Pharmacy literally won't answer their phone. I had to physically drive over to get the status of my Rx transfer. Instead of apologizing, the pharmacist tells me "we're too busy for the phone" & asks if I can call my previous pharmacy myself. I've been trying to refill this medication for the last week & transferred because my last pharmacy also refuses to answer the phone & lied about calling my doctor for refills.

Aid had to ask pharmacist on refill, then hung up on me without verifying. Now I have to call back to get what I need, and on a long hold. The refill cannot be done automatically.

Went there before closing on Christmas . Doors locked yet a family was inside shopping. Knocked on the door, mgr saw me and walked away! According to their site, the store is open until 10! I've spent the last 15 minutes calling, to no avail!!! What is going on with this store? I work at another Rite Aid and this would be totally unacceptable! They probably closed early again! This wouldn't be the 1st or even 2nd time!

Absolutely despicable service. I am 40 and was trying to pick up a single bottle of day quilt for my friend home sick, when he asked for I'd I didn't have I said that's ridiculous buy just left . As I was leaving the manager followed me out of the store yelling that I was banned from the store and continued until i crossed the street. I'm trans. Clearly prejudices involved. I won't be returning and will follow up with rite aid Corp.

All the folks at the Shoreline Rite-Aid are pleasant, accommodating, helpful, understanding, fun, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I will sometimes go in there even.if I don't need something just to see the people that work there. I always buy something but sometimes I just go in to see a friendly face that recognizes me.

I have been going to this rite aid since I was a little kid. It's been my local store that was easy to shop at with minimal lines, and friendly staff. Well the new manager has ruined my experience there. She made me take off my goggles to show my eyes all for a pack of cigarettes. No other store in the area does that! During these pandemic times, I couldn't believe she was willing to put my safety in peril! All the employees know me there and have seen my ID on countless times. It's not my fault she's not up front much. I am 29 years old, 6'2, and a really big guy. Clearly I am not "underage". I hope I never see her again.

So... terrible and very rude staff here today. I tried to buy a beer. The register dude kept saying my ID was fake and that it didn't look like me. Insisted I take off my mask etc. I think he would have sold me the beer, but he kept giving me a nasty rude attitude throughout. So I got super fed up and left and bought my beer at QFC across the street. BTW this employee of the month told me never to come back as well. Lol. My ID is real.

If you’re thinking about going to Rite Aid to get coronavirus testing done, DON’T. Project Baseline has been one of the slowest companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I am currently on my 6th day of waiting to get results with no update. At this rate, I think if I even had the virus I will have made a full recovery by the time I get the results anyways. If you wish to have some sort of peace of mind and not be left waiting around to know if you have this terrible virus, go somewhere else; many other facilities will return your results in 24-48 hours.

I am adamantly against vaccines. I feel it is everyone’s freedom to choose but I would not donate to this!! When I shopped here, they automatically rounded up my change without asking me!! I realize it’s only $.96 but it should be my decision if I want to donate. I will not shop at Rite Aid anymore. It’s sad for me because I try to shop local!

The pharmacist refused to fill the prescription my Dr. ordered. I was able to get it filled elsewhere eventually but while I waited I was unnecessarily sick. It should not be up to a pharmacist to overrule a Dr's orders. The pharmacist had no knowledge of me or my situation and due to his hubris, I suffered. Would give zero stars if possible.

Didn't have my prescription gave me a small amount to get me through until I got the order told me it would be ready the next day was not ready the next day told me it would be ready the following day was still not ready the following day wouldn't transfer the prescription to another pharmacy so that I can have the life-saving drug. Entirely too much running around.

Got a PCR covid test to travel home to Canada and the test results were never returned to me, causing me to miss my flight and pay nearly $1000 for a rapid test at the airport and new plane tickets to get home as well as missed income from work. I've had very timely PCR test results in the past from this location so this is extremely upsetting.

Worst service ever. Staff made many mistakes with my Covid19 appointments plus wrote wrong information in immunization report card. How they can be so irresponsible and unprofessional while working with such an important stuff! Manager should train them better before let them work with people. Will never come back!

Spencer was very helpful today. Stocking teas in the refrigerator, politely let us by to grab our drink, then went to help us at the cash register, again very sweet and polite. Also very cute ;) hit him up ladies
