Went in here this afternoon to look at some make up, while my kids were getting their nails done down the road. They where out of the initial items I wanted, so I was looking at new items and undecided. Instead of asking if I needed help or speaking to me. The employee here decided I apparently look suspicious lol and basically stood in the aisle I was in and followed me everywhere. Not only was it uncomfortable as hell, it was highly offensive. Not sure what would give anyone the impression that I would be trying to steal. Which is what was clearly being implied here lol. But I won’t be returning because that’s just garbage customer service. & I honestly wish I would have spent my money elsewhere, you know, where I’m not treated like a dirt bag by a minimum wage employee.

I just wanted to ask if there was a record of one of my medications here because I recently made the switch from Walgreens. I misspoke, and the person in the pharmacy hung up on me before I could correct myself. I called again and tried to get through the information as quickly as I could, but the person still seemed irked to have to talk to me. I'm autistic and have had bad experiences with medical professionals, so it's already scary for me to call about prescriptions. I promise, you won't have to deal with my clearly annoying questions again.

I'm not a frequent Rite-Aid shopper; prices are a bit on the higher side on items I frequently purchase; on a rare occasion, I do find one or two things, they usually are seasonal items, which I have to do admit, they often carry some adorable stuff.So I found myself in Rite-Aid just last week; I wanted to check out any little summer yard ornaments they may have, all summer items happened to be on sale, and I was able to score a cute little bunny and an adorable frog as well. I decided to go back today to get the other bunny; like usual, I set myself up for failure and missed out on that; I'll never know why I didn't purchase the other bunny in the prior week, but it was my loss. But I was able to get the other two frogs, so now I have a set of three!Like a lot of stores, there are friendly employees and some that are more distant, and you wonder to yourself why they work in customer service; nonetheless, both recent visits had friendly employees!The Silverdale Rite-Aid store always appears to be clean and uncluttered, has no weird smells, ample lighting, and fairly organized, and generally has a little bit of everything, including a pharmacy department, groceries, cosmetics, vitamins, supplements, personal care, medical supplies, greeting cards, some pet items, seasonal items and more.I've never used Rite-Aids pharmacy, so I am unable to give an honest opinion on them.Rite-Aid's location is in Silverdale Village Shopping center, 2860 NW Bucklin Hill Rd, Silverdale, Washington.They are neighbors with Joann's Fabric and within walking distance to Safeway.Rite-Aid shares a large parking lot with several other businesses, including Staples, Joann's, Massage Envy, and more.If for no other reason, I urge you to check out the seasonal stuff, Halloween 2021 isn't too far away; I'm certain Rite-Aid will have all sorts of cute stuff!**Here's hoping everyone is having a safe and happy summer; please be kind and respectful to all living things!**

The bad staff must be gone, or at least my experience is different. I find the pharmacy techs to be very nice and helpful and the clerks are generally pleasant. When minimal interaction is expected there's not much that can be bad, but having a friendly face and doing what needs to be done to answer questions or fix errors is the best service one can give. I hope the pharmacy can recover from all these bad reviews.

Rite aid is a nice general store that you can get a variety of things at. The prices are very comparable with other to include mail order. I have had very good assistance from the staff that works here. Something that I find interesting is that the store seems to be cleaned than most. If you are looking for sales this really is not the place for that. The location is good and being easy access in this area, check it out. Parking is good and there is handicap parking also.

The staff at the registers always seem very friendly, so kudos to them, but the pharmacy here is dismal. They are rude and inattentive at best. They constantly mess up my insurance and have a counter system where you have to go to the other end of the pharmacy to wait while they fix it, then you go and get back in line for the register to get your meds. Imagine how frustrating this is when they mess it up more than once in a single visit and it adds 20 minutes to what you hoped would be a 5 minute visit.One standout poor experience was a few months ago when I unfortunately had my first case of COVID. I was non-symptomatic but was prescribed Paxlovid due to having asthma and my doctor advised me to call the pharmacy to make sure it was in stock before I went to pick it up. I did so and they snapped at me that it was ready and that I would be alerted of that via text eventually and did not need to call (I had not and did not ever get that notification!) This was off putting, but was more frustrating when I went to pick it up later that day and the pharmacist got angry that I did not have them bring it out to me in the car. I had asked my doctor if I could pick it up myself wearing an N95 and she said that was fine since I had no symptoms, but the pharmacist told me that I should have known and just kept repeating that they do not allow people to come in with COVID. At this point they had been allowing people in their stores without masks for at least the few months I have been a customer, so it feels ridiculous to get lectured about it when I am one of the few people who do still mask up in public and have been quadruple-vaxxed.I felt awful about it since I clearly am very careful about transmission, but in my defense I got the green light from my doctor and the rude person in the pharmacy I spoke with by phone that day didn’t bother to tell me I needed to do curbside pickup!So that is my rant. There are very few pharmacies in the area with better reviews and their med prices for what I take are some of the lowest I have found, so I am not jumping ship yet, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone else.

