I brought in my two Leonbergers. One is a five and a half year old male and he weighs about 160 lb, this was the best haircut and brush out he's had in months and months. I just want to thank you for doing such a fabulous job with him. My female she's about 90 lb and still a puppy she looks great as well and she is high maintenance as she is a puppy. Tou guys did great with her and I just want to thank you! We will be back.

We have been seeing Stella since moving to Kitsap. She takes excellent care of my pup. Recently, we saw his vet and she was especially impressed with the care of his feet.He is a big boy and very strong. Stella manages him and he is happy to be with her. The staff is attentive and dedicated. Big thumbs 👍.

Silverdale Pet Grooming did a phenomenal job with our akita, Vex! We had complications due to my work schedule, but they bent over backwards to accommodate and went above and beyond! Customer service rocks!!Not only that, but a lot of grooming salons tend to shy away from bigger, “aggressive” breeds such as Akitas, but they took her in as a new client without any stereotyping 😭❤️ Said she was a doll! They made me feel so confident leaving her in their care!I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking to get their dog groomed!! My baby looks like a winning showgirl! It can be a gamble leaving double coated dogs at a groomer for fear of them coming back shaved, but this team knows their stuff. They even pampered her little toe beans ❤️Affordable, Attention to detail, Absolutely IMMACULATE service all around! Thank you a million!! We look forward to scheduling again soon!

My dog Kona has a good experience at the groomers. That's all I'm looking for. I don't want him or the groomers to be stressed out. The groomers do an awesome job with a very large GSD 👏 👌.

We have a almost 6 month Bernedoodle who is just the sweetest. We took him in for his first haircut. The haircut was good however the groomer pointed out his eyes at the end of his appointment when we went to pick him up.His eyes were bloodshot and it continued to get worse throughout the day. They did mention it could be stress.A couple of hours later, I called and spoke with Robin the manager and they said his eyes were already like that when he came In. I do check my puppies eyes on a regular basis and they were definitely not like that before we brought him in. We are at the vet currently getting him checked out. They vet tech was surprised how bloodshot his eyes were. And the vet said it could been one of two things that there was blunt force trauma or that our pup was choked while he was at the groomer. The vet told us that they usually put on the harness tight enough to restrain the dog. Our puppy is so loving and not malicious or aggressive in any way. I love the haircut that they gave however now having to be at the vet late at night to get him checked out because of what happened, he will never be going back to this place again.

Our F1B Goldendoodle got her first puppy trim today! She looks great and was in a great mood when we picked her up. When I took her in this morning the shop was very quiet and she got to sniff around and explore since it was her first time at the groomers. I really appreciated that. Thanks for always doing a great job!

Took my Corgi in for a nail trim- he loathes getting his nails done. It was done quickly and painlessly. It was far less traumatic for my dog than when we try to do it at home. Definitely will return and definitely recommend.

My husband and I went in to drop off our 15 month old lab. I always let them know she is on medication prescribed by her veterinarian. They never had an issue. It is now under new ownership and the guy told me it's their policy that they do not take medicated animals. I told him he was a groomer not a veterinarian and she needs to be on medication. He was very rude. He said all the animals need to be in their natural state. I disagree. The groomers need to be safe and stress free as do the animals. We were just appalled by his attitude. He lost us and my daughter who has 2 large dogs.

I love the people that work here. I met Robin a month ago when I walked in for a nail trimming for Cooper. I had some bad luck at a couple of other places, and I'm glad I found Silverdale pet grooming. We have a new home for grooming purposes..

We have a not so friendly cat and they do a wonderful job grooming her. There are not to many places that groom cats so to find a place that does a wonderful job is amazing!

The reviews here made it seem like there are experienced groomers with professionalism in their industry.Unfortunately upon our experience with them was much less of a caliber than expected.First, it took 3 phone calls to get a hold of anyone here, the phone line voicemail states they are understaffed and don't have a receptionist.Seems like a big flaw in their system to not prioritize being reachable if you have pets here.The 3 staff members here are all young girls that are incompetent to handle the dogs. Their handling is equivalent to watching a child afraid of dogs be forced to move a dog.They were timid and don't take initiative to communicate with each other, it's quite awkward and it's obvious there is a lack of teaming & proper management.The pricing for their services are fair, but they do bait and switch the fees on arrival or after the services are complete.Hopefully the owners will get more involved with their decline of service and hire more qualified groomers.If anyone asks about this place, I'd give honest feedback about this place being a joke not worth the chance of business.

