Auto refills here have been mostly fine. HOWEVER, if getting a vaccination w/ an appt online, what a screwed up mess!! Female employee will chastise you for going to the window with the sign that says "VACCINE CHECK IN" because you didn't wait in the long line behind people that are picking up prescriptions. WTH?? What's the point of the vaccine check in?? Why would I make myself be 20 minutes late for the appointment by waiting in the long line?? Is anyone seeing how ridiculous this is?? ISN'T THAT THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT?? Do the people picking up scripts have appts?? NO, they don't.CVS needs to get their vaccination appts and protocols streamlined and their pharmaceutical techs should behave MUCH more professional demeanor, when the client did NOTHING wrong. God forbid someone asks a question about how check in works when its your first time. Hope management sees this. Was there at 3:30p on 4/30/24. There was only one female working the front window around that time.

I am absolutely floored with this place and I have had enough. I went in to pick up a script that was within the 28 day period to be filled. They told me it was too soon and that they don’t count the day you pick up and count by weeks? So am I not supposed to take my medicine the day I get it? So that was put on hold that day. I went in the next day to pick it up and it got filled I asked a different person what there policy was and they said it must of been insurance. I also don’t know why when I get there and pick up one script that yes is a controlled substance for my anxiety they must announce it to everyone that works there like I am a hassle or tabs are being kept on me for what reason? The staff is 100% completely unprofessional, they are rude and don’t have any compassion what so ever to any of us. This is very sad because this has happened to my husband as well. Will most definitely be seeking out a new pharmacy.

It will take me three plus times to go here before I can get my prescription. Yesterday they were closed, But it didn't reflect that online. So I show up and it's all locked up during regular business hours. Today I show up because they won't let me call ahead to get a prescription refill, They also wouldn't answer their phone to get that prescription refilled. They told me my prescription would be ready in twenty minutes, And I normally get a text when it's ready. Fast forward thirty minutes later.. There's a line about Five people long, And I have a toddler with me. Time to find a new pharmacy this is ridiculous

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used and I’ve literally used all of them. Every few months my doctor would send my prescriptions to this pharmacy, and every single month at the same time each month (you know because there’s thirty pills, and after thirty days you run out) I’d call to fill my prescription, and they would say ohhhh sorry we don’t have that medicine but I’ll try and order it! Then I’d never hear back if they got the medicine or not. So I’d call around to other pharmacies to see if someone else could fill it for the month. After doing this for nearly a year and only getting my prescription from them maybe twice (late too of course !) I switched to another pharmacy permanently. It’s the darndest thing too because, this new pharmacy has never once had an issue with keeping my medications in stock. The staff is also incredibly rude here. I dreaded having to call them.

I went to store #8555 Faith helped me with my purchases. She's always friendly and knows my husband passed away so takes a minute to ask how I am. Melody fills my scripts and Faith helps me with OTC meds. Thank you CVS and thank you store# 8555

The most irritating thing so far is the fact that they have their automated system set up to automatically renew prescription (s). For myself and another member of my household, it's been an inconvenience to have to keep calling and to let them know It's not needed to be refilled at that time.

I won’t go to Target at all for any reason. Have switched to Rite Aid in Silverdale, WAHOPE it’s a Preferred Provider!

This CVS pharmacy was never very good. 5 months ago, they acquired a locally owned pharmacy that had provided excellent service, and were immediately overwhelmed with the added business. Their level of service plummeted , and despite having had 5 months to adjust things continue to deteriorate. It takes weeks (yes, plural) to get prescriptions filled, or refilled. Their automated refill system tells you when your Rx will be ready, and it is NEVER ready by then. As of this minute, I have been on hold for an hour when trying to call them in person. In the store, customers are yelling at them constantly when they actually believe the robot voice on the phone and come in to pick it up. I am sure that morale is very low, and turnover is high. The pharmacist is very rude, and should have no contact with the public. They are endangering their patients' health with the long delays. I have had enough, and will transfer elsewhere. I will also report this pharmacy to the state board, as it needs to be shut down. BTW, all of their recent Yelp reviews are 1 star.

I have been using CVS pharmacy for years now, and I've loved the customer service and they always fixed any issues fast. The prices are much lower when I had to pay out of pocket & I could get some shopping done when I got my prescriptions. Now it's not so convenient at all. The last 2 months I've stood in line for an average 45 minutes. That's only not convenient but it's a nightmare when you have to wait that long with your kids. The last time I went my prescription was sent in that morning and I went in that evening an stood in line for 20 minutes to find out it's not ready and 2 hours later waiting in store it still wasn't ready so I went home. The next day same thing happened but I was told they didn't know if they would be able to get to it that day. I'm like what.... I said well hopefully as I waited yesterday as well. I waited about an hour an it was finally ready. I haven't gone back since. It's sad because I loved it here but it's not worth that much time and stress.

