What a difference a day makes. On the 3rd of July, I walked by six different employees around 6 pm looking around and I did not get a greeting or May I help you. Then the cashier I think was AI. Zero communication skills just answered and asked a couple questions like playing Oregon Trail on a Commodore 64. The good note, the store was clean and had what I needed in stock.On the 4th of July, around 9:30AM, the young lady behind the counter was engaged in conversation and did a good job communicating and having fun while working.

went here with my sister to pick up a basketball hoop she purchased the other day for here husband. It had gone on sell since, so they actually reimbursed her the price difference. They were all very nice and helpful.

I would give it 1 star if it weren't for a very helpful employee named Benjamin. I got there 45 minutes before closing. Benjamin was very helpful finding the right shoes for my needs. I was debating between 2 and another employee, named Reid, came up to see if I was being helped. Obviously, I was, and then he let me know that they were closing soon. I said I knew they were closing at 7:00. He said, "Actually a little earlier." I looked at my watch, it was 6:35 and I was just trying to make my final decision. When I'm paying $150 for shoes, I don't need to feel rushed. I did let management know and thanked Benjamin. I will be going back to my usual running store for future purchases. I'm am in the parking lot and they are still open, as it is 6:48pm. Management just said sorry, and they were not closing early. I have worked in retail since 98 and customer service since 96, so I have experience. I chose to walk away because I am not one to treat retail workers badly.

Pretty good. I wish they had more of the newer shoe options like the ones Tacoma and Olympia stores get. Also a ship to store option would be convenient. If you need something right away this is a good option to pick up same day.

My last experience in this store really cemented my feelings that the employees at this location obviously do not enjoy their jobs and have no interest in helping customers. I’ve never had a truly pleasant experience with any staff here, and the last time my husband and I went in both of the male employees we spoke with/asked help from seemed completely uninterested and so we ended up leaving without buying anything.To whoever runs this store, I would seriously consider retraining employees in the customer service aspect of their retail job.

Terrible customer service. I only went in the store for baseballs and they couldn’t even put their merchandise where they go. I got 2 balls and neither of them were the price that they were displayed at and there were all different priced balls in all of the bins so I had no idea how much each one was

The staff were friendly, though the store seemed maybe a little short-handed. Shelves were a little threadbare and a lot of merchandise was locked up. I looked at baseball bats for maybe 15 minutes and quite a few of the racks were locked, requiring an employee to access the merchandise, but there weren't any employees to be seen other than the ladies at the registers on the other side of the store. Similarly, the rack of pocket knives, leatherman tools, and other items next to the registers arranged for perusal while waiting to check out were all locked up and not particularly perusable. I got what I came to the store for ultimately, but the general lack of employees and inaccessibility of the merchandise had the store feeling pretty unwelcoming and me feeling like I'm likely to be looking for alternative locations to shop for sporting goods.

It's always been easy for me to find a staff member when I'm looking for assistance and they've always been very helpful! However, most items are overpriced and are generally more expensive than most other stores. I've been able to find a couple of reasonably priced items here that I was more than happy with, but I overall avoid coming here unless I need something specific that I'm having trouble finding somewhere else. That being said, it's a convenient location and it's always super clean and organized.

It’s SUPER fun to have the most obvious plain clothes security guard follow you around a store. Apparently walking around and looking at stuff is considered “suspicious behavior” despite the fact that I buy things from this store ALL THE TIME. I would buy more, but being followed when I’m shopping is VERY off putting and nearly every big ticket item requires me finding a supervisor with a key just to look at it! Honestly, you efforts to reduce shrinkage are actually costing you sales, so fine work on that front.

I missed there boat sale because you can't use their store card online and the sales team helped me out. They were awesome. Without me asking if they would honor the prices they asked the manager and she had no problem with getting me the price I missed. I will definitely continueto shop here for my outdoor and sporting goods needs.

You can get just about everything you need for outdoor activities. Plenty of merchandise to choose from. They price match on some items and depends on the competitors. Staff is always friendly. Store is very clean and bright. Clean bathrooms in the back by the bikes. In Silverdale Mall shopping center. Enjoy!

Went in for golf irons and had a set I wanted to buy, I just need to know the flex. They insisted on selling me a cheap set of clubs when I wanted a set of irons. They could not answer the question cause there is only one person that knows how to run then simulator. Lost a good sale today. Was going to throw down some good money to buy new irons that I can use not throw away.

