The shelves were a bit empty however I expected that before Christmas. I was really impressed with the selection of food items there. Clean store and helpful service when I needed it. First time visiting this Commissary and I had a good experience here. Prices were really good. Thankful for this perk.

They are working diligently to keep shelves stocked. Employees in deli are super helpful. The meat department is awesome. Great selection and prices. Employees are very helpful and work with you to find what you're looking for. Great prices and convenient location. The best way for military families to save money.

Had to give it a review because there's a bunch of fat Karen's and dependapotamuses giving out one stars and you can just feel that loser energy coming off of them. It's a commissary it's tax-free it's exactly what you think it is. Some goofball named diller wrote a review saying the prices were outrageous they're the cheapest prices I've seen in town since getting moved out to this state.

Prices are outrageous, terrible selection of garbage meats, all the high processed terrible foods you could want. You have to pay a service fee for a barely functional self checkout or be guilt tripped into tipping normally unpaid employees. Do not recommend. Why do people shop here?

One of the best. Check personnel where very helpful. The baggers took our finicky bagging instructions with good humour. Great prices for spices and can goods. How do they sell hamburger so cheap?

Excellent selection. International foods, including Asian, Italian, Kosher, and easily viewed organic foods. Fresh produce and meats. Fish limited, because you cannot fly fresh crab, flounder, etc. into the base!

Love that we still have this service. The overall - it's small limited on selection but great pricing. Plan ahead meaning you may have to make another stop to get everything you want but you first stop should be here.

Terribly stocked store. No spices, barely any canned goods- they hang signs blaming covid, but no other store has these issues. I had to CALL customer service and ask for help finding items that ended up being in non-sensible locations because there’s zero stocking or floor staff.

Clean and organized. Nice selections and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Love that they bag your stuff, take it out to your car and load it for you. Super big help for my Dad.

I love the convenience of the store lauout and the friendliness of all the wonderful employees. But sometimes your produce isnt always the best quality. And it is a shame. Because surely it is worth whatever extra effort or pennies to ensure our military members and their families have the best quality goods we can provide them. If you can shop here price are better food is fresher, great deli. One of the place to get fresh sushi that is not a restaurant and not pay arm and a leg.

They teach their baggers nothing! How and why could a bagger not know, that you DO NOT throw someone's deli meat and cheese and ice cream containers on top of and in the same bag as my raw chicken. I will be getting my money back for the contaminated fresh products that were to be on my chef's salad that night. Try educating your employees!

It's over crowded, no one stays to the right, people block the whole aisle and don't care that you want by. The baggers are like a mob, they're rude and if you can't afford a tip they yell at youI'm sorry, but my ptsd and anxiety were driven through the roof today and I broke down crying in the freaking parking lot.I can't stand the commissary at Bangor

All can say is they know they will be closed tomorrow. The shelves were very limited and I had to get alternate choices. Sunday not a good time to shop at NSB commissary

Bangor is where it's at! The only bummer is that I drove the half hour and they didn't have any Bangor challenge coins. Weird! But the exchange is much better than the one in Bremerton, and there are a lot more choices!

Find what I need most of the time, but the female workers there are extremely rude, and give extreme dirty looks at customers. If it wasn't that this place was so close, I'd just go somewhere else.

Big commissary with lots of variety in all areas of the store. They also see "club packs" of selected items which is great considering the already affordable prices.

It's not the biggest commissary I've ever been in, but this one is well stocked and has a lot of great options. You can't beat the prices a lot of the time.
