They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a specific cat food that apparently has been discontinued(they knew, I didn't). They helped me find a similar food that was made in the same way and was the same flavor, as cats can be rather specific about their food. Not only that but if my cats didn't like it, I could return it for a refund. It doesn't get much better than that. And they are happy with the new food, that's the best ending. I highly recommend this store.

Love this store lots of varieties of treats and food options for our dog we got him a much needed upgrade on his tags here and he got to pick out some treats for himself that he loved staff were friendly store is so clean ample parking and we loved it here

Nice and open with wide aisles; calm milieu. Very helpful staff and large training room. Aisles are clear and entire store spotless . More specialized things and food and very willing to fit the best halter, walker, or anything else with you. Homemade goodies. Arranged so pets can pick their likes.

The location is much nicer than their previous location, and the staff deserves 5 stars for the help they provide. But the low stock the store seems to always have is why I'm giving 4 of 5 stars on this review. Every time I come in to get cat food and cat treats. The brands I buy are in stock with one's or two's. The staff is always quick, though, to offer their special order service, and I have just taken them up on it to see how this service works. It's been a week, fingers crossed.

When I say "I love Noel!" I really mean it!! I have gotten a hand full of massages from Noel over the years, when I would come to Washington to visit my grandma and she has become my favorite masseuse! I have been impressed with her knowledge of the human (AND DOG!) anatomy since the very first massage but what really got me was how knowledgeable she was of my recent diagnosis (fibromyalgia) and how she was able to still give me a great and very relaxing massage without exacerbating the flair up I was struggling through. I highly recommend!!

My dog is very particular. Other foods have made her sick in the past and I was making her food on my own for a little bit and it was taking so much time, energy and money. Until I was recommended naturally 4 paws. Truly healthy foods, treats and toys that she gets and I don't have to overly stress. I also love their rewards system!

We have been shopping here for 8 years. They have always carried products that my pets have needed, this past January we brought home a new basset hound puppy and we just started puppy class. Everyone who works at Naturally 4 Paws is so nice and you can tell they enjoy working there.

Brought our dog in for a training appointment. The trainer had other dogs in the room, and appeared very busy during what was supposed to be a one-on-one visit with her. She took his leash, started yelling at him and yanking him, and told us his collar is way too big for him, all while choking him and not explaining a damn thing. After five minutes of stressing out my dog, she then says we need an "evaluation" for him, and sends us off to some "nutritionist", which we didn't sign up for. Instead of expecting to have a private training session for our dog, we were told our golden retriever is "too big" and that he needed to lose weight so that I can "control him better". You will get scammed 25 dollars if the trainer doesn't like you or your dog. It is true what other people have said about her having preferences for which dogs she trains.

Expensive, if you are used to grocery chain dog foods... But if you need the best for your non - human family... This is where you go. I have to have gluten free, chicken free food for my pup... And that's almost impossible to find in a grocery store setting. My girl is worth it.

Changing my review which used to be 5 stars. I don't like the subscription notification. There should be a way to be alerted to the processing of a subscription through text. But they do have great products. Their prices are reasonable as well. They also have rewards for some products if you purchase frequently. A local gem.

Both Noel and Josette are wonderful trainers. We and our dog enjoy the classes. If they teach you a command, I guarantee your dog will learn it. If you have a troublesome behavior problem, they can help.

I've worked with Noel since 2008 with 5 different dogs now, and her ability to zero in on issues in a helpful, caring, (but never sugar-coated) way is worth its weight in gold!!

Very friendly staff. Naturally 4 Paws carries toys (outback tails) that my dogs don't destroy in 10 minutes. Has a loyalty program to earn rewards.Store also has groomers and trainers

The store is super neat! The sales associates are also super nice and helpful. They do military discount too! Which is super helpful to be able to give more healthier and affordable pet foods and other goods for furbabies!!!

This place is awesome!! Variety of different food, treats, toys, training, and your dog can even get massages. I have signed up for the training for our standard poodle and I am super excited to see how it goes. I love the dog bakery!! Whats not to like its a one stop shop for all pets...

Highly recommend this place. Great supplies due you're pet needs. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do veining here, my huskies first grooming will be here! I'm also doing obedience school here. The instructor is very knowledgeable helping me get my husky trained up, I'm being successful with it!

Really cool stuff for sale, and most of it is much higher quality than you can find in other stores, but the pricing is just a little bit beyond my reach. It's not outrageous, but it keeps me from going in for anything other than the treats, which are genuinely fun and my dog loves them.

I love coming in here and looking around with my dog. She likes to sniff and sometimes sample the treats so she can find just the right one. It is a little higher in price but for it being natural totally worth it.

Grooming Dept made error with my appointment. I went in personally to make it. Gave me card appointment card for it but when I came no appointment. Make sure you double check after making your appointment. Groomer did not know how to cut a Bichon curly hair and left it all chopped and uneven. Shaved her face like a poodle as well. Four hours. Told me it was my dog. She has been groomed all her life every 8 weeks. Not my dog. Worst cut ever. Never going back. It was my first time there and last.

