I love this Costco in shoreline! They have such great deals and I called in a pizza today and they let me get half pepperoni half cheese. Best pizza I've had in a long time and I just cannot say how thankful I am for the price. You do such a good job Costco team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Costco is the usual story... you must buy in large quantities and be satisfied with a limited selection. They are not always the best price/value. If you spend time at other local grocers and pay attention, you can get better deals. There are a great many things you can not get here, for example, fat free milk. You can't buy fat free milk at Costco; that makes no sense. Fuel is a great deal, but don't buy on the weekends, the lines tend to be huge.

As long as there are charged scooters available I'm pretty happy. But it's hard to get Citron/ginger tea in the jar, more times out than there, twice no Curry powder and the Chicken Tortellini soup has changed from little chunks of chicken to shredded so fine looks likeno chicken, doesn't taste as good as it use to either. Probably won't buy it any more.

Cashier staff needs more training in customer service. Husband's membership card was shown at the register and he had stepped away to grab something and would be back before the cashier finished ringing everything through. I let the cashier know, but he behaved like I stole the card and was being incredibly condescending. I understand their need to enforce, but his behaviour was way too hostile. Cashier name was Joe.

The staff at this Costco are so great. Self checkout is always a breeze. There's always someone there to help you scan heavy items while in your cart and make sure you have empty boxes available to pack up your stuff. There's usually at least 3 people checking receipts on your way out so it's always efficient.

Take in mind I'm a massive Costco fan and visit them all over the country.... This manager or regional should be replaced, or whoever this local policy comes fromOne of the only Costcos I have ever been at that cards at the exit when coming in to the food court- member desk and they are super rude about it. As if the employees have no training at all and as if 99% of the Costcos don't do it.... And regardless even if I was not a member why be rude and hostile as if I'm coming to steal something by walking in? Bet this place has low new membership numbers if that's how they greet perspective new members at the door

I came here to return an unopened box of fresh food that bought an hour ago from another nearby Costco, nothing wrong with the product, it’s still fresh, I just bought the wrong type, but the manager refused the return, saying they don’t accept fresh food bought from another store. What’s worse they just shifted the guilt to customs, saying they would throw food away if it’s returned, so customers had to keep it. This is deviating from Costco’s values, super disappointing, causing unexpected inconvenience to their customers.

Fresh seafood lasts for 1-3 days in a fridge. Stop selling seafood with a claimed shelf date of 7 days. My wife believes your best by date and we end up throwing out $30 worth of fish on the 3rd day cause it stinks.Other than that a good Costco.

The issue of the layout where you finish checking out (along with a dozen others) and the food space is right there and it gets really crowded. There’s not a lot of flow at certain times of day,

This location is okay but I don’t believe that I will be returning. The staff was extremely rude at self checkout and was asked 3 different times if I had a Costco card (which obviously I do because I’m not dumb and have common sense) with the nastiest attitude. Hire better people and more efficient staff and maybe have them go through actual customer service training because the way I was treated was not okay. I’ll drive to Lynnwood.

I am reporting the most rudest and Aragon employee who works at this Costco name by Jeffrey. he is so terrible. Previously, I’ve already had terrible experience with him at the Return desk. He throw my card and receipt at me at the time I thought everybody has a moment, so I didn’t say a word, but this time I was in a line at the self check out, he was yelling at me , ma’am, are you coming this way or no. Also he try to ask somebody behind me and try to ignore me . .It’s not necessary for him to yelling at anybody to make feel uncomfortable.. I have been shopping at this Costco for years. And I haven’t really met such a terrible employee for a long time. I’m so shocked how JEFFREY treat customer with this attitude. veryVERY bad Employee ,he shouldn’t be working there. Great customer service, easy returns, value shopping for bulk and big package items. It's not always cheap but if you know your prices you can maximize your shopping dollars. Though the selection is not as expansive I love that they have better warranty for appliances (than Home Depot or Lowe's). Shop on a Monday or Tuesday if you want to avoid the crush of shoppers.

Great Costco, been to many many Costcos in Washington State and California. Honestly, the staff here are incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. Will continue to return to ONLY this Costco in the future.

As with all Costco stores, this has everything under the sun that usually could find at Costco. This one seems the delicious rotisserie chickens and other pre-made meals.Most staff is always friendly, except for some of the elderly people serving samples.The workers at the register are fast and efficient, making your exit a fast one.Lately, (Nov, '23) employees have been making counting mistakes to check your receipt. Not a great move.

Costco is one of my favorite stores for sure! Where else can you get a new computer, mattress and a $1.50 hotdog with a drink. The Kirkland brand is a trusted quality brand in my household. Thank you Costco!!!!

Nice and really huge place with many items we don’t see in Tampa, FL. I bit overcrowded though.Was a bit disappointed that the store did not have egg whites. Otherwise would give them 5 stars.Was amazed by the liquor taxes. It over 40%!!! That’s a bit too high. Don’t you think? Making sense to quit drinking and may be start consuming cannabis instead as it’s recreational in Washington and beats and more affordable.

I had visited and liked a jacket. But my size was small and the only one jacket in small was on top on display . Michael checked the stock and called the supervisor to help us find the size for us. However there wasn’t any in stock. So he asked us to resume with shopping while he figured it out. It was very nice of him to climb up and get the jacket that matched our size from the display and then located us and handed it over. Going out of his way to help us. This is what makes this Costco amazing 👍👍👍

Tire center is good. Too small and understaffed. Took 1 month to get a blown tire fixed. Good thing i had a working spare.Give these poor people working the center a break. Add a couple bays and hire more engineers. I'd give the center 1 star, but those folks hustle under extreme and occasionally hostile conditions. So far, so good once i could finally get in. Looks like a great job.Also, being placed on hold for hours, just schedule an appointment one month out. Not ok. No wait list? Is there no one to manage it? And by that i mean to add to the already busy staff.Management - just a suggestion. The monoply thing is a ways off, and considering Amazon now has the power with vendors. You may want to spruce up those things Amazon does not touch. Like tire installation. Things you want to see and/or touch before buying. Specialty or food that rots in transit. Etc.I used to buy garments here, but I think you are serving up the rejects on the way to where unwanted clothes go. Island of misfit/ugly clothes and slippers?Where's the cool stuff anymore? I don't need another flannel shirt or to walk by the bazillion types of mom jeans and tacky sweat suits. And I'm not sticking my kid in those dresses.In addition, I'm not buying electronics and such I can find on Amazon for less with better warranties. Added bonus, I don't have to dodge militant cart shoppers when sitting at home waiting for a delivery. It's like Mad Max in there.Oh, and your website is not overly user-friendly, so i am not sure that will help a ton. 2023 folks.If this is harsh aplogisies, but sure does feel like the people designing the business are snoozing. Unless, of course, you just want to be a bulk food stuffs retailer.Personal note: I'd also like to know how your meat is sourced. Can you hang signs?The muffins are still awesome. You go bakers! And stocking/ boxing people! And admin office people too! Super helpful

Super fast and friendly- I went there with my girlfriend the night before the big snow storm earlier this month and the lines, understandably, were all the way to the back of the store. Instead of treating the customers like dummies for waiting until the last minute to shop, the staff actively managed the situation by pointing people to shorter lines. One staff member even apologized for the long wait. And incredibly, we were out of there in just over 30 minutes!

I don’t understand the use of people by the door checking your receipt. It’s not like they can actually catch anything with the 2 seconds they look at it. Using those people as cashiers would make the crazy long checkout lines so much shorter.
