My experience..First time at this store, found a sweatshirt I liked, asked the first employee I saw "excuse me I found this hanging randomly at end of the rack and was wondering if you knew if any other locations where there might be more" before I could even finish my words she started to say "to be honest I really don't know", immediately without pause, "BUT could you help me and leave for me a positive satisfactory review on our website" as she wrote her name on a piece of paper.. "Zarina"Seems as if this employee is hunting down customers for positive reviews rather than actually helping them. May be "feeling some pressure" at work as she seemed very anxious.Left empty handed

Older associate (didn’t catch his name) was nice and pleasant. He was going up to guest and ask if everyoneHow they were doing. Which made my experience more personal. The girls at front where friendly and efficient.

My husband walked in the store to shop and asked to use the restroom. One of the associates was very rude and told him no it was for customers only, however the other young lady said yes and took him back to the restrooms. She told the rude woman to take a look at him, he didn't look homeless or like a thief. She told my husband her father is about his age and is having prostate problems so she understood his need. It was very kind of her and she kept it quiet and calm. Unfortunately he didn't catch her name. I would like to let management know that she is a kind and professional employee, while the other was completely rude and condescending. With the downturn in sales at brick and mortar stores they need to have employees who are welcoming and professional.He was there today 12/16. Again thank you to the kind young lady.

So many sneaky people out shopping. It was crazy. Every aisle I went on it seemed there was some sort of side eye. Made me so uncomfortable. I remember when it was bright clean and fairly safe to shop there. It just feels off now.

*UPDATE* 3/18/21Since the start of Covid, I've only been in Ross a handful of times, and most of those times have been in the past couple of weeks; before covid, I frequented them often. I'm sure as they replenish items, I'll find myself shopping here a lot more.Employees are still friendly and courteous, and the store appears clean! Outside sometimes questionable. Often, the clothes racks are packed to a point where going through and looking at each item can be difficult.Most people know what Ross is all about; they are a discounted chain department store, offer various styles and items, and tend to be different depending on your location, meaning they vary from store to store.I've always found something I had to have at Ross, today a cute jacket, three days ago a cute top.Ross does offer some pretty decent deals, and you can sometimes find name brands, not high-end name brands like Gucci or Louise Vuitton, but brands like Calvin Klein, Kenneth Cole, Juicy Couture, Michael Kors, Steve Madden, etc.Some of the items I see are a season or two old; none less, they offer many things and low prices.You can find Men, Women, and Children's clothing; Purses/Handbags, Wallets, Makeup, Furniture, Kitchen Wares, Shoes, Toys, Jewelry, and even items for fluffy and fido!Ross still has an excellent return policy, which is good because you're unable to try anything on at the store yet!I said it before; I'll repeat it if you see something, don't wait too long to purchase it; chances are it will be gone the next time your in.Ross is located at 10406 Silverdale Way NW, Silverdale, Washington.*Stay safe, happy and always be kind*-----------------------------I find myself at Ross normally once a week, I like being able to have a variety of items to look through and normally end up leaving the store with a purchase in hand, planned or not. I would say most of the employees are friendly and helpful. The only thing is, with stores like Ross, if you find something you like purchase it because chances are it wont be there on your next visit, and there's a good chance they won't restock it later. Their return policy is great so you can always return it.

Ross is an exceptional place to go shopping to find great deals at very reasonable prices. The merchandise changes often, so anytime you go, you'll find something different to your liking. The employees treat every customer with respect and help you in any way they can. If you're looking for unique items, you should check Ross out. There's always something new to discover. So give it a shot, and you wouldn't be disappointed.

I have watched Amira ignore customers on two separate occasions now. First time I chalked it up to an annoying customer. Second time I watched her pretend like she didn’t see a customer for a few minutes before finally helping them.

I’m in the store now. I waited for a long time at dressing rooms to find out where the restroom was at. No one was back there so I finally saw 2 woman obviously managers totally ignoring that I’m standing outside fitting rooms so I walk over and ask where the restroom was and the manager told me to GOTO DRESSSING rooms and ASK THEM!!!!Seriously!!! Where do you get your managers.

This place is great for a variety of products including a small food section but is more widely used for its clothing products. They have super low prices and quality merch.

This location is pretty decent. We went here today, but seemed like selections were small. I understand though cause the winter season is pretty much over. Now it's time to see what they will bring out for the nice weather.

Regarding an associate is Dez: There was a dress I wanted to purchase, but the left side sleeve had some wear. I asked her if there’s a way I can get a discount instead of paying full price. She said she’s new, and she doesn’t know how to do it. I asked her nicely if she can find somebody that can do it, but she didn’t even try to asked or look. She just said “No, we are all busy”. She then said “You will get it or not.” You can really tell that she didn’t wanna even try to help me.

The store is a disaster. Merchandise all over the floor and customers running it over with shopping carts, I tried to pick up what I saw because I can't stand the rudeness of people doing that, but the merchandise was unorganized and in places it didn't belong. The store is not clean and I won't go back to this location.

Walked in the door at 1020pm, and the cashier (who saw me look at the sign with the hours on it before I walked in) said hi, we close in 20 minutes.As a veteran retail worker (over 20 years) that felt so unwelcoming to me.Cashier was rude, manager was not much better.Don't know when I'll be back. Very displeased.

Very disappointing! I always shop Ross but no more. Bought Eddie bour steel toed work boots that fell apart after 2 weeks. Wouldn't return them because the manager told me they not to worn outside!! Actually I just wanted to get another pair in a different brand. Wouldn't do it. Real bummer

Me and my wife decided we wanted new dishes this morning. So we went to kohl's and didn't really see anything we wanted. But decided to top by Ross. And were we glad we did. Not only did we get new dishes. But we got new glasses, silverware, a cool little family thing and a knife sharpener. The best part is we got all of it for the price we would have spent anywhere just on dishes. But all of it only came out to 75 bucks. I love this store. You never know what your going to find if your willing to take the time to look

Huge store, great selection. Lots of brand names in a variety of sizes. Quite a bit of newborn and baby items. Selection for pets was fantastic, lots of sizes for clothing. Very clean and organized too. Parking is ample, easy to get in/out.Checkout was quick and easy.

Omg this is my favorite Ross by far. They just have a really great range of different items. I always find something cute for each room, my hair, an outfit, you name it!!! The staff is always very friendly, security is great and helpful! Clean bathrooms! Great items! top brands + designer! its a blast and big!

I got more than I thought I was going to for way less, check out time so/so items in store stocked. Only think I don't like is sizes are small too me or thin. I also did not inspect a container I bought didn't see the crack smh going to have to exchange it.

This store is well organized and offers a variety of things to choose from, although it's not a lot of everything. Just a little bit of everything you want for your closet and home. It feels pretty spread out, which is nice these days.
