Waited in their drive thru for AN HOUR. Every vehicle in front of me seemed to have some kind of issue that took an extraordinarily long time to handle. Finally get to the window, and they only have one of my two prescriptions ready, so I had to sit and wait even longer for that. The people in front of me probably had the same issue. Get it together Walgreens pharmacy!

What can I say about most Walgreens? they are all about the same in this area; chances are they are alike at all Walgreen locations.For a couple of days, I found myself searching for a vitamin; I went to the stores I frequent with no luck at all. I found myself stopping at the Silverdale Walgreens; I happen to be in the area, so why not?!I have avoided this Walgreens for a couple of different reasons. My main reason is that I live two minutes from a Walgreens. Common sense would say, "go to the closest one." the second reason is pulling in and out of Silverdale location can be a little more tricky. I ended up stopping anyway.Honestly, I don't love or hate any of the Walgreens; I find most of the time the prices tend to be a little higher, at least on some of the items I have purchased in the past. I would also like to see a better or different rewards system.The staff has always been friendly enough and helpful over the years, at least at the three Walgreens I have shopped. Plus, today, I found the vitamin I have been looking for, so it worked out perfectly.Walgreens does offer a decent selection of makeup and candy; I can't leave that one out. They also have a pharmacy and a photo area, as well as offering a large amount of greeting cards to choose from. I like browsing during both Halloween and Christmas Holidays, and I usually end up buying something I really don't need!I can't say I have ever been in a messy Walgreens, at least not to my recollection.Eventually, I will return, if for no other reason but to find a particular item I cannot locate at the stores I frequent.Silverdale Walgreens is a stand-alone building that provides ample parking for its customers but can be a little tricky coming and going though.You can find this Walgreen location at 9709 Silverdale Way NW, Silverdale, WA. Right off NW Bucklin Hill Road. They are neighbors to 7-Eleven and within walking distance to Kitsap County Sheriff's office."It is evident that Walgreens is not a privately owned small business; however, they do employ many of our local people, and in return, those people shop in our communities and help other businesses thrive, thank you for helping our local community stay alive!"

I have been paying for my medicine $49 because my insurance wants me to get it from chi pharmacy. But today, Noriah Pharmacy Tech showed me how to get their coupons online and I ended up paying $7.18. This is the very first time that a staff at Walgreens showed me this. Thank you so much! Noriah deserves a great kudos!!! I hope everyone knows about this. Thank you again Noriah!!! 🤩

When into this Walgreens on the 14th and got a coupon $7.00 credit, however there is an issue the coupon expired back on the 10th. Before when this has happened was told by management that they could not help because the coupons are done through a 3rd party and not part of Walgreens. Be advised of the lack of customer service they provide a d indifference.

My immuno compromised husband and I had to wait in line for an hour past our booster appointment. A pharmacist had a customer from the drive thru lane requesting a Covid and Flu Test come in and wait in line with all of us. Instead of testing in their car away from the elderly and compromised. When we complained about being exposed they said corporate changed the rules and sick people looking to get tested now have to wait with the public. Absolutely irresponsible and avoidable!

Needed a last minute covid vaccine to start at my new job. Scheduled an appointment and came in and was told they literally don’t even have the vaccine in the store and that I would have to wait a couple hours, when my job started in an hour and a half. Currently trying to squeeze in a last minute vaccination somewhere else so I’m not out of work for a week because of these people. I thought the bad reviews wouldn’t mean much since it’s a Walgreens but wow I have never been somewhere so unprofessional and I would rate 0 stars if I could. First time coming here and I’m never coming back. Pharmacists were pretty rude as well

This pharmacy continually has issues refilling prescriptions and communicating issues with refills to the patients. Most months I am put into the situation of not having my refill when my medication is running out and have not been given ample advanced notice in order to safely taper off of my medications. Going off my medication abruptly causes debilitating and dangerous side effects. This is NOT okay. Avoid this pharmacy for the sake of your well being.

