Facility wasn't as clean as I would've liked. There was dirt and dog hair accumulating in areas. I was the only one in and it was close to when they opened so I would've expected it to be much cleaner. Also the tubs are a bit awkward for larger dogs since they don't have proper grooming tubs that have doors and ramps. There is 1 tub with a ramp but it seemed steep, my senior dog slipped going down it. Not every tub had hypoallergenic shampoo and conditioner options. I don't think the conditioner was working on my tub but thankfully there was bottle of conditioner next to it.I appreciated the unlimited time with the grooming tables and dryers, although there were only 2 so I would've felt rushed if it was busy.Overall, I was able to deshed my dog successfully and remove way more hair than I would've been able to with my equipment at home. Plus I didn't have to deal with cleaning up the hairy mess. However, I'm not sure I'll return.

Nothing but good things to say. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The grooming products available are great. Three weeks later and our lab mix's coat still feels and smells fresh.

This place has been a god send!! I have a large pit bull who hates having her nails trimmed, most places end up doing a botch job. I was beyond impressed by how quick, professional, and painless the whole experience was. My dog can be quite dramatic, but they even had 1 staff hand feeding her treats while another worked on her nails. Even then they were super quick and her nails have never been better. I can’t say enough about this place. Very considerate staff, clean facilities, and they actually have legit hypo-allergenic shampoo whereas other places I’ve tried leaves my dog even more itchy than before. They really know what they are doing at this place!

This is a great spot! We brought our anxious dog here to try out nail trimming at a location where we knew he'd be in and out without waiting. It was wonderful! Our dog was a wuss, but the kind lady helping us, whose name I didn't catch unfortunately, was totally patient and understanding. She trimmed his nails perfectly, which was a feat given that he could not stay still and his nails were quite long. The bathing and drying areas look great, we'll definitely be back for baths and nail trims. I can't imagine sending our short-hair boy to a groomer now with Doggo as an option!

It's so easy to wash your dog here! My corgi always smells really good from the nice shampoo. They provide everything you need and unlimited dry time. And the people are so nice and really love dogs!

I love the fact that everything is there, (shampoos, including de-shedding shampoo and conditioners, brushes, towels blow dryers etc...) employee is very nice and helpful, price is reasonable you just come out with a clean dog.💖💖💖

Best dog self wash place in the north end! I’ve been to 5 other spots and this one is the best. All new soap dispensers and water hoses, easy to operate, super clean tubs and floors, and great portable steps for my 110-lb dog. I had him washed and rinsed in a little over 5 minutes with no back pain. Staff is wonderful, will be back. Highly recommended!

Just had a wonderful experience here. Our dog is very reactive to other dogs, I called ahead and ask if they had a way to accommodate or if there were slower times, the gal working there was very helpful with Ideas. When we brought him in she was quick to get us set up with everything we needed so we could work on him quickly to get him out of there. The only improvement I would suggest for the future is to have better drying machines, our boy has a double coat and the small dryers weren’t enough. We will come back again for sure but just bring a dryer with us, this place was great

Danny was so helpful and did an amazing job cutting our two BIG dogs’ nails. He was quick and made sure he cut as much as he could without going too far. Was so friendly and not a bad price.

Fantastic washing station! It's fully decked out with towels, all sorts of shampoos including sensitive shampoo, plenty of brushes for wet and dry brushing, and superb drying station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even has complimentary treats. Will be coming here again!

Very clean with great equipment to wash your dog. Staff are so kind, helpful and attentive. I go here every 2 weeks for my stinky dog and it’s definitely my go-to dog wash. It’s also a very reasonable deal, and they often give me 25% off coupons to use for next time!

We had a fantastic experience at Doggo! One thing to be aware of is that the wash basins are a little high and accessible by portable stair case or lifting your fur baby. My dog wasn’t a fan of the staircase but everything was seamless once I lifted him. The customer service was literally second to none, a woman helped me through every step and was incredibly pleasant. She was there to offer a treat, a brush, and even helped weigh my dog on the scale. This is not a retailer, there aren’t treats or other items for sale; consider bringing your own if you are selective. We will be back again and again! Thank you!

Friendly, clean, convenient, and reasonably priced! We brought our dog in for the first time this evening around 7 pm. The tubs, brushes, towels all were very clean. One thing to note is that the tubs are raised about waist high off the ground. It's a nonissue for small dogs, and for bigger dogs they do have stairs for the dogs to climb up into the tub. Our 105 lb pup isn't a fan of baths though, so getting her up into the high tub unwillingly was a 2 person job. The lady who works there was super nice and very helpful and clearly loves dogs. They have all sorts of brushes, towels, and a whole bunch of different shampoo options. The fact that they're open till 8 is a bonus as well for those of us coming after a 9-5 work day. 100% would come here again!

I love this place! Owner is really nice and knowledgeable with handling dogs. He keeps this place clean and orderly. The shop has towels, deshedding mitts and brushes, as well as treats to help with getting your dog's clean. Well-priced too. It makes dog baths so convenient.

Super friendly helpful staff. Fair and affordable prices. $10.00 nail cuts! The facility set up in a way that is easy to use no bending over to wash your dog. Very clean, new floors, paint etc.

We took our 70Lb+ 9 month goldendoodle puppy, Wally, here after he had a blast going in the puget sound water at Edmonds Dog Park. This place was great! Wally was a little nervous and the staff helped to calm him, showed us how to use everything, and had a great set up with all the grooming supplies you would ever need. The equipment and place was clean. Staff was really friendly and helpful! Super affordable too. We will for sure be back!

I did not have my dog with me today, however I was in the same stores strip to wash my clothes as I always do at the laundromat at the same stores strip. While washing clothes I went to Doggo to inquire about service, pricing, etc. The young girl running around there that worked there at the front desk; I guess seemed to be so much in a hurry that it kinda felt like my dog would not be welcome there. She also said if my dog moved around that they would not be able to do his nails, and I thought to my myself how disappointing this was as they are professionals and most Chihuahuas dogs like mines are sometimes nervous (and my dog "Rolly" has his updated papers for proof on his rabies shots, etc from Shoreline Central Animal hospital". So sad as this was as I live in Shoreline so this would of been very convenient for me as again I always wash my clothes in that same stores strip, so with the good prices Doggo was offering to get his nails & wash done this would of been PERFECT! The young lady at the front desk high maintenance and I guess me being black I guess has it's turnoffs. Oh well back to taking my dog to Floof pet grooming in the green lake section of Seattle as I was always doing, as they provide much better service, they always professional with with my dog, and although Floof prices are slightly higher, sometimes you gotta pay more for better service. On a positive note it was nice to see Dogog back open and on Sundays too...

It's a welcoming, relaxed environment. Our dog was in desperate need of a bath, and it was simple and quick. The facility was well-kept and clean, the staff was friendly, and everything you needed from washing to grooming was available. Finally, I am glad that this is available in our area. I'll be coming back again. :)

Nice new self wash dog option. The water was warm, the tubs were a nice size, and the price was great ($20 for 15 minutes). The best part was that they are open on Sundays!

I used to like Doggo a lot and gave 5 stars but recently their schedule has been all over the place. Twice I have driven there to discover that the place is actually closed (their schedule in Google said it was open). Had to return home with a dirty doggo again