The pharmacist was very helpful getting my prescription transferred from my old CVS and it only took about 30 minutes to get it filled. I will say that they need more people to answer phones. I called a couple times and waited 10 minutes before giving up

Terrible pharmacy. Staff are not well trained. I brought one simple common prescription, I walked up and was only customer at that time it took over 15 minutes to enter the prescription into the computer. I was previous customer and all insurance information was already provided. The work station the pharmacy employee was talking to me through was very dirty. There is a quarter inch layer of dust on the computer you can just see that nobody ever cleaned. In addition it is located in the area where customers are shopping for paper towels and you literally have to talk about your personal information as people are buying paper towels 1 foot from where u suppose to have privacy. This is really unacceptable for Target and CVS

Called them looking to transfer a prescription. The person was rude and very short, with zero care - is the care gone in healthcare? It seems to be.

They have a sign up, written in Sharpie, taped to the front door of Target saying "Closed today and tomorrow" nothing else, no explanation, no warning, nothing. Absolutely unprofessional. I'm trying to get two prescriptions filled for today or tomorrow at latest, a service that is not unreasonable for the routine drugs I'm needing. Because they were surprisingly closed (nobody at Target knew why either, they seem to hate them too) I went to another pharmacy, they called CVS and were told 'No luck, can't help, don't care' and so now I cannot get my prescription filled at all because apparently they're now gate keeping who gets what drugs and when. Now I've been on the phone for about an hour with CVS, still nothing coming good. Big Fat Zero for this place.

I found the pharmacy lacking. I dropped off a prescription to pick-up in a short time. I get back said they don't take my insurance. After waiting & going back & forth with, Juan???, I ended up not getting the medication. This technician apparently wasn't listening. I had told both him & another gal that whether my insurance covered this or not I still need it filled. After 1.5 hours trying to get this taken care of, he waved me down in the parking lot & said, we can't cover this because, again, my insurance isn't taken there. It was an antibiotic. I had said probably a total of 3 times I still wanted it. Not sure why he couldn't understand. I drove across the street to Safeway & it was filled immediately, even though they didn't take my insurance. This is the second time something like this happened with CVS.

Called pharmacy about prescription I needed that night to be sure it would be ready when I showed up. Was left on hold for over 20 minutes after the automated machine told me my prescription would be ready “tomorrow at 10pm” which is outside their business hours. Went to store to try and pick up/have them fill it and wait for it and the line was over 15 people long. Was unable to get my prescription due to the long wait. Extremely frustrating.

Was treated very rudely by the pharmacist whenever I asked about purchasing syringes (not needles) for my medication over the counter, since my normal pharmacy didn't have them in stock and was unable to order them for me at that time. Was treated as if I were a child. Had been informed by the man working the counter (who was very nice and polite, by the way - a great employee!) that syringes could be sold OTC at the pharmacist's discretion, which I understood. I had brought my proof of prescription with me in case that was needed. However, I was told "I won't sell to you" by the pharmacist. When I asked why, she told me "You need a prescription" and nothing else. I told her that I had a prescription, had proof of it, it just wasn't with them - asked if it needed to be specifically with them. She gave me a look, got short and snippy with me, and said "YES, with us".Had I just been told no, or that I needed a prescription with them specifically in order to get what I needed for my medication, I would have understood and not taken any offense or been upset, as other places have told me "Sorry, you have to have a prescription with us!" and it's been no problem at all. But the way I was treated simply because I was asking a question to get things in order to take my medication was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional. I felt singled out and as though I was being told no just for the sake of telling someone no, even if that wasn't the intent or case at all - but the tone read differently. As much as I would love to return to this pharmacy location because it is convenient, and the man working the counter was very nice, the way I was treated by the pharmacist makes me unwilling to give them my business in the future.

Ordered pills online on a Thursday as they were low. Came the following Sunday, a pharmacist from the Silverdale CVS called me claiming that they couldn't reach my doctor for the approval, so I would have to call the doctor. I didn't have a problem calling the doctor's office and leaving a message for her to call the pharmacy. Why couldn't the pharmacist make this call? It shows that the pharmacist wasn't in any hurry to fill my prescription. I take the pills daily along with other pills to help control my high blood pressure. I was out of pills, and finally got them three days later. Ever since CVS moved into Target, the customer service at the pharmacy has become so poor. I don't want to drive an extra seven miles, but think I will just to get better service.

The staff is friendly and helpful but the wait times are terrible. Wait times often 30-60 minutes. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or what. I will be looking to find a new place to have prescriptions filled.

Waited twice for over an hour on phone, no answer, just same old recording. Drove from Poulsbo while on hold and stood in line, still no answer. Hope the trip wasnt a waste as last time they didnot have my script ready.

Very personable. My prescriptions cost me more through my insurance. The pharmacist found a much better price through CVS discounts. Due to the dilegence of the pharmacy team I can buy my medication without breaking the bank. Thank you.

Every single time I come into this store and make my way to the pharmacy area I can already see the long line. They seem to be severely understaffed and their performance shows it. I asked if there was something that I can do to help because they surely need it in there. Apparently HR is aware of this and they don't seem to care is what I was also told by the pharmacist.

These pharmacy techs and pharmacists are wonderful! They deliver timely, efficient, personable, communicative and thorough service to customers and the added bonus is, that they are very price-conscious with customers which is so appreciated! Great neighborhood pharmacy.

Constant headaches with this pharmacy. They seem incapable of calling me to let me know when there is an issue with my medications, instead waiting to tell me when I come in to pick them up.