While visiting our military family, I had a diverticulitis attack. I came in on Monday morning and gave them my Rx info to transfer my cipro from my pharmacy and was told 24-48 hours. My pharmacy received the info that Monday. When I called the Walgreens on Silverdale Way on Wednesday morning, they still hadn’t completed it. There was a problem with the transfer but no one called or texted me. If it had been a major attack, I would have ended up in the hospital. Fortunately the young pharmacist was helpful and apologized because they dropped the ball.

I spent an hour on hold waiting to speak to someone to get a refill of a prescription for a controlled drug. I waited from 3 callers ahead of me, then 2, then 1 and finally, it from hold to ringing for half an hour and no one picked up. This happened everyday for the past 3 days they had been open until finally I spoke with someone today, for them to tell me they had no more of the drug in stock. I could have had my doctor send my script to a separate pharmacy 3 days ago, if helping people was a priority for this Walgreens.

My son scheduled a covid vaccine appointment. He arrived early and was told they didn't accept his health insurance. They denied him the vaccine and told him to "Go to Target or someplace else". I called in and waited on hold for about 15 minutes before talking to anyone. I asked why this happened and about just billing it as uninsured. The pharmacist apologized and acknowledged they can bill it. So, back in he goes and gets the jab. Why wasn't this done in the first place? Wasted over an hour of his time for what? Very disappointed with this treatment. DO BETTER WALGREENS.

Barbara should not be working in customer service. She strikes me as a person that nit picks, makes a fuss over unrelevant matters, can be difficult, and has an attitude problem. I was in there earlier, and she made me and a another customer wait in line until she finished her conversation with her coworker. As long as I've encountered Barbara she lives in her own bubble, it seems like she is allowed to do, and say what she wants with out being told otherwise. She talks with a level of intensity, and anger that I can feel. I can't stand her. I avoid the store as much as I can. James, Bridgette, and Barbara are ridiculous people.

Do not come here if you don’t have the correct insurance. Pharmacy staff told me that I would lose my health insurance if I got a flu shot here. I had made an appointment online, you’d think that would be part of the sign up process to verify I can get the flu shot. I regret waiting in line 20 minutes to be denied a service I signed up for. They advertise free flu shots a ton, so it was disappointing to be turned away. I even offered to pay outside of insurance, but they said no. This was a waste of time and bad experience on my end.

Scheduled shots online for my son and myself yesterday. Arrived on time, stood in line at window for 22 minutes before someone asked me if they could help me. 14 minutes later they gave me paperwork to fill out. The nurse came out 40 minutes after our scheduled time to give our shots. She was exceptionally skilled -- neither of us felt any pain, and I wasn't even able to clearly tell when the needle went in or out. +5 for the nurse and -4 for the lateness gives a 1.

I had a passport picture taken a week ago. The person who took the picture told me the machine was down and would not be available until later. She took my name and phone number and said I would be called when it was ready. I waited for a week and didmt receive a call back. When I talked with the manager he was rude

I received a Covid-19 vaccination at Walgreens in Silverdale. The pharmacy attendants were very nice, respectful, and informative. It was very easy to schedule my appointment using the website and same day appointments were available.The store always has great deals on a variety of items and has BOGO sales often. The store also provides a rewards program that allows earnings of points through purchases that reward you with discount coupons.The store attends and cashiers are always friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and well organized.

Here visiting for Christmas. Exhausted all the urgent care for appointments. Decided to go to Walgreens pharmacy to ask a simple medical question of advice for my issue. The pharmacist came to the window; she was obviously busy. Dear Miss I'm sorry to have bothered you today with a simple medical question. Your impatient short unfriendly demeanor is something I'm not accustomed to in our local South Carolina Walgreens. They say hello there for one thing.I hope you have a Happy Christmas..Please do better... 🤙

big fan of this walgreens location but if you have to call the pharmacy, it’s a little tricky. i waited for over forty minutes to ask a question to the pharmacist, and once i was first in line for the queue, it hung up on me. i called back hoping it wouldn’t be so busy, but i heard the “there are over three callers waiting ahead of you” so i just figured i’d run down there and ask my question. everyone is always so sweet and wonderful, i just wish your phone wasn’t so cryptic.

