My dog has a sensitive stomach which means that he can’t eat just any food. We had been ordering his food online because none of the local shops (even the fancy ones) carry it. We were really excited to find out that natures pet market has it in stock! We’re proud to support a local shop and look forward to buying his food there regularly from now on.

Friendly employees and a good selection of natural foods and treats. They gave me some samples since I expressed interest in switching up my dog’s food and also offered to order any specific items that I may want but that they don’t carry in the store. Will definitely be back with my pup soon! Thanks 🐾

Since I moved to Shoreline this has been by far the best pet store yet. The staff is friendly and remembers you and your pet. The two little dogs there are nice too. They have a great selection of specialty pet food and the staff is very knowledgeable. Whatever you can't find can be ordered for you to pick up. As a matter of fact the staff does a better job of reminding me to order my dog's specialty dog food than I do sometimes :P Great local spot that is not to be missed.

As a senior citizen I have especially appreciated their super fast home delivery of high quality cat food during the pandemic shut down. Items can be purchased online and either picked up curbside or delivered (if you are in their area). So far I have received my order within hours of placing it.

I have been purchasing hemp oil for my dog at this location for a while and up until today have been completely satisfied with customer service. I went in to purchase the hemp oil this evening and the employee assisting me (I came to find out later was the manager) informed me there had just been a $2 price increase. I noticed that one of the hemp oil packages still had the old price of $33.99 so I asked if she would honor the price on the tag and she said no in a very curt manner. I commented that in every other retail situation I've ever experienced the employees have honored the displayed price regardless of whether it was a mistake. She declined again and stated that the hemp oil she was ringing me up for was labeled correctly. This is because she intentionally picked the correctly labeled bottle. As the hemp oil is stored behind the counter customers can see the packaging but only employees have access. As a small business I understand that they have the right to sell me the hemp oil at any price of their choosing but I didn't appreciate the way this employee went about it. She never once apologized for the mislabeled package and came across as proud. I hope she corrected the labeling ASAP so another customer doesn't have the same experience.

Fun pet store boutique with a great selection of raw pet food, high quality chews, and friendly knowledgeable staff. You can even put a picture of your pet up on a display showing off the animals in the Shoreline community!

not a huge store, but then my dog isn't huge either. i was pleasantly surprised they carried a larger size bag of Sojo for a good price, and the simple rewards program makes it even more affordable!
