Mudbay Shoreline quickly became my dogs favorite place. The staff became friends and my dog would always run at the opportunity to visit the store. The staff is always friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. There are always safe and healthy treats that even the pickiest of dogs will love. Collin, Audrey, Sam, Caitie, Reese, Jerome, Chelsea, Kelsey, Annie,Jude. You’re all the best!

The staff are super friendly and super helpful! The staff always are open to giving recommendations and tips and they even give free treat samples! Whenever I'm inside browsing for toys or treats the staff are always super nice! Nice location next to Trader Joe's!

this is the first Mud Bay I’ve been to and I really love the vibes here! The staffs make great recommendations they helped me pick out food that my picky cats absolutely loved! The return policy and sampling options are also wonderful for trying out new foods and litter. I will definitely be back ^^.

Amazingly friendly staff. We’ve had to return some things before because they didn’t work or because there was something wrong and they have always been so kind at helping us out. Definitely people who care about their jobs and care about animals. Love it here even though it might be a little bit more pricey.

I love, love LOVE Mud Bay, and the Shoreline location is always cheerful! My dog's favorite cookies are the bulk blueberry pancakes, and she's OBSESSED with the cod skins! I appreciate the amazing job the staff does of keeping their customers health and safety at the forefront during Covid. Thank you for all you do!

We used to live near this Mudbay and it was only an 8 minute walk away. It’s a fantastic location that’s always been helpful when we walk in. When we first got our kitty the staff here was so helpful in finding different foods for us to try, and gave amazing advice. The owner had even given us a congratulations letter on adopting our new fur baby! This location has always gone above and beyond for us, we’re very thankful!

Each time I go into this store the SERVICE is STELLAR. It's not enough star to give this store or the people that work there.My salesperson tonight was Aubrey she listen to my concerns about my fur baby needs and allergies and made some fantastic suggestions.She even read the ingredients to ensure no allergens where listed.She went far beyond customer service. Her knowledge and care is exactly what I needed since I tired 2 others stores that left me cold and frustrated.The ethics of this brand and the people that they employee is PRICELESS!

Nova loves himbs new taco. Om nom nom. He also loves his core wet food. I changed his diet over to grain free because he was very overweight. It has been a year of gradual healthy weight loss for him and he is finally where he needs to be. Thank you to all who have helped me select good food for himbs. He is a very happy, energetic kit. The staff is great and super helpful! Lauren helped me today and I can’t remember the other gal that helped me but I had a bag of food special ordered for my dog. It came promptly and Lauren even gave me a couple probiotics so my little dachshund has an easy transition to a different protein based food.

Best products and service you can get for your pet. Everything that seems a little pricy is always worth it - my dog and cats have never had issues since I started buying straight from here.Staff are always so friendly and helpful - and the sample treats are great to see how my pets might like a product - since they can be picky!My dog loves the 'raw-hide alternative' bones, and my cats love the wet pate of any sort.If you can afford the small extra cost in the moment, you'll get good ingredients- and save a lot in the long run with vet bills!!

Followed by not one but two staff as I shopped. Disgusting behavior that I haven't experienced in any other Mud Bay store. Skip this location for sure. I won't be patronizing any of their locations anytime soon. Plenty of other pet supply stores with better culture.

I go here pretty regularly to buy food for my cats, and I really like the selection of flavors and prices. My cat is fussy and has a tendency to change food preferences week by week, so I like to buy a variety of types to keep things interesting for her. Also, if you buy 12 cans, they'll give you a discount, which definitely comes in handy because those cans can really add up. They'll give me snack samples every so often, and I've discovered that my cats are big fans of the freeze dried salmon cubes. Sometimes they let me sample cans, which is super helpful because I like to try different flavors to keep my picky senior cat from getting bored. Like everyone else, they've been hit with supply chain issues, so sometimes they're out of the flavors I want, but they're really upfront about when they're getting their next deliveries. I usually shop in-store, but I did curbside pickup at the height of the pandemic and the process was really easy and quick (I called in my order, showed up at the appointed time, and got my order delivered straight to my car). Definitely my preferred pet store!

I am a big fan of all the Mud Bay stores, and this one was a bit above the rest. I was greeted in a warm and welcoming way as soon as I entered, and the staff quickly helped point me towards the dog treats I was looking for. Not only that, but when I was at the register, the employee let me know that if I bought 2 more treats, I would get a discount! I've been buying 10 treats every time I go in to my usual Mud Bay, and this is the first time I've been notified that if I buy 12, there is a discount. It's the little things that often leave a lasting positive impression, and this Mud Bay wowed me at every step.

Our pup loves coming here. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful! Great selection of all kinds of toys, foods, and accessories. The best deal around we've found is the bucket of dog biscuits - it's a great price and the selection is amazing!

One female customer service rep was fantastic! She really knows service! The company's principles of serving the customer is awesome. We had gone a few times where the rep put on the fake smile and wanted to just go away. But a few of them were excellent, helpful, and knowledgeable for our new kitty! We've learned a lot ! And will support small business with great customer service!!!

From my experiences here, everyone working here loves pets. Someone always greets me, sometimes after they greet my dogs :). They genuinely want to help and offer suggestions if you need help.. they have a wide selection of food, treats and toys.We have shopped at several Mud Bay locations, and this sort of customer service has been consistent at each store. Highly recommend Mud Bay!

The excellent staff here is always very helpful when looking for cat or dog products. They have a great selection of healthy foods that are actually good for your pets. Their bulk treats section is great so that we can mix quantities to keep flavors interesting for our puppy. You can get products at other stores for cheaper but you won't find anywhere near the quality; Mudd Bay only seems to carry the good stuff.

Mud Bay offers only grain free food/treat choices and durable toys, accessories as well. The staff here are VERY knowledgeable. While in the process of finding a new dog food, Ive been given several sample bags of kibble and cans of wet food. When I had to make a return on some of the items I actually left feeling thrilled. Despite the hassle of returning something I got a replacement bag of different flavored food and enough left for a new toy. Mud Bay definitely has my service!

Excellent customer service!Rep was so warm and welcoming, played soccer with my boy, asked if we needed something then held the product at the counter (it was voluminous) while I kept shopping. Since I was just browsing for wet food she gave me a coupon. Felt generous. Very engaged without being nosey or feeling that she was watching over us. It was our first time there despite being multiple times at TJs.
