THIS IS A GREAT PLACE, I love coming here before a holiday and just getting all the fun little trinkets for home and work. The balloons are almost overwhelming, LOL almost. The staff does such an amazing job with the balloons. They fill them, arrange them like flowers and just take such care that is so nice. Another thing I just love about this store is you can get a whole bag of just one color of candy and some of the colors are just so cool. If you just wonder around ideas for parties just start spring into your brain and I can just see the fun happening. Just walk the aisle of color and enjoy.

Got a quality witch wig on sale for $19. It’s a keeper! One of the biggest Party City selections I’ve ever seen. Online stock is not accurate, so visit the store in person to see if your item is actually available! There are themed face tattoos and decals if you don’t like the mask or face paint option. Halloween return policy is very specific/time limited so note it when you purchase seasonal props.

The party supplies were wonderfully varied and honestly not badly priced, especially considering it's a niche store. Employees are friendly and interesting selection of Halloween items. Not a very big selection but that was just the beginning of October, not sure if they add more closer to Halloween

Came by to inflate pre-bought birthday balloons numbers and had to pay full price of a balloon to inflate. I asked for ribbons to tie them to tether by hand and as soon as we were outside, one balloon was swept away due to poorly tied ribbon. Terrible!

After looking over their website I noticed some clearance items that were priced so low I knew I had to hurry before they were sold out. I couldn't believe I got so lucky because they had all the items available. The display had all the clearance prices above the merchandise but when I was checking out nothing rang up clearance price so I had to tell the cashier the items were not ringing up the clearance price. She yelled to an employee asking if she knew the price of my items and she shrugged her shoulders so I told her I saw the items clearance priced on their website but they are also displayed as clearance with the prices above the items in the aisle I got them. She acted annoyed and walked down the aisle and came back and only rang up one of my items the clearance price and I had to remind her they were all marked down. She waved over I assume a manager and told her what I had said and then she asked me if I had a phone so I could show her where they show them on clearance. I said I could walk down the aisle and show her where they are marked down in the store and she acted like I irritated her and started pushing buttons on the register and saying something under her breath that I couldn't hear. I asked her if she was mad that I wanted the clearance price that they advertise and she said "I'm just trying to do my job but you're talking." If they were not the only party supply place around with low prices, I would have gone elsewhere. Terrible customer service and rude employees. Very disappointed.

Went in to look for Halloween costumes. Not as wide a variety as Spirit, but slightly cheaper for very similar products.Bonus: they happily provided my disability accommodation! (which most places refuse)

Only in the last couple of years have I started appreciating this store, I feel like they have moderated their prices on several items, not everything but a lot of things.It is a lot of fun looking at all of their seasonal items, Halloween & Christmas are great times to browse the aisles, I always find something during those Holidays that I can't live without. One thing about this store is they offer a lot of different options not only with costumes but decorating for birthdays, and a nice variety of greeting cards.The store appears to be clean and items displayed well even during the Holidays, the employees I have met are nice and friendly. The only major con I would say about this store is balloon prices are relatively high in price, although there are some pretty unique ones, you'll pay a top price for them.

I don't deny that they have lots of party prep items. My issue is this....the last three times I've been there, not a single employee has greeted me or asked if I needed any help. They walk right by me and have time to hang out with each other at the front. It would be nice to have someone say "can I help you?"

The selection could be better. There are a lot of empty spaces, and they were short staffed. There was one person blowing up balloons, and she had to call 4 times for another cashier to come and help.

Great place to get helium balloons and party items. Great selection of mylar balloons. Everything from baby showers with gender reveals to wedding and anniversary decorations. Employees are very helpful and will do their best to help you get the things you want. Lots of parking and convenient location.

This store has the WORST WOMEN customer service associates I've encountered anywhere. Unfriendly, who act like a fun request is a hassel for them. Who will roll their eyes and storm away like a todder having a tantrum when a customer is talking to them. Earlier today I called to ask if they would do gender reveal balloons. The person I spoke with was nice, confident and ensured me that she just did this exact request for a customer yesterday. When I arrived at the store and asked the guy at the cash wrap to do these kind of balloons he was very unsure and didn't know what to do. So I asked to speak with another associate who might know more about putting together gender reveal balloons. The second woman I spoke with was very unsure too. So I asked a third lady. FINALLY a fourth girl came forward and said it was her I spoke with earlier on the phone. She tried to help. While we were talking to the two women associates who were going to actually blow up the balloons completing the logistics of the task, one of them overreacted as my young baby put a balloon in her mouth and tried to blow it up. (Seriously it's not that big of a deal, I'll pay the buck for the balloon my daughter touched to her mouth). When I role-modeled a kinder way to talk to young children when they are doing something we would prefer them not too, the two women associates rolled their eyes and stormed away. Leaving myself and the nice gal associate hanging. I have expectations for adults to act like adults. I have expectations that when I call in advance, get assured over the phone a task can be completed, then show-up at a store to make the purchase that the product can be delivered. The associates at this store are sub-par and I rate them very low. They turned what should have been a fun experience into a nightmare. Horrible people.

We purchased a costume for my daughters birthday party got home and took it out of the package and realized there was a tear in it. We took it back opened the other one in the store and there was also a tear in that one. No one seemed to care about our situation. I asked questions and if there was anything they could do to satisfy this experience and a big fat NO. Cant order in any costumes no discount nothing... We were unhappy and unsatisfied with this particular service.

We went to the Silverdale location today to buy costumes, and were told by someone on the floor that everything Halloween was 75% off. My kids got super excited and I told them they could pick whatever costume/accessories they wanted. We got to the cash register and the cashier told us that it was not the case, and that the sale didn't start until November 1st. She said that we were not the first customers to be misinformed either. We had to put things back and my kids were heartbroken. My daughter was in tears by the time we got to the car. I'm super frustrated. If they have misinformed employees telling customers about this sale (especially since many other customers before me had been told the same thing and they did nothing to correct it), then they should have to honor it. I don't think we'll be back after this experience.

Slow in getting help and looks like their prices are higher than other thrift stores.Goodwill and Discovery stores in town have more sales on certain days. Lots to choose from at Lucky if your in a hurry and don't care about price.

it was my boss' birthday in a few days and I had ordered a balloon bouquet. the woman who helped me, kimberly, took it upon herself to blow up my balloons and had it ready an hour before they even opened! that's what i call amazing customer service. props to you, kimberly!
