This place is OK. Kinda small. All clothing is designer brand which means it's pricey. Would be nice to have some affordable clothing.

Very courteous and helpful customer service, the ambience was nice. No loud music blaring. Everything was neat and clean and organized. Prices were correct and easy to read. They have my husband's favorite shoes, unfortunately they were out of his size 11 when I shopped there. He can use up to 5 pairs in the summer because he resurfaces tennis courts. Hopefully more come in soon!

The staff is very friendly & helpful but the barbershop I do not recommend. Unless you want a haircut like you got it in boot camp. They rush your hair cut and don’t really listen to the type of haircut you want.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Every time I go to the navy exchange on Bangor base. They never have what I need. Unless you want a TV good luck! I would not even roll the dice on a pack of pencils!

Went here three times while on this base during PCSing, every single time the customer service was lacking. Specifically Kristy at the register was quite rude. They have most things you need at the store, with a surprisingly big pet section.

Good size store but overstuffed with expensive products. Clothes is all designer brand and overpriced. Kitchen section has fairly priced items. Electronics section is small. Video game selection is sparce. Cell phone service is great. Health and fitness has a few systems to offer and a few aisles of goods. Outdoors section is non existent. Health and Beauty area is vast and very diverse. Store is okay but there are better options close by in town.

Customer service is nonexistent and couldn't find anyone to ask about an item. However, I ran into couple of them coming out of the rest room-one almost ran me over(no apology or "excuse me" but rather looked annoyed) and the other tried to look busy(not sure with what).

They don't have the best prices bout will price match Amazon if the item is sold directly from Amazon. No sales tax so for big items you can save even more. Returns are easy. Only military ID holder's can shop here. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located next to commissary.

Always fun to go there, saw Mamma Mia here we go again. Loved it, it was my birthday so we got a good discount so made the popcorn cheap. Lots of theaters lots of movies to choose from. Went out and had a nice dinner after.

Not what I expected at all. I'm used to army exchanges and air force exchanges so I guess my standards were set a little high walking into the exchange. But it was just awful. There was no space in the aisles to walk through. The temperature was awful as well as the lighting. There was no options with food. The only decent part about this place was the perfume selection..

Love this place. Excellent electronics area. Matt can answer any questions. Large makeup/ fragrance area. Always come home with best prices for the season. Commisary next door - with Subway and starbucks in between buildings. Also- there is a salon with shelves of product for a buzzcut to big, full head of hair.

It's always too hot. Wether summer or winter... I'm of the opinion that I shouldn't need to take off my light coat, plus it's better hygiene to keep it cooler? Decent selection of items - I shop here first before shopping online. I feel people need jobs locally before we cram them together in distro centers packing items to be shipped out in an impersonal fashion. :)

Customer Service at the Mobile phone Kiosk was amazing. Jessica was a great help and was extremely knowledgable on all the products in her kiosk. She excellent. At the check out the clerk was also wonderful.

Great for shopping. Prices good compared to other stores. Well stocked. Needs to carry larger sizes in clothing. Lot of retired personnel shop here. Very friendly helpful staff.

I'd never been to a Navy exchange before this but I was amazed. The place was huge and had an amazing selection. Cashier's were very friendly. My husband is an air Force veteran so we normally go to the BX's but we were up in Washington visiting family when we went here. We'll definitely go back when visiting again.

It's fairly small. Wish it was bigger to accommodate more selection. We will only stop here for anything we may have forgot, but for a better shopping experience we will go outside the gate.

The NEX is no sales tax and they match prices of major retailers so you should be able to meet or beat any price you see of a product. One of the best savings is on electronics, if you can find it in stock that is. I usually check here if I am buying electronics.