The set up was just not appealing and the staff said "yes we do military discount but I don't want to bother my manager for a 10% off discount does it matter if you get it?" I said "no but I have other places to be, I'm going to go" I left my items there and left peacefully I felt pushed out by this comment and a few others after words.If the employee would have said we do but I don't have the code and my manager is currently busy, Or I'm new and I'm just not sure how to input that. I'd be fine but to say I don't want to bother my manager for a just a small discount 🙃... well I felt other prejudices were hidden in this person's tone.Basically you have good products and I hear great training, But I'd rather buy something online the come back in for just a product. 4 stars is because I hear you have good trainers but your employees at the register are deplorable.

The 1 on 1 training is great for getting solid obedience, along with the group classes as well. It was a great jump start to my service dogs training to make sure we were on the right track and get any questions sorted, and solved out early on. Noelle is great! The grooming is also very good. Lots of long term professional, We've been with Lindsey for about a year and she's never dissapointed. She's also always been very clear that if we don't like how something turned out, she would go back in and fix it 🙂. The store has good supplies and friendly, helpful staff. Overall a very amazing company. (In a new bigger building as well!!)

We can’t say enough about the excellent training our border collie pup is getting from Noelle. She knows dogs and she knows people and communicates perfectly with both! We feel extremely fortunate to have her working with us.I have long been impressed with the quality of merchandise and friendliness of staff. We’re very happy to have them in our community!

Very disappointed. Not cat friendly & not otherwise friendly management. Will not be returning NOR recommending this place to others (as we have many times over the years). We've spent many years shopping there, went today to the new place & immediately noticed (again) a significant lack of cat-friendly items in all areas. Virtually everything was for dogs. Also noticed a BIG reduction in cat-foods. When asked manager Kristine(?) about this, she: 1. immediately argued they had been there a year when I commented they moved several months ago (doesn't matter - so don't argue), 2. told us they didn't really have reduced kibble & she didn't know what I was talking about 3. then conceded they did carry less brands & less selection in flavors & sizes in brands b/c feeding cats kibble at all was bad for them - & they wanted cat owners to stick to feeding just wet food 4. then she CRITICIZED us for feeding our cats kibble at all! Literally. Told us flat-out >4x "You shouldn't be buying or feeding them dry kibble at all. They should only have wet food all the time." Lady, not only do I do cat behavior & natural biological outreach in the community for several years, I know ALOT (probably significantly more than you) about feline biology, our personal cats are EXTREMELY well cared for & have very high quality biologically-appropriate lifestyles & foods. We ALREADY have plenty of wet food, (which they primarily eat in addition to several other specialty whole/raw foods, "treats," & supplements & outdoor critters), so we don't have to buy kibble often, but we do need it occasionally, esp if we are not home. We also buy exclusively imported, raw freeze-dried, organic, grain-free, sourced, etc kibble. All Felidae are obligate carnivores, but the occasional dry-food won't hurt them, esp if it's like the stuff we buy. PS. These excuses might work for the reduced-selection of kibble, but what about the almost complete lack of anything else for cats? Like fun cat-focused stuff? PPS. The manager offered to special order stuff for us - of course this would be at retail prices + other fees. So NO THANKS cat-unfriendly store.UPDATE response to owner Tim: Idk if I will have time to reach out, but I will if I can. However, everything i said was true.1. I NEVER asked about "champion pet foods" - in fact I specified several of the imported higher quality brands (SOME made by champion) & I said trial size OR smallish bag size (so we don't have to buy 40lbs that wont be consumed.), I specified this was to reduce waste & rotate flavors.2. Part of the issue was that your mngr initially claimed there was just as much selection, then back-tracked to specify there actually were less flavors & less brands3. Your mngr STATED at least 4x (that we) "should not be feeding our cats dry kibble - ever." She did NOT say "it wasn't ideal." No, she made flat statements - in fact she cut me off to "finish" my sentences several times & that includes making those statements. She flat out stated "No cats should ever be fed dry kibble... Cats arent supposed to eat dry kibble at all... Its really bad for cats to be fed dry kibble." ETC.4. Also, point - when I said they had "recently moved" she literally stated "No, we moved a YEAR ago." I said "ok I thought it was several months, like maybe 8-9mos." She flat corrected stating "No, it's been a year - full year. We moved a YEAR ago." That is arguing.5. Lastly, I say there is few cat-friendly items due to the literally dozens of magnets, shirts, decor items, etc that are for dogs, while there was 1 shirt for cats, 1 magnet & only a few cat-centered items. As we walked around (quickly) I noticed that there were several dog-displays, but few for cats. We noticed several general cat things we previously bought at your store did not seem to be available.Conclusion: I made no "false accusations." I wrote honestly about our interaction there. Give some credence to things people say: your complete disavowal of EVERYTHING I mentioned doesn't make me want to come back.
