never opened up and are brown, the daisies have moldy brown gunk on them, the leaves are sagging, the roses are soft, and the chrysanthemums are brown and wilting. I have photos from day of delivery and 2 days later. The bouquet absolutely horrid. My sister got me a bouquet from QFC that is still absolutely gorgeous and fresh--delivered the same day. So weather or office climate is not a factor in the condition of the flowers.

Buying flowers from out of sate for a loved one can certainly be daunting but I was able to successfully get flowers & A CAKE to my niece who is THOUSANDS of miles away from me. The staff were courteous and called to ensure my wishes were met. I will be using them again in the future.