Today I went to fill up a couple of co2 tanks and unfortunately they were out of co2. I did get a card for a free fill when they have it back in stock. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Pleasant trip to the store.

The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars is because of 1 really great experience I had with I believe a manager, who hunted a shirt down for me the best she could. I was so impressed with how attentive she was.Today however I am appalled by the poor service. We "worked" with 4 workers who we had to hunt the heck out of cause they were no where to be found. The guy we found hanging with other workers did come help us with a shoe but disappeared as soon as he handed it to us.I had to ask the 3 ppl working register to send someone to me in kids wear for help... which never arrived!!!!We finally found what we needed but were disappointed in the selection. (Football padded practice pants)I got up to register with just the shoes and let Spencer know how horrible the floor service was. That the person he "sent over" never showed. A decent sales person would have acted surprised and apologetic. He ignored me so I said, fighting for his eye contact, "Do you care about that, Spencer?" He finally acknowledged me and shook his head & said, "I don't have anything to say to that, I don't make the schedule." What a jerk! Man I was really starting to like this store... their manager will be hearing from me this week if not tomorrow! We went to BIG5 and had the usual amazing and consistent customer service.

Much of their inventory is overpriced. I went in for some camping stuff and for a Coleman grill and lanturn they wanted $90 total; I found them on Amazon for $75 total free shipping. Additionally, many of their items didn't have a price listed, or they were listed under the wrong price, leaving us guessing on what the price would be at the register. Don't waste your hard earned money on overpriced stuff, buy them somewhere else for cheaper.

I went there to buy a bike and couldn't raise any help. I thought maybe I'd try again at a less-busy time: Nope, still no help. Probably 5 staffers walked by and saw me taking bikes off racks - no one said a word. I took one for a spin around the store (which was empty) and finally got an interaction - when the manager told me to stay in the area in front of the bikes. No further help. I finally found someone and asked if they allow test rides: Nope. Do they allow returns if it's not a fit? Nope. So you can't test anything, no one helps you, you can't return it, no one there knew anything about bikes, they were unable to get bikes down from the top rack... I have no idea why they bother selling bikes. The salesperson finally said, "Yeah, I wouldn't buy here either. Go to <bike store>." 1 star for his honesty.

As I have shared in previous reviews ...when you try on shoes you have to have your own knowledge about shoes and how they should fit. The people who service shoes are always nice but they don't have any first hand knowledge about shoes and what would be the best shoe for your needs. I have learned what shoes work for me and so going in 8 know what I need and what works for me. Prices are competitive.

Great selection of ladies, men's, and kids athletic/leisure clothing. Fair selection of sporting/training equipment too. Have really fair prices on shoes which I actually got a better deal on than what online and DSW were offering. Lady ringing us out was really polite and knowledgeable.

3 days out of the last week I have came into the store to demo a driver and purchase whichever one works best. 3 days of being told that their "golf expert" isn't there and therefore I couldn't use the simulator or trade in my old driver. I'm trying to give my business to them and they refuse to take it. Apparently if you go after 6 pm or so you do not get any kind of service. Maybe they should just say the golf department closes at 6 pm every day.

Went to replace all my Nike clothes and shoes I burned. Bought Under Armour shirts and shoes. This weekend doing the same for my children and grandchildren. Want nothing to do with Nike since new ad.The staff was helpful and courteous and more than happy to show me everything they had that was not Nike.

Went in there looking for a good running shoe. Staff was available only after I got within their standing distance which was all the way on the other side of where I was. Was told to let them know if I needed anything and then went off and never saw them again.Also, why does everyone have a look of being inconvenienced when approached?

Three times came in for bowflex weights. Even left my contact information. I even tried to make the purchase twice before the weights were even in stock at the store. I asked if they could order them for me and I would purchase then and there. They would not take payment. Instead, the staff assured me I would be reached when the weights came in. I checked back on this process for about 1 month before I decided to look elsewhere.

Can usually find what we need if we make it there early preseason. They typically run out of youth girls baseball pants in smaller sizes. Its hard to find girls sports stuff period. Very limited stock. Can always seem to find my sons gear/uniforms easily. They price match as well. Thats always a big bonus. I can search for same item online. If I find a better price I just take it to the register and bam, price matched. I love it. We also do the rewards program, by the end of the year those points are awesome for X-Mas gifts.
