Honestly I think the staff are great and the prices are wonderful, I just don’t like how unevenly filled the cartridges were, some were a full gram and some were missing a 1/8 of the oil. I really appreciate your kind service, and I only leave this review to be constructive and give you guys some ideas on how to better your product. All love here guys keep up the great service! This is hands-down my favorite dispensary in Kitsap county. As a regular customer, I feel welcomed and comfortable talking to the staff about my health concerns and how best to address them with their products. Every single budtender is knowledgeable and friendly, I know I can trust their recommendations.I can’t wait until they have a permanent location, dealing with the ongoing construction is the ONLY downside to shopping at hwy420 (in my opinion.)

I am a senior citizen and now retired. As many older guys I suffer with arthritis. I benifit from CB gummies and sometimes the one to one type. I am relativley new to the use of products at 420. The Staff at 420 are always professional and courteous towards me as a customer. 420 is the only store I go to. 420 is awesome in educating me on the subject matter. Kuto's to 420!!

My favorite dispensary in town. Selection is great and the budtenders are polite and knowledgeable. There is an ATM on-site; they are a cash-only business. Parking can be tricky at times but everything moves very quickly.

I was only in the area for a month, but I enjoyed shopping here. They have a good website that they keep current and updated and their flower selection is great. I especially liked the Falcanna (Dutch Haze is fire) and Sweetwater (the ATF is a superb sativa) brands.The store itself has a cozy vibe and all the budtenders were helpful and engaged.

Just recently started coming back here, Kevin is amazing, and there's another girl that works there, I cant remember her name, but she is amazing too. I often come after work because its so close by and they give the best customer service and best recommendations I've ever had in my time buying weed. 10/10 would recommend going here if you're not sure what you want to smoke, or if you're tired of robotic budtenders.

One of the best experiences I have had purchasing cannabis. The shop was a good size (not too big, not too small) and very clean. The budtender was friendly and when I asked for recommendations provided four, I took home two, and they both are fab. Plus the name is really cool!

I went in and specifically asked for a specific tincture. Once I paid for it and took the bag to my car I looked at it and realized it was the wrong one they had put in the bag. I went back in and told them. They said they were sorry but they couldn't take it back and give me the correct kind I had asked for without me paying for it again because they couldn't take it back. They showed me the bottle that was the correct one but refused to let me see the box unless it was I looked at it from a distance. These were all new employees I think. Beware.

I have been to three different herb stores today, and this one was my favorite! For a small space they have it jam packed full of goodies. I liked that they had a wide variety of different types of products, not just a lot of varieties of the same kind of product, if that makes sense.

Didn't like the atmosphere. We couldn't look at their product while we were waiting, it was all stacked behind the counters or in front of customers being served. Other shops have nice displays to look at buds, theirs were mostly just filled w/rso and edibles.

I wish I could give even less stars. Maybe .5 but they haven’t even earned that. I tried to shop here, not just once, but twice! The first time, the older woman that works there absolutely ignored me and rolled her eyes when I asked her to help... WELL I CANT JUST WALK BACK AND GRAB MY OWN PRODUCT!!!!The second time was even worse!!!!! THE SAME OLD WOMAN helped every customer except me!!! She completely ignored me again AFTER ASKING FOR HELP MULTIPLE TIMES.I was there for a simple one item trip. The person whom I was with got service??? I always ask for the employee’s current fav flower and I have never been steered wrong. The staff are consistently helpful and able to educate based on vague vibe descriptions. Convenient location