I am highly disappointed with this pharmacy. I have had several prescriptions that needed to be filled and the pharmacy never has it in stock. It always takes over a week to get so either there is a lapse or I have to call around to see who has the medication. Even if the prescription has been filled before, they still don't keep it in stock. I asked if they could pre-order so it would be there when I needed the refill because my daughter's doctor would not send the new prescription in until it was due and I was told they could not. Today, I called to get a prescription in and was told they had it. When the order was put in, I was told it would be almost 2 weeks before they got it in. They could not transfer the prescription to another walgreen's because it was new and a controlled substance. I contacted rite aid and while the local rite aid did not have it, one in Seattle did and filled it within 1 hour. This was after multiple communication within the doctor and calling around. Walgreen's has been such a huge hassle. While I cannot stand walgreen's, they are convenient to my job, they offer drive up and take my insurance, so I would stay, but know they have limited supplies.

Was in this place to buy snacks and stuff, needed to use the restroom at 730pm....and was told the restrooms were closed for the evening. WHAT? I ended up buying nothing and leaving. Sorry but no thank you. That's terrible customer service. It's not even late at night.

The pharmacy has been phenomenal for us. The drive thru is such a blessing since we had to isolate after family member was covid positive. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. Great service. We will get all our pharmacy prescriptions filled here. Convenient location. Would definitely recommend.

I would never go here for a shot again. They put the totally wrong date for my second covid shot on my card, they told me about this when I went to get the second shot (a week early apparently) and then they said that Moderna requires 28 days in between and then they recommended I go in on day 37 after the first shot. They didn't seem knowledgeable and I regret even getting my first shot there now.

Today myself & lots of people had appts for various shots. The store closed at noon for inclimate weather. Snow melted on roads, 37 degrees, 1st good day in a week & No notices sent to people with appointments. I called corporate & they were surprised but checked out all I said & checked .

Photo center gave us mismatched ornaments and $50 worth of misprinted cards. Didn’t take responsibility and tried to blame us, even though we showed how we designed it online. Left with $130 of misprinted and incorrect items. Will have to do a chargeback now.

if you’re getting a covid shot expect to wait 40+ minutes AFTER your appt time to actually get into the office with the doctor to get the shot. This has been the experience for both of the shots, pls consider getting it somewhere else to save your time! it’s ridiculous

The pharmacy staff are very rude and poor customer service they did not even attempt to help me with anything. I called Fredmeyer pharmacy in Bremerton from inside of Walgreens. I explained my situation and the gal was more then willing to help me even with out having all the information in front of her. I will never do business with Walgreens again. I suggest if you want good customer service you go else where as well.

This place is WAY too busy. I called the pharmacy and waited 30+ mins on the hold to even speak to someone. I went to get in line and there are 15+ peo. Save yourself a huge headache and don’t use this Walgreens.

This is the only 24-hour pharmacy in the peninsula , and living in Bainbridge island, have no choice but to use it after hours. Till lecently the service we were getting was not at all good... during daytime the staff were ovelworked and very curt.The phalmacistmanager Stacy was not patient nor understanding. The other young lady and the japanese phalmacist werer easier to deal with. The erderly night pharmacist was lazy and pretty much led us to believe he did not care what happened to our girls.But recently , I had an ocassion to go there at night and the phalmacist with the mustache and beard (Ram) was realy helpful. he spent more time with my husband and me answering questions , more than the Doctors , and seems to know a lot regarding arsthma and lung infections and the insulrance was down?, fixed it so that we could get a lefund a couple of days down the road.After avoiding the store last 2 years... i think the new people there are change for the better!
