I went to pick up my artist friend’s art collaboration with Siete Foods!! So fun to see her art in Washington state when she is based out of El Paso, TX!! It’s great that they featured the Latina products on an end cap, but it’s facing the freezer wall. Easily missed. It would get more exposure facing the main aisle! 4/5 stars lol.

One of the cleanest and best stocked locations that I have been too. Would recommend to anyone stopping by to get a few items. Good shoe and clothes selection. Seasonal items are always out on time and the interior design sections are fairly priced and well kept up. Would recommend.

Christmas Eve day, I decided to head out early, I had my "Christmas" shopping done for everyone else, so I wasn't after anything specific.I ran to Target; shockingly, the checkout lines were very reasonable, maybe because I was there at 8:30 am.I wandered into the lady's clothing area and was in complete and utter shock. To say it was messy is an understatement.I walked through the lady's clothing area, and clothes were everywhere!!! I have been in Target the day after a Black Friday, and this doesn't compare at all!The funny thing is that men's and children's clothing was messy, but nothing like the lady's area, including the undergarment area!I have no idea what happened, but it was sadly in disarray!Most of the time, it is decent.However, I have been disappointed in using their restrooms on more than one occasion. Honestly, aside from looking dated, they are messy more than clean, and apparently, there are stocking issues because often, items that need to be restocked in the lady's restroom are not!Although the general population probably knows what a Target store is, for those who don't know, it is a general merchandise retailer with hundreds of locations everywhere in the USA.Target is a one-stop shop that offers a little bit of everything!So, do I love Target stores? I honestly can't say I love or hate them; I shop when I need to and they serve a purpose like Walmart. Target prices are steeper, and I feel the broad selection of items is fewer, but people would argue with me and say it's a classier, higher-end store! To me, it's a general merchandise store, not a Neiman Marcus!I find employees friendly; there is an occasional hiccup, but overall everyone I have encountered seems nice!Target offers plenty of parking spaces as this retailer shares parking spaces with several smaller stores adjacent to it. Target is also within walking distance of Kitsap Mall, Olive Garden, and WinCo.Here's hoping everyone takes a stance in 2023 to be kind to ALL living things. Have a fabulous New Year!

Pretty good prices and variety of items huge shopping carts restrooms are pretty clean most the time and it's rare there is a wait because there are plenty of stalls

I usually like shopping here, but today was a chaotic day for the store I guess. Carts with merchandise to be put out on the shelves were obstructive in several of the aisles. I tripped into one of the store's step ladders that was just hanging out and between aisles. Near the end of my 2+hour shopping trip someone finally asked if it could help me, Carly (thank you!).

All the employees I have interacted with have been great--pleasant and helpful.This store’s upper management is a joke.The parking lot and the store is always full, no matter what time of day you go. This store is making untold amounts of profit. And yet what they offer their customers in the way of privacy wouldn’t even pass in a 3rd world country. For years the bathroom doors are battered, the locks not functional. And instead of being repaired correctly, they’ve installed a door chain lock, the back up kind used in hotels. Only here, in a bathroom stall, its the only means of closing the door, leaving a 4 inch opening for all to look through. Howdy, neighbor! Sorry about the view. But I guess that’s what we get for coming to a store that doesn’t have a modicum of respect for it’s paying customers.

A lot of stuff I find here is cheaper at Costco. When unable to find an item, you ask an employee, you get a vague, very vague response as to where it could possibly be. They don't take the time to actually take you there or help you out.

I like Target, I like this target, as far as targets go this is a mostly nice target. There's just one huge issue. Or over a year now and no matter what time of the day I go the checkout lanes are abysmal. The self-service lane takes up the entire front of the store making navigation incredibly difficult and clustered. They hardly ever have more than one or two lanes open that aren't self check out so those bleed out into the main aisle as well. On average I spend over 15 minutes just standing up at the front of the store trying to check out. I don't know how any self-respecting store manager could see that level of congestion and not do anything about it. Not only that but it's likely a safety hazard as well.

I love this place for the run in, run out, quick, just gotta grab a few things kinda trip. Lots of checkout registers but a lot of times, they are still kinda slow. Especially, if you get a checker that is lazy and doesn't want to do what's right to make the customer happy. Yes, it's happened to me before lol. Just call the manager over and get the ok so we can move along. When it's a $30+ discount for a pair of pants for my special needs daughter who lives on her social security budget, that savings couldn't be passed up. I was thankful the manager happened to be walking by and overheard the conversation, which she was arguing about with me. She didn't want to price check the item and refused to sell them to me at the discounted price when the store was the ones who didn't mark the sale price on the tag. Thankfully, the manager was so nice, didn't even hesitate to quickly respond with "sure, that's no problem. Go ahead and give her the discount." The snotty cashier looked at me in aggravated disbelief. Hahaha!! Sweet victory 😜 Target has always been so accommodating. I will shop there for many more years!!

Atleast the 3rd time I've got home and realized the sensor's were not taken off the clothing I purchased. So inconvenient, I shouldn't have to remind the checkers to take these off.

Great customer service by Darla and Kelsey today! I purchased a TV stand. The box was heavy and awkward. After asking for help they quickly sprung into action to find a cart, helped me transport it to my car and even loaded the heavy box in my car for me. Thank you for the help!

Most checkout clerks are efficient and friendly. However the store is very unorganized and very dirty especially the ladies restroom, floors, sinks, toilets, etc. Many times the paper dispensers are empty. Perhaps hiring Target fulltime housekeeping instead of outsourcing could make a difference. With the large volume of traffic coming into this store daily Corporate should dig in their pockets deeper and provide a healthy and safe environment for their guests.

