I love this store the workers are always super nice and helpful. They have given me recommendations for stuff online they don't have in store and are big on safety as well as discretion. They have a wide variety of fun stuff for everyone. my only wish is the store carried more high quality lingerie and leathers/pvc but that’s on castle as a company not the store itself. Definitely better and more selection than lovers.

Great place to shop, friendly staff, some inventory choices could be better such as Wigs, Paddles and Ropes. But overall I enjoy shopping here for the selection if you need something fast and high quality. Just be aware of what most things cost and don't overpay unless you have the means or someone else for you who will do so.

It’s been a while since I have been in the store. So much has changed and new items. The lady was all by herself but she helped me I’ll definitely be back for some more fun!! The product I got was fantastic!

The staff was super friendly extremely helpful and at no time did they ever give me the slightest negative vibes. They made me feel like a valued person who happened to be a customer. Once they had genuinely made sure I was taking care of, they left me alone to do some shopping. As a result I ended up spending more time leisurely looking around the store, which subsequently led to me purchasing exponentially more than I would’ve if the people weren’t so fabulously hospitable.Coupled with the fact that the selection of products is so vastly eclectic, you are guaranteed to find something that’s suits you desires.

All Sales Representatives are warm and welcoming. But most importantly, every Sales Representatives that I have encountered in the Bremerton, Washington Castle Store, are extremely cautions when it’s time for the customers-Me- to pay. My husband and I just recently moved to Bremerton- lovely place.Sales Representatives are Asking the right questions about the type of payments, and the reps are always requesting for the ID to assure the customer’s name is the same on the Credit/Debit Card. That IS a very comforting feeling to assure to avoid any future financial loss or issues on both parties.My only curiosity is that this store closed too early for me; 9:00 P.M.(?) I am questioning this statement because the store in Tacoma, closes much later, unless, there was a current changes due to the pandemic, perhaps?I am looking forward and expecting a courtesy response from the corporate office; or anyone who has a simple answer to my question.Thank You for your time.Evangeline Carter

There could be so many opportunities for awkwardness and discomfort when you go into a shop of this nature, but both members of staff made it a perfect experience. Thank you!

Love castles . Been a member and shopped here for years .. 18 years to be exact. The store was clean , well stocked , polite staff and theres two reason I give it 4 stars .. hours ... need longer hours or simply later hours ..after all most entertainment of this nature usually should accommodate the late night shopping. Secondly, the store mark up is insane . I have spent thousands in many diffrent Castle stores up and down the west coast Arizona to Washington and the $$ price tag is so hiked up in Wahington its completely ridiculous..

Personally I’ve had good experiences at this store! I personally think that they should hire me to work there lol part time. I believe that the employees should be a little bit more discrete when talking to customers about their needs and wants, some people are really reserved when it comes to that kind of thing, respect + discretion = happy return customers! how can you go wrong when you help somebody improve their life, their well-being put a smile on their face, bring out the freaky wild side you never know! I also liked the old store with how they displayed the stuff that they sold the swings that type of deal was able to see it touch it check it out instead of looking at it in a box. But I’m sure there’s reasons why they don’t have it like that now if I only work there I would know these things. Lol overall great store I recommend them.

Castle employees are extremely helpful, discrete, and knowledgable about most of their products. Their inventory is fantastic. The prices are a little less than other stores in our town. I never felt awkward or embarrassed there. Again their staff is great.

I love the store. The staff are very nice and they don’t look at you with Judge mental eyes when you have a question about a product. They are quick to help if you have any questions and they make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases before you leave the store I highly recommend going to Castles instead of lovers.
