This was my first time actually going into this store and I do have to say that they have excellent customer service there and the prices on everything is a hell of a lot cheaper than anywhere I've looked which is saying something. I don't remember what checkers name was but he had great enthusiasm and an awesome work ethic! Keep it up! I'll definitely be coming back to this place!

Great staff. Easy to get propane here.. park near the fenced area in front of the store. The gentleman who got my propane was super kind and friendly. They seem to work as a team. The employees help each other and treat customers with respect and care. Convenient location with plenty of parking. Speedy service.

The store itself is great. Overall good experiences.However this review is for the dog wash service.. plain and simple I was turned away 40 minutes before closing because it was their own made up store policy (not posted anywhere on their website) that they close it at 8 for cleaning.. but no one was in there cleaning it. So a bit frustrating for those who work or have busy schedules.If the store closes at 9 and the dog wash closes then too then I’d expect to be able to use it until closing. If this is the rule then the website should be updated that the dog wash closes early for cleaning.Sad.

I waited a half hour for the dog wash and shared the space with another dog. Then a huge dog and 4 people were let in. I had to leave with a wet dog and when I called about it, they just blew me off. Used to like to shop here but no more.

Came in early afternoon to buy some bulk heating pellets; no one knew how to ring it up and ship in groups, so it took a long time - but, sure, turnover can be rough.This review is because we redeemed my TSC same-day shipping rewards so I could continue enjoying my pellet stove tonight. Seemed all good. No one told me until I called at 835pm that the bags aren't coming because I bought before 4pm instead of before 2pm.I could have just grabbed an extra bag if any of the associates had the presence of mind, you know, while I was there...

I have been shopping at the Silverdale TSC for now 9 years. They hit a rough patch with management at this location about a year ago. Now, I'll say that I am pleased with the way this store is being run. It's now always clean, the employees are friendly and seek to help you from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. Items are now usually in stock that weren't before. Shot out to James, who is usually at the register when I go in. Great customer service and attitude. Thanks to TSC for making me like this store again.-Bob

Terrible company policy. Had a birthday gift purchased online by my father who lives out of state. I received an email letting me know that the store would only hold onto the purchased item for 48hr before they would cancel the order (even though the item was paid for in full). I was not going to be able to make it to the store within 48hrs, as I was out of state at the time I received the email so I called the store directly and explained the situation and informed them that I would be there within 72hrs. I was reassured by the employee that this would not be a problem and that they would hold the purchased item for me. Upon my arrival to the store, within the timeline I informed them of, I was informed that they had gone ahead a canceled the order and that I would have to repurchase the item. The manager at the store stated that they “agreed to hold the item but not hold the order” and proceeded to tell me that there was nothing he can do because it is “company policy”. I would understand if the policy stated that the store could only hold onto an item that hasn’t been paid for a short duration but this item was paid for in full and than cancelled by the store within 48 hours. Certainly taking my business elsewhere.

It’s ok here. I had a hard time finding where an item was but couldn’t find any staff in the area I was. What disturbed me the most is they no longer support military and they don’t offer discounts anymore for such because of new management. It might not seem like much to anyone else, but on a fixed income in this economy, that’s a deal breaker for me. I’ll be going to the competition even if it’s farther.

Needed paddock mats in a hurry for a quick wheelchair path and they won't fit in my car. Chose same day delivery for 69.99 but said I live outside the delivery range (I live 6.1 miles away; that's some restricted delivery range) called the store and was told same day delivery handled by a vendor and that I could call them; great idea, I'm sure the vendor will contact Tractor Supply's IT to alter their web site so that I can place my order. I changed the delivery option from same to within 24 hours and the delivery fee changed from 69.99 to 279.00. Not impressed.

Usually, I love shopping here but I just found out you discontinued the military discount. Seems like you’re going the same way as everybody else around here nowadays, forgetting where you are and who your serving. This is a military town. I’ll be finding somewhere else to shop for most of my farm needs from now on..

Went in looking for a particular size bag of puppy food. I asked an employee, and he stated" We have some in the back, but no one is going to bring it out". Thanks for the great customer service, I be getting my puppy food elsewhere.

Horrible service. I will not be returning to this store. I was trying to shop for a gun safe which is by no means a small dollar purchase. I was interested in seeing and obtaining information only to be told the safe could not be opened..the guy walked away ...I will take my business elsewhere. Apparently a sale close to a thousand dollars was not important.

It's a good store and well-set-up. They don't seem to have much in the way of helping one load/secure large items (like Home Depot). Also they do not deliver. Wish there was a little more flexibility here.

Pretty good place to see baby chicks there especially at Wilco. So different after Albertsons and Haggen was permanently closed though. Really missed that, lots of memories to think about.

Very pleased. I was greeted as I walked through the door. Small clothing section but nice looking clothes and they carry size unlike most "Farm Stores". I will definitely be going back. 👍👍

I didn't actually shop here, but they were kind and courteous when I asked ti use the restroom really quick. I personally dont shop here but I woud recommend it to others who do mostly for the staff.