I was enjoying my lovely day at target buying way too many items, I didn’t come there for. When I was met at the lovely end of my journey with a huge line at self check out. Now this is not uncommon for target - but what is uncommon for target and some thing I unfortunately experience today, is that there was not ONE soul at a checkout register. Everyone out on the floor, everyone is talking by customer service counter. But not one person can help a huge line at self checkout and get ona register? So I called someone over to let them be aware of their unfortunate mistake. I was THEN accompanied by an old man ON a SCOOTER that was unable to check out because there were still nobody to be found at the registrars or anyone that could be found.Now I love target and I won’t stop shopping there, of course. BUT I will write a nasty review about something so unfortunate that should never happen at target no matter what automation we are met with in the future. A poor old man should be able to check out with a human being instead of fiddling around with a device that he eventually had to endure because still nobody was found for the check out registers.I’m very disappointed target.

Always have nice experiences at this target, I have been going for over 10 years now. I think most peoples criticism is unfair. Rude customers often leave messes in the shoe isle and there are times I wish there were more employees at checkout. As we all should know, theres been a lot of trouble with employment in the country lately- in that context I cant imagine being upset with the store itself. Please be mindful and clean up after yourself if youre shopping :)

They seriously need to address their process and efficiency for online order pickup. I waited for a long time for a person to help me. When I was finally helped the person had to go to another part of the store to retrieve my order....he was gone for 2-3 minutes leaving me to wait and wonder. You would think the orders would be kept at the pick up area where they could quickly deliver them to the waiting customer.

Target in Silverdale WA was open the day of the ice storm on 12/23/22 and it was so helpful. Our family had some last minute shopping to do for Christmas and there was only one store open at the Kitsap Mall. We were so grateful the store was open in bad weather and we were not alone. It was well packed with Christmas shoppers and everything was running smoothly.

I used to love target pick up but here are my past three experiences:1- ordered a frozen pizza, didnt pick up within 24 hours, they cancelled my order, and I still got charged2- typical grocery haul, 8 items or so, after waiting 20 minutes they bring out six items. Have to go back in for the other two they forgot. Get home and produce is rotten and eggs are cracked3- ordered 5 items, they cancelled 4 due to no longer having them

I have been really happy with Target lately. I have enjoyed the ease of their online shopping and in store returns. Including a credit when the shipping got delayed. Also i just used the drive up shopping and was thoroughly pleased. I appreciate their efforts of diversity in advertising. Finally I was very happy to discover they do bag credits when you bring your own bags.

Had to use a motor cart due to sprain in my ankle. Was trying to shop for clothes for a girl for a birthday gift and couldn’t even fit the motor cart in the isles. I kept having to park it and get out and walk. Most overwhelming frustrated experience. I couldn’t even imagine how someone who wouldn’t be able to get up and walk would shop.

This is the dirtiest and disappointing Target that I have ever been in. The shelves is the beauty care section never seemed to be stocked. Went yesterday and there was only 1 cashier and the self serve line was 8 deep. I never want to return.

This is a risky place to shop, if you're worried about getting Covid. First of all, central Kitsap has a very high rate of infection, and the parking lots are full. Second, the store managers don't seem to care about customers wearing masks. I went in to shop for a camera today, walked by a person at the front who I thought was checking masks, and then, when I got to the right aisle, I found three women without any mask at all. I told them that this was state mandated, they said, "That is not a law", and that if I was uncomfortable shopping around people with masks, I should buy on line. They seemed to have no contrition about putting other people at risk.I then went up to the front to talk with the manager about this, and while I was waiting I saw that the young woman dressed in a red apron responsible for getting shopping carts out of the parking lot, but now lounging inside near the door, had her mask dropped below her nose. By the time the manager finally came I was so fearful of being in such an environment that I asked to speak with him outdoors, where he told me that it was Target's policy not to enforce the mask order, that it caused too much confrontation. I'm not only not going back to Target for a long time, but I am avoiding Silverdale altogether and buying on line instead. By the way, they were out of the camera that they had a model for in the display case.

Update: This Silverdale Target store refused to price match Amazon for me. They insisted that they do regularly price match Amazon but only if the item is shipped and sold by Amazon.. Without being marked 'Prime'. This front end manager clearly does not understand how Amazon works. Everything that is shipped and sold by Amazon is marked 'Prime'. That only means that their members get free 2 day shipping-- NOT exclusive pricing. The convenience of picking an item up from Target on my way home for Amazon's price was all that was keeping me coming back to Target. I will not be coming back.5% off with a store card is cool but they make it harder to make a payment toward the card than it even is to make a charge to it. You can charge to the app easily, but to make a payment you need to bring in the physical card. What's the point of the app if I have to carry the extra card anyways? Once you have the card they still can't even tell you your balance, you then have to call a robot salesperson at the 1-800 number on the card in order to find your balance. I don't think the store card is worth the hassle, I wouldn't recommend it.

Overall it’s Target, you’ll get a good service here. But some of y’all are complaining about the bag fees like it’s the company trying to get more money out of you. A lot of places are charging for bags because of the county if you don’t like it write to your city officials about it. That’s what the county and corporations have made deals with like Macy’s they charge for bags too; I enjoy how some people play the political game and acting like they know it all. These workers are people too, treat them with respect like how you want to get treated cause not so long ago everyone looked at essential workers like they are low class workers. Without them during this pandemic, your favorite dish soap probably won’t be on the shelf.