I took my goldendoodle here for about a year, and their work was usually okay. There were a few times my pup came home with either irritated ears, a nail cut too short and bleeding, or a knick here and there. Which is expected sometimes with doodles - they’re high energy! But they never told me about this when I picked up my pup, I had to find out on my own when my dog was bleeding all over my floors.The biggest frustration for me was every other groom appointment had some kind of scheduling issue or error. Two instances, I got a confirmation text at the time of booking and when I showed up I was told they didn’t have record of my appointment. I am lucky my schedule was flexible enough at the time to accommodate an error or two, because it happens. But when it was a constant issue with my appointments I felt I couldn’t rely on it anymore and had to find somewhere else to go. I even had regular 8-week appointments set up and still had issues.I am bummed because the folks who work there are nice enough and the location was super convenient for me - they just seem to be understaffed (like everyone is, I get it!). If you’re looking to be a new customer, if they’re even taking them, I would look elsewhere first.

Ive been bringing my dog here since it opened. This place is caring, patient and compassionate while dealing with my senior doodle girl. She always looks and smells great when I come to get her. The staff is absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend. My girl is 14, weighs 70 plus lbs and always needs a lot of work. It runs me $120 after a 20% tip and she gets a full bath, hair cutting, nail trim etc. Its worth it!

I can’t recommend them enough! We just moved to the area and I needed a place to take our dog to get her nails trimmed. She gets extremely anxious and scared when people trim her nails, but the employee who did hers worked miracles. She was even able to use the drummel to file them down! I was astonished. She was so kind, and kept positively encouraging my dog to stay calm and she did! I will be taking her monthly now. I believe the price is very reasonable as well.

We tried to make a 2:45 appointment today for our 2 little Chihuahuas to get their nails clipped and it took them over an hour to "confirm" it and now we can't make it because they wouldn't take the time to let us know. Plus they NEVER answer the phone. I called 5 times today and not once did they pick up and the texting is horribly slow. We loved bringing our dogs here too because we could just walk right in and was a really good price but now sadly we will be looking for a new groomer.

I had an appointment for 11:30 dropped off my dog, after verifying it was okay to drop her off without her caller that had her tags ( couldn't find it). Went to buy a new collar to replace it, asked approximately how long before she was done and was told an hour and a half. I came back after approximately an hour and 15 minutes and was told she still needed about 45 minutes worth of work. Concerned as I had work at 2:30 I I communicated with them that time frame. I stayed close by hoping it would be done It was just before 2:00 I was given a call to pick her up. When I went to pick her up there was hair on the inside of her blind quarters that was still long they took scissors to in front of me before handing my dog back (I asked for a field cut) I went to take her into my car and I actually saw a flea on her when we settled into the car. This prompted me to call them back and verify whether she went in with fleas ( she is a small white dog and It would have been easily noticed), they confirmed she did not come in with fleas. As well I noticed parts of her that were still dirty or had stuff still stuck to her fur. During my call to verify about the fleas situation, I notified them that the fact that she had a flea on her and at the very least to isolate whatever dog had fleas to prevent this from happening to other animals bringing it home to potentially spread. They said they could potentially talk about a 10% discount for future grooming however that situation pretty much solidifies to me there will not be a future grooming at this location.

It was filthy and I've never seen my dog try to get away from a groomer doing his nails as aggressively as he was trying to get away from the one doing his nails at Silverdale groomers. None of the staff were wearing masks even though it's mandated by the state and as a new client they never asked to see proof of rabies vaccination for my dog. I will NEVER go here again.

I took my wife's service dog in for some much needed grooming. They handled her with such care and professionalism. I received friendly service and they have reasonable prices. I am so glad to have found a great groomer for a precious animal.

Took my pup in and she looks okay and smells great. Was charged more this time but they atleast got the cut right un like our first visit. But my dog definitely likes this place way better than pet smart. We will be back next month for sure.