I have used this pharmacy for about 6 years now. When we first started coming here, there was an incredibly rude woman at the pharmacy. We always just shrugged it off because i didnt want to deal with switching pharmacies. Plus, I haven't seen her in a long time, so I assume she left. The young man that replaced her isn't super personable either. I haven't left a review because he isn't rude, just short.However, today changed that. I got in line at 1:21pm hoping to get my prescription before they closed for lunch at 1:30pm. I was next in line and my turn came RIGHT as the clock turned 1:30. I walked up to the window and asked, "Am I too late?" He looked at me, made eye contact with me, turned around, took his vest off, and left the booth without saying a word.I don't mind that I didn't get my meds, I can come back tomorrow and they are humans who deserve lunch breaks, too. My issue was the complete disregard to my question, and simply walking away from me instead of communicating.Very unprofessional and I'm working on switching my prescriptions elsewhere.

We have been going to this Rite Aide since 2016. We utilize the pharmacy and buy items from the store. Our experience with the store has been ok to good. Today I had a very unfortunate experience while in the store. I completed picking up my items and turned to go to the front of the store. In front of an end cap was a man with his pants down to his knees and holding his ***** and engaged in an activity. I reported this to staff and they were very respectful and going to review security cameras. For now I will be going to a different store because of this experience. I would rather not repeat the experience plus I will always wonder what is on the items in the store. I know that what happened is not the fault of staff. I simply wanted to share my experience with other customers who shop in this area of Silverdale.

So my sister had to go get her anxiety medication. She went in, the lady ( don’t know her name but she was a tall white women with long black hair) to be very rude to her. This was at drop off. My sister told her she was there for her anxiety medicine and then she wants to be “nice” more like she was talking down to her like she was a child or dog. Anyways, she told her that she’s not with her insurance that she has used prior to this experience. So we had to call her insurance and we went back the next day. Her insurance said everything was fine. We go back and tell her that everything was fine and told her to what to type in, ( the lady on the phone from her insurance company told us what she needed to type in) so we tell her and she said “ I know, that’s what I did”. With an attitude. So it doesn’t work again so she calls a number the pharmacy has and then it works. Like you could have called yesterday and everything would have been fine. DO NOT GO HERE. you will feel like your not welcomed or belong there. The worst service I have ever experienced. This is just the pharmacy. Rite aid itself is fine

Listen to the reviews and avoid this place if you can. I went here to get my covid booster and flu shot, and I had an appointment. The pharmacist ignored me at the window for five minutes, and then when she finally came over to check me in, she was really rude, saying things like "well do you even have an appointment." And then once I was checked in, it was a 30 minute wait for the shot. I went to this rite aid because they had more appointments than other locations, and now I know why. The store itself is fine, but the pharmacy staff made the experience so unpleasant.

It takes quite a long time to fill prescriptions, any and all questions by phone or otherwise seem like an inconvenience to the pharmacy staff. Furthermore, I feel as if I am judged and treated differently, depending on what medicine I'm receiving, by pharmacy staff. It is quite unpleasant if I could give a rating of nothing that would be it. Definitely a very poor experience every time.i have honestly only felt with one decent sweet lady in the pharmacy I'm sure if you have met her you know.

Updating to say that I'm glad to see all the unsavory employees gone. Pharmacy needs work still. I am in the process of switching all of my stuff to a different pharmacy though.Not a great place to work for. All the manager cares about is numbers for her bonus. When my father died, her response was "but you're coming to work right?" She was/is constantly in violation of company procedures. She talks too fast, no one can understand her, she constantly has the employees all over the place because she can't focus or make up her mind. This leads to tasks rarely getting done on time, or efficiently. Honestly, the place needs new staff.

This place has HORRIBLE customer service. My daughter has been going here for years for medications for organ failure and anxiety. They will take days to fill life sustaining medications, they will tell her that her meds will be ready to pick up at such and such time and then are extremely rude when she asks why they aren't ready at that time. We live 30 minutes from town, it's inconvenient as it is trying to find time to come down, much less wait for another hour or two after said time. Every time she calls for a refill on her very mild nerve control medications, it's always their last priority and they are extra rude when filling them. She will be changing soon as they just seem to get worse and worse every time she goes. It's very unfortunate that almost all the staff is so rude as the pharmacists are very nice.

Got someone in the pharmacy, was very rude and talking to me like i understand medicine verbatim, needed to talk to the dr office again. Then called back and was just trying to find out if they had a medicine in stock for my Dr to send over.Left me on hold for 27 minutes, then hung up on me. Called back and did it again. After ten minutes I hung up.Don't like rid aid.

My fiance had an oral surgery, the dentist called in his prescription 40 minutes before being released from his surgery. When we came to pick up the prescription we were rudly told it would be over an hour, as he is bleeding from the mouth. Sheila couldn't even take a minute to explain why we had to wait so long and is completely argumentative. She has zero to non compassion for anyone. When I asked if there was anyway to jump him in front due to the condition of his need they pretty much laughed in our faces. Wow!!!

