Standard selection, good prices of sewing and hemming services, but typically backed up due to the large population relative to the small store. Very mixed experiences with the staff, ranging from friendly and helpful to impatient and almost belittling.

Very professional. Attentive staff. I was having issues with the kiosk while ordering medals/ribbons they came out and fixed the issue quickly. Highly recommend taking uniform issues to this particular store.

This place looks small on the outside but once in this place is huge. Everything is super easy to find and the staff that works there is always ready to help from finding things to making sure you get the right size of uniforms. They are also real quick on getting things sewn on uniforms.

Overcharge on dry cleaning and alterations. I recommend East Towne Cleaners in Bremerton. Owner used to work here at uniform shop until she got fed up with the place and opened her own place. Also they don't carry all sizes. Limited quantities. Just order online and its at your door almost next day. Walk away frustrated more often than not from this place. No need to get better because service members don't have alternate options or realize there are other options. Use East Towne Cleaners!

Wide selection of uniforms available. All tax free, and for the most part reasonably priced. Tailoring can be done rushed with a quick turnaround. For a price.

Dry cleaning is now located in this former library which is logical with alterations and Navy uniform inventory here as well. Although they could dry clean a queen wool mattress pad they wouldn't take a sleeping bag.