Was just on there with someone and the male employee would not take his eyes away from us. Even when I tried to talk to him, he only looked at me and then continued to look at my friend. It was very unnerving and uncomfortable. I expressed to my friend that I expressed outwardly that we must be making him nervous because he won't stop staring, so I was ready to go.

Worst speed and customer service ever. My Rx was sent in a little after 10 am. Nearing 5 pm I was rudely told it would be over an hour longer as they were backed up from flu and covid vaccines. This medication was to alleviate a very painful ear infection. If I could give this place negative stars I would this isn't the first time. I will never be back.

Worst pharmacy possibly in the USA. Rude and controlling staff who don’t abide by regulations and think they know better than your doctor. If you want to be abused, gaslighted and dismissed then this is the pharmacy for you. The board of pharmacies will be made aware of their issues. Your time is up and it’s time for patients to be treated with respect!

When I went to fill my two scripts for pain meds (I have chronic pain from MS) the pharmacist was very rude. His assistant was also very rude. He told me it would be about 30 minutes, so I shopped around for awhile and then sat down and after about 45 minutes I asked the assistant if she knew how much longer it would be. She said in a rude tone " well there are people ahead of you, you know". Then the pharmacist told me there was a problem with the amount of medication I was prescribed. I asked him what it was and he shrugged his shoulders and said it's such a large amount and should only be a certain amount. I have had this script for many years and it's the first time I've heard this, especially in a rude tone. I don't like being spoken to in a disrespectful way and being judged because I suffer from pain. These people have a lot to learn!

I have used this pharmacy numerous times as it is close to where I live and have had great experiences with Rite Aid in the past (in another state), and have yet to have a positive experience. There are never enough people working for how busy it is, the wait is frequently 20+ minutes, I've had issues with insurance - one time where one of the two prescriptions (ordered at the same time) had my insurance attached to it when the other did not, which then required a 30 minute wait to fix, and most recently, only half my prescriptions were given when a family member was sent to pick them up, despite the fact that I called ahead of time to check and make sure all of them were there and could be picked up by said family member. The customer service and attitudes of the staff are not great but not terrible - it's clear they are under a lot of stress, which I would assume is because they are typically backed up without enough staff support.

In pain from a recent surgery and the lady on the phone gives me "hopefullys" and "maybes" when I ask when I could pick up my medication and hangs up on me rudely. Obvious disregard for people or customers. I understand were all short staffed due to covid and the pressures of work because of it but don't treat me like I'm trash which is exactly what it felt like from the horrible pharm tech.

0-stars would be more accurate. I recently had a major surgery and whilst getting the pain meds and anti nausea meds was easy and quick to pick up, my much needed HRT has been back ordered for 4 days now. Imagine if what I desperately needed was insulin! This is becoming a nightmare, because I'm currently producing 0 hormomes myself; the longer I have to wait, the more brittle my bones become, my eyes will start to degrade, my hair will thin and start falling out faster, and many other complications. When I called to check on if it were filled, I was hung up on after 20min on hold. Worst pharmacy in Silverdale, I'll be switching back to Walgreens.

I’ve gone to the pharmacy in this store for years and multiple times each month. I’ve had above average to great service every time and that is with all the people in the pharmacy. My prescriptions are filled on time and often in less than an hour. When I get the automated phone call letting me know they are ready I am always confident it is truly ready.

Awful pharmacy the last 3 times we have filled a prescription that was called in way in advance they did not fill it until we got there to pick it up after actually speaking with a pharmacist and being told it would be ready at a certain time! And when we tried to talk to them about it we were just told it is what it is. This is unacceptable. The staff at this location is always rude as well.

Consistently poor service at the pharmacy. Every time I’ve had a question they act like it’s inconvenience to help me. Like how dare I ask a question! You would think that it would be a requirement for excellent customer service at a pharmacy as a lot of your customers are sick/injured. I am a manager of a veterinary practice, I would be appalled if I witnessed my employees provide such awful service. I picked this pharmacy because it’s convenient for me but I’m considering changing as I dread going there as often as I have to. Needs some training and/or a revamp of employees.

Would give a 0 star if possible. Pharmacy staff was rude in all interactions. Called to ask about a prescription and was hung up on after my question was interrupted. Upon calling back was accused of cussing on the first call. Was told prescription would be available in 1 hour but after an hour was told it would be another hour because the pharmacist was on lunch even after asking if they would be taking a lunch.

The Pharmacy at this location has a serious culture problem. The employees that work there feed off each other’s negativity, making for super unpleasant experiences for their customers and for the doctors who try to work with them to fulfill prescriptions for their patients. If I were to offer one word of advice, it would be to adopt a customer obsession principle and work backwards from the customer. In other words, completely upend the negative and taxing experience they are now creating for their customers and rethink iit all, ground up, from the customer perspective. Create the vision of what that experience ought to be, then build it and regularly measure it to ensure it’s always sublime. Until they do this, I will be using other pharmacies from now on.
